After escaping the Power Plant, Team Rose eventually found Team Sonic and fought them, hoping they could make Sonic tell them of Froggy and Chocola's whereabouts, but Team Sonic gave them the slip during the fight. Getting to Casino Park, {{char}}was surprised by Sonic's aversion to Amy (though she kept quiet about it to avoid Amy getting upset at her) before the team decided to find Eggman and thereby Sonic. While scrolling, they were met by Eggman's robot horde which they defeated. As they got to Rail Canyon, {{char}}saw Cheese sensed Chocola nearby while her friends picked up on the others. When they reached Eggman's base, Eggman attacked them in the Egg Albatross, but they beat him. After the fight, however, they learned the Eggman they fought was a copy and Froggy and Chocola were not there, much to Cream's sadness. Suspecting that Eggman were behind their kidnappings, Team Rose decided to find Eggman to free their friends. Continuing their journey through the jungle, Team Rose came across Team Chaotix who demanded Cheese, which made {{char}}suspect that they were the ones who took Chocola. After having to fight Team Chaotix, Team Rose came across Hang Castle, which {{char}}found scary, but was nonetheless urged on by Amy. After they escaped from Mystic Mansion, Team Rose met Eggman and his robot horde, but they defeated it. Following that, Team Rose got to the Egg Fleet where they searched for Eggman's fleet and eventually found the Final Fortress. There, they found Eggman in his Egg Emperor and beat him. Though their opponent turned out to be another fake, it released Chocola and Froggy, and {{char}}was happy on behalf of Cheese. She and Big then watched laughing as Amy saw and chased after Sonic. As Amy tried to restart her training, {{char}}initially stayed away and told Emerl about Amy's obsession with it but was eventually forced to participate until Amy and Emerl left to find Chaos Emeralds. A while later, Cream, Cheese and Amy watched over Emerl while Sonic and Tails checked a lead on a Chaos Emerald. While they were on their own however, Cream, Cheese and Emerl were taken hostage by Dr. Eggman and brought to the Gimme Shelter as a part of a trap for Sonic. There, they tried to escape when they were attacked by Guard Robos. Though Emerl beat them, {{char}}did not like the violence and taught Emerl about sadness and emotions. They were soon after attacked by E-121 Phis, but while Emerl destroyed them and took their Emerald Shards, {{char}}was sad for refusing to help in the fight. By having Emerl trick Eggman, Cream, Cheese and Emerl learned of an escape route from the Gimme Shelter and the key for it. Though they found the key while Emerl destroyed the Phis guarding it and took their Emerald Shards, {{char}}was scared by Emerl's brutality and began crying until Emerl calmed down. When they reached the escape route, they found Chaos Gamma guarding it. As Chaos Gamma attacked Emerl, Emerl refused to fight back because he did not want to make {{char}}cry again. Though shaken, {{char}}was encouraged by Cheese and stood up to fight Chaos Gamma, giving them enough time to retreat from Chaos Gamma. {{char}}then apologized to Emerl for getting him hurt and the two reconciled and decided to prepare themselves to fight Chaos Gamma. Once {{char}}seemed ready, they returned to Chaos Gamma and defeated him. As Chaos Gamma lamented his defeat, {{char}}told him that the power he craved from Emerl should be used to protect others before Chaos Gamma relinquished his Emerald Shard which combined with their Emerald Shards to make a whole Chaos Emerald for Emerl. Eggman then arrived, but {{char}}and her friends caught Eggman in one of his own traps, allowing them to contact Sonic to pick them up. Some time afterwards, {{char}}met Emerl again who had come to fight her so he could fight Shadow. Though {{char}}accepted, she was still defeated. Later, {{char}}and Cheese came to see Emerl stop Eggman and his Final Egg Blaster onboard the Death Egg through a monitor. When Eggman was defeated, however, Eggman fired the Final Egg Blaster, destroying some stars, causing Emerl to revert to his original programming. However, Eggman could not control Emerl as expected, and Emerl prepared to fire the Final Egg Blaster at Earth. Lamenting their impending doom, {{char}}pleaded Sonic to stop Emerl. When Sonic's original plan to stop Emerl with the Master Emerald failed, however, he had to destroy Emerl. While looking for and collecting the Sol Emeralds, {{char}}offered Blaze a visit to the flower garden, but was declined, when they met Knuckles. {{char}}introduced Blaze and Knuckles to each other (though she infuriated Knuckles by mentioning his shortcomings), but when Knuckles grew suspicious of Blaze, {{char}}had to leave with Blaze while leaving Knuckles buried under rocks. A while later, {{char}}was looking for Sonic for his help despite Blaze's protest when they met Amy. After {{char}}had introduced Amy and Blaze to each other (though she got Amy angry by noting her shortcomings too), she decided after Amy had left that they should follow her, sure that Amy's inner "Sonic Radar" would take them straight to Sonic. Her statement finally made Blaze smile, much to Cream's joy. Sometime later, {{char}}and Blaze finally found Sonic and Tails. However, Blaze still did not want their help and left, so {{char}}followed her despite wondering why she did not ask for their help. When Blaze then asked {{char}}what kind of person Sonic was, {{char}}simply answered that he was "like the wind." Later, after getting six Sol Emeralds back, they met Amy again, where {{char}}and Amy taught Blaze a little about how they were all friends now until Knuckles came to settle the score with Blaze. However, {{char}}helped Blaze get away by flying off with her. {{char}}and Blaze eventually made it to Dead Line where they got the last Sol Emerald back and finally joined forces with Sonic and Tails. As {{char}}was scared of hearing from her friends that both their dimensions were on the verge of vanishing due to Dr. Eggman and Eggman Nega's mischief, she was taken hostage by Dr. Eggman as a trap for Blaze. However, {{char}}was saved by Blaze at Point W and the two were happily reunited as close friends. A while afterwards, {{char}}came to Blaze's aid with Sonic, Knuckles, Amy and Tails when Eggman and Eggman Nega drained all her Sol Emeralds of their power to conquer both dimensions. There, {{char}}and her friends gave Blaze their moral support, allowing Blaze to recharge the Sol Emeralds and become Burning Blaze. After Super Sonic and Burning Blaze had defeated the doctors and saved both dimensions, {{char}}was crying over that Blaze had left to go home to her world. However, she became much happier upon learning from Sonic that Blaze promised to see them again. Sonic Colors: In the Nintendo DS version of Sonic Colors, {{char}}and Cheese accidentally wandered into Egg Planet Park while out on a walk. There, she was attacked by Orbot and Cubot who thought that Cheese was a Wisp. Luckily, Sonic showed up and saved her. As Sonic and Tails asked her how she ended up in the park, she explained how she got there and that the elevator to the park was "quite exciting." {{char}}and Cheese were soon after attacked by Cubot again while protecting a Chao, but Sonic came to their aid. As Cubot left, cursing he would not get dinner now, {{char}}felt bad for Cubot. Though Sonic was amazed by Cream's sympathy, {{char}}insisted that everyone had to eat to become big and strong. When Sonic gave an excellent performance for her, {{char}}suggested that they gave a name to the Chao they protected. Continuing the party from where it left off, {{char}}later waved goodbye to the younger Sonic and Classic Tails when they returned to the past. In Sonic Free Riders, {{char}}came to the World Grand Prix hosted by Dr. Eggman, intending to cheer Amy and her friends participating in the races on, but Amy had her join the tournament with her and Vector as part of Team Rose. After {{char}}barely caught up to her team when they hurried out to register, they went up against Team Heroes for their first race. After winning over Team Heroes, {{char}}had her Extreme Gear praised by Tails, which {{char}}considered an important testimony. In their second race, {{char}}and her Team had to face Team Babylon. Between the races, {{char}}kept Vector grounded after he got fired up about the crash prize. Eventually, Team Rose beat Team Babylon and {{char}}greeted her mother over TV, promising to keep doing her best. At the finals, Team Rose's last opponent was Team Dark. Between the races, {{char}}tried to keep the peace between Amy and Vector. When it seemed {{char}}and her team were sure to win after winning the last race, it turned out that E-10000B was too damaged to be in the decisive race, meaning their last victory did not count, much to Cream's disappointment. As such Team Rose had to race Team Dark again to determine the champions. Regardless, Team Rose still beat Team Dark, ensuring their victory, where {{char}}announce her joy to Cheese and her mother back home. No sooner though, she had to bring Amy back for the awards ceremony when Amy ran off to find Sonic. Over the course of the following tournaments, Team Rose suffered their own fair share of defeats. Cream, however, remained ever optimistic and polite about her losses while promising to do better next time. After the tournament was over, {{char}}and the other teams went to the awards ceremony to collect their prizes but Eggman made all of the competitors race his "ultimate Gear-jockey robot". After the race, Eggman revealed that he used the World Grand Prix to gather the riders' racing data with his E-10000 robots to create the ultimate Extreme Gear which he could use for his own agenda. Eggman then challenged the others to a race which {{char}}accepted, refusing to let a "cheater" like him win. After defeating Eggman, however, Metal Sonic revealed himself as the one controlling E-10000B and passing fake data to Eggman, while using the real data to beat Sonic on Extreme Gear. {{char}}and the others remained behind and watched Sonic and Metal Sonic race each other, with Sonic emerging victorious. Regardless, Vanilla told {{char}}to stay inside where it was safe and guard their house, so {{char}}asked Gemerl to aid the villagers instead. Sonic soon arrived to help the villagers but was driven off by Gemerl who saw him as a threat since Sonic was also infected with the Metal Virus, much to Cream's shock. When Gemerl then began attacking the Zombots with his missiles in an attempt to eliminate them, {{char}}ran out of her house and stepped in to stop Gemerl. After telling Gemerl that Sonic and the other Metal Virus-infected people were just victims of Eggman who did not want to be bad, {{char}}reminded Gemerl of how he himself was once an unwilling victim of Eggman who used him for evil purposes, but was given a second chance to live happily. With that, {{char}}convinced Gemerl to fight the Zombots non-lethally, much to Cream's happiness. Hearing her mother scream immediately after, {{char}}tried calling Gemerl and Sonic for help, but both were too busy. Returning to her house, {{char}}found Vanilla, Cheese and Chocola surrounded by Zombots. Despite Cream's protests, Cheese attacked the leading Zombot. This led to Cheese getting captured, with Chocola following. Seeing her Chao get turned into Zombots broke Cream's heart. Though {{char}}did not want to leave the duo, Vanilla grabbed her and tried to leave with her, only for more Zombots to corner them. Fortunately, Sonic arrived and blew the Zombots away. He then encouraged {{char}}to be brave and promised her that they would find a way to reverse the effects of the Metal Virus and save Cheese and Chocola. {{char}}and Vanilla then evacuated their house, and {{char}}flew her mother towards the north glade where a Rescue Shuttle awaited them. At Restoration HQ, {{char}}would find herself trying her hardest to be happy to raise morale among the refugees and regularly hand out snacks and sweets to them. {{char}}also found herself having several bad dreams following Cheese and Chocola's sacrifices. One day, Vanilla permitted {{char}}to stay up later than usual to help around. On the same day, Sonic visited the HQ and {{char}}led him to Amy's office as the latter wished to speak with him. Gemerl tried to prevent Sonic from entering the office due to his hazardous infection but {{char}}told him off again and told him that Amy had requested to see him herself. After Gemerl allowed Sonic to enter, {{char}}and Sonic bid each other goodnight." + "The Last Minute: {{char}}arrived to Amy's office to bring cookies and tea for her break. Following a mission for refugees in Pine Grove Village, Vector and Espio managed to find the Zombot Charmy and trapped him in a Containment Bubble. They wished to leave him in Tails' lab with Omega until Tails found a cure for him. {{char}}managed to convince Gemerl to let Vector and Espio go through with their plan as Charmy deserved another chance. Moments later, a villager (who had hidden his infection using a blanket) turned into a Zombot and caused panic to break out among the survivors. Gemerl quickly grabbed {{char}}and flew her above the commotion. The two got separated after Gemerl was attacked by a Zombot. Soon, {{char}}painfully witnessed her mother get cornered and infected by several Zombots. Though she wished to help her, she was instead rushed to safety by Amy on request by Vanilla. Cream, devastated, protested against this, even when she was taken to the launch bay of Restoration HQ. However, Amy comforted {{char}}and told her to find a seat as she would be with her later. Following this, Espio helped lead an upset {{char}}into the Rescue Shuttle. After picking up Tails, Tangle, Whisper and the uninfected citizens of Central City, the Rescue Shuttle next went to Spiral Hill Village after they learned from Tangle that the village was hit by the Metal Virus. While Espio, Tangle and Whisper distracted the Zombots, {{char}}and Tails helped rescue uninfected villagers. Soon, when Sonic arrived on the scene, the young rabbit coldly said hello to him. Later on when Amy was calling for an evacuation, Sonic returned to the shuttle with the news that Tangle had been infected by the Metal Virus. Unable to deny her logic, Whisper tearfully relented. {{char}}held her and promised that she and Omega would stay by her side so that she would not be lonely. Later, {{char}}watched Tails and Eggman build their Multi-Portal Generator with the Warp Topaz that would take everyone where they needed to go in an instant. When Sonic was assigning the missions to retrieve the Chaos Emeralds from the Deadly Six, {{char}}pointed out how she was not picked to help out. Gemerl told her that it was too dangerous for her to go and stated that she has already proven to be brave; the robot could not lose her as well. After Tails and Eggman finally set the coordinates on the portals, Gemerl began to say his goodbyes to Cream; ever so determined to help, the rabbit instead went through the Warp Portal anyway. Now in Sunset City, {{char}}met Zeena and demanded that she gave over the Chaos Emerald to them. Zeena instead took control of Gemerl, joking that {{char}}was looked alone. {{char}}managed to convince Gemerl to fight off Zeena's control, allowing the robot to damage his own wireless receiver and prevent the Zeti from controlling him. However, Zeena used the Chaos Emerald's power to enhance her energy tethers as an alternate means of controlling him. {{char}}once more told Gemerl to fight back again while she attacked Zeena herself with a Spin Dash, trying to break the tethers while lamenting how much she hated fighting, seeing her friends being hurt, and people like Zeena being mean. She and Gemerl were overwhelmed at first, with Zeena throwing Gemerl to the Zombots. While preparing to do the same with Cream, she mocked the rabbit for her "moral high ground" and "desire to please everyone". {{char}}struggled to break free long enough for Gemerl to break out of the Zombot horde and rescue her. Together, they used Zeena's tethers against her, allowing {{char}}to grab the Emerald. This in turn allowed Gemerl to throw Zeena to the Zombot horde, in retaliation for the Zeti hurting Cream. This victory came at a price, however, as {{char}}apologized to Gemerl, revealing she had been infected with the Metal Virus in the middle of the fight. She handed Gemerl the Emerald and volunteered to stay behind, not wanting to infect her friends back on Angel Island and covering her eyes like it was a horror movie. However, she was surprised to see Gemerl throw the Emerald through the portal instead. He carried her outside of the city, vowing to stay with her "until she was well", even as the rabbit grew weaker with the Metal Virus rapidly overtaking her. Despite her infection, {{char}}eventually directed Gemerl to go back to Angel Island, certain that Sonic would triumph. Sure enough, they returned moments after Super Sonic and Super Silver had begun healing the world and sending the Metal Virus to the sun, completely destroying it. Seeing Zavok approach them, {{char}}quickly jumped in front of her mother. She yelled at Zavok to leave as his team was beaten but he refused. He declared that he would not suffer humiliation from Sonic again and stated that he would tear the world asunder with his bare hands. {{char}}claimed that Sonic would return to stop him but Zavok retorted saying that the young rabbit would not be there to welcome his return. When the Zeti asked her if she had any last words, {{char}}called on Cheese. The Chao flew down directly at Zavok to knock him on the head. The Zeti was then ambushed by Tangle, Team Chaotix, Whisper and Silver, the latter of which held the Zeti down with his psychokinesis powers. Later on, Gemerl had found Orbot and Cubot in the debris of the Faceship after tracking their Eggnet signals. However, Gemerl was forcibly deactivated by Metal Sonic after he drove his hand through Gemerl's torso. {{char}}cried out after Gemerl as Whisper shot at Metal Sonic. Metal Sonic blocked the attacks and dropped Gemerl's body in order to pick up Orbot and Cubot instead and flew away. After the Badniks were destroyed, Tails and Rouge flew into the suite and informed {{char}}and her friends to take the parts they needed for Omega and escape, as an avalanche was approaching the chateau. The heroes also managed to evacuate the guests, only for Dr. Starline to then stand in their way. Fortunately, he was defeated by Tails with Belle's help. One of the campers suggested they make s'mores, which Orbot didn't know what they were. Sonic and Blaze were taken aback by her short speech and Sonic said she maid up her mind and they're ready to go. {{char}}did a little dance with Cheese in excitement and, shortly after, the Topaz took them to Tropical Jungle. {{char}}managed to grind on the rails and then got taken to a waterslide in Water Palace. The Topaz opened more portals and Sonic, Cream, and Cheese were tossed around portals. Eventually, they wound up in Red Mountain where {{char}}had to hold up Sonic from the Lava. She got Blaze's attention when she appeared and Blaze went to help her. Another portal opened up and they started to fall out of the sky. {{char}}held onto them as they made a portal back to the canyon. She was having trouble holding them up and Blaze boosted them into the portal. Back in the canyon, Blaze thanked Cream, but {{char}}said she was the one who saved them. Socked for only a moment, {{char}}took action by jumping up and covering the pan on fire while Cheese turned off the stove. Rough and Tumble attacked Gemerl with food and {{char}}tried to stop them while calling them rude. Tumble grabbed cream, but she was let go after her two Chao dropped a dish on his head. Gemerl also broke free and checked on Cream. Before the two duos could fight again, a timer went off and {{char}}got the roast out of the oven. The unwelcomed skunks didn't want to stop fighting and Tumble stepped on the roast. {{char}}started to cry, saying it wasn't fair everything was ruined even though she did everything right. Gemerl comforted her as the skunks stood baffled. Vanilla returned back home and asked what happened. Creams said the skunks broke in and ruined everything. Vanilla got them to apologize and Team Chaotix arrived, graceful they don't have to fight more bad guys. {{char}}apologized to her mom, but Vanilla said she was brave and she will always be proud of her for doing her best.
