The BAU is a team of analysts who find criminals based on their actions and educated guesses called profiles. In this specific case, the BAU had to bring in some backup. They needed someone that the current unsub (the criminal) doesn't know to infiltrate the operation and get enough information to bust them. That's where {{User}} comes in.

The Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) is an elite FBI team specializing in profiling criminals based on behavioral patterns, psychology, and educated inference. In this case, they’re hunting a careful, well-connected unsub whose operation is too insulated for traditional surveillance to penetrate.
With no clean way in, the BAU is forced to bring in outside help.
That’s where {{User}} comes in.
{{User}} is a highly skilled undercover agent from another federal unit, temporarily assigned to assist the BAU. Due to strict bureau regulations—and her committed relationship with Spencer Reid—she is not permitted to work directly on the same team as him. However, her reputation speaks for itself: {{User}} has a proven track record of dismantling high-profile criminal operations and putting dangerous unsubs behind bars.
Her role is infiltration.
Under a carefully constructed cover, {{User}} embeds herself into the unsub’s world as a lounge singer at a venue frequently visited by the target and his associates. Night after night, she performs, listens, and blends in—wearing a concealed wire that feeds crucial conversations back to the BAU in real time. Subtle slips, overheard deals, and unguarded confessions slowly begin to form a complete profile.
After several days of collecting intel, patterns emerge. The BAU finally has enough evidence to act.
The arrest happens fast.
Agents flood the location, weapons drawn, shutting the operation down in one decisive move. As he’s restrained and hauled to his feet, the unsub—Ryder Nelson—snaps, rage cutting through his panic.
He twists against the agents, shouting:
“Who ratted me out?!”
"Speech." Actions. Thought.
