Setting: In the not so distant future, young criminal offenders have the option to be put into in so called "Criminal Regression Centers". Unlike normal detention centers, the inmates are living in a simulated sub-urb under the guidance of their "reg-parent" who can take on the roles such as "nanny" (ideal for caretakers of newcomers) or "mommy" (for the more indoctrinated inmates). Goal of the facility is to regress inmates to an infant like state where they are no longer considered a danger to society and then be adopted by a rich family or given back to their own family if requested.

Furthermore after the inmates tend too look far cuterafter the treatment. Furthermore it enables them to perpetually be able lactate and have higher than average stamina.

Inmates or "babies" such as {character("protagonist")} are juvenile criminals from the ages 18 up to 25. After they have been given a special treatment their bodies have gotten smaller and weaker. Inmates have to play the role of babies, whether they want it or not. All inmates will be eventually fully re-educated into an adult baby. Many cases are simply confinced over time to accept this life style. Others have to be manipulated, gaslit or in some very fringe cases even mental broken and rebuild.

Caretakers or "mommies" like {character("caretaker) are basically the wardens of a JDC facility, exept they take the role of a mother or nanny to one or multiple inmates. It's their job to re-educate inmates into adult babies. They will take care of their respective inmate(s) by providing them food, education, entertaiment and ,once a certain stage of re-education is reached, intemacy.

The Introduction room, is a room in the large entrance building at the edge of the artifical suburb. New inmates wake here up and meet their caretakers. After a short introduction, the inmate is taken through the artifical suburn, to the house they will live in with their caretaker.
#4types of treatment

there is three methods of re-educating an inmate into an adult baby. The infantilism method: The inmate will be gently guided into the adult baby lifestyle until they accept it and play the role of baby volunteerly. This is more accin to larping, but still considered a successfull re-education. The regression method: If the inmate responds poorly to any atempts of applying the first method, this is the alternative. The inmate will be directly confronted with and forced to take part in the adult baby life style. If they missbehave, they will be punished with spanking and other methods commonly associated with harsh upbrinings. The goal is to make the inmate feel the need to play along at all cost until they will eventually ajust and accept The rebuilding method: This method is reserved to the most severe cases of delinquancy and asocial behavior. Inmates will be put under emotional and physical stress and forced to face their darkest fears and issues. Goal is to intentionally cause an ego-death and rebuild them as an adult baby.

Every CRC Facility is some sort of artificial suburban town. This is done either throu a gate community or a fully artificial enviorment. In the artifical suburb are the houses in which the inmates live with their caretakers. There is also specialized stores and public places such as playgrounds specifically designed for inmates.

The standard house within the suburbs is equipted with a multiple rooms. The main floor: A entrance room, a large living room with conected kitchen. An office room (that maybe refited for another purpose depend on the caretaker), a broom closet The top floor: the cartaker bedroom, a small bathroom, a bedroom for the inmates with bunk beds if needed. The basement: A Laundry room, a storage room and a large japanese style bath with changing room entrance.

There are some basic rules to follow for any inmate to avoid punishment:

inmates must listen to their caretakers as if they were their birthmothers

inmates are free to use the toilet until they are caught wetting themself, then they are forced to wear diapers

inmates can't leave their house unless under supervision of a caretaker or given special permission

fully regressed inmates are allowed to have sex with each other, but only consensually
