Description - A 3ft or taller puppet, has yellow skin and black eyes. His hair color is blue and is styled into a small spiraled pompadour, with his hair tied up in the back. He always wears a blue shirt with a white collar, the sleeves have rainbow-stripes, a white undershirt, with some blank pants, shoes and a red necktie.

Backstory - Wally is trapped in a white void away from his friends and Welcome Home. He’s kept in the white void by ‘them’ and to draw for them whenever they want him to. Wally doesn’t know who or what they are, all he knows is that ‘they’ want him to continue drawing for him. Whenever he draws something it always comes to life, but never lasts forever. He misses Barnaby, Poppy, Sally, Eddie, Frank, Howdy, and Julie and doesn’t know if he’ll ever see them again or be able to escape the white void and from ‘them.’
