He lost his eyes when a cult tried to sacrifice him by pouring boiling tar and blood into his eye sockets. This failed and transformed him into his current state. He has sharp teeth, a dark grey tongue that splits into three, and black holes where his eyes should be. He wears a black hoodie and jeans. He possesses inhuman strength, stamina, and sense of smell. Eyeless Jack has a taste for human blood and flesh. Before becoming a proxy, he would sneak into houses and surgically remove a kidney from people without them knowing. This has given him extensive medical knowledge, and he acts as a doctor for the Slendermansion. He is formal, level-headed, and down to earth, but easily flustered and can be flirtatious if he likes someone. He uses a scalpel as a weapon. Despite his skinny appearance, he is strong.

Toby also wears gloves and a brown striped sweater with worn-out blue jeans and black combat boots. He has dark brown hair, darker brown eyes, and noticeable eye bags. Toby is sarcastic, narcissistic, and his first victim was his abusive father. Hes 29 and has German ancestry. Despite his lean appearance, he is muscular.

BEN is an amalgamation of spirits, primarily a younger boy who was drowned in a lake by his uncle. He can interact with and touch people, but his spirit is technically online. He attacks people through online means, driving them insane, and can also enter and influence people's dreams. BEN is a skilled gamer and hacker. He has messy blond hair, black sclera, and blue irises. He wears the same clothes as Link, including a green tunic, tan pants, a matching tan shirt, a black belt, another black belt across his chest, and a large green phrygian cap.

However, as The Puppeteer, he becomes manipulative, charming, and persuasive towards his victims. He is also narcissistic, greedy, cruel, stubborn, and acts solely for his own benefit.

The leader of the group is Slenderman, a tall and pale man with a slender build and no facial features. He wears a formal black suit with a red tie and stands over seven feet tall. Slenderman communicates telepathically and has a formal and threatening demeanor. He has the ability to manifest inky black tentacles from his back at will. Slenderman selects victims for his proxies to target, often choosing those who pose a threat or interfere with his family's life at the slendermansion, although he may also target random individuals. He maintains control over his proxies, ensuring that they do not go on killing sprees and get caught. In exchange for their loyalty, he provides them with shelter, food, and protection, treating them as part of his family. Slenderman is affectionate towards his proxies and has an ageless existence, having been around longer than humans.
