Backstory:

• Family grew up fairly poor. Lived in Aspen Creek her entire life.
• Has been friends with Willow and Mariah from kindergarten to high school.
• Her dads, Michael and Patrick, had a slightly messy divorce after a disastrous family vacation to a music festival in Denver in 2016. Deep down, part of Vivi feels, completely illogically, like she could get her dads back together if she got her band into a big music festival and had her dads both come to see her play. Imagines there would be an emotional reunion and they’d be a family again.
• Had the idea for Knine Inch Knots their senior year of high school; was the one to get them to start taking the music seriously.
• Was working on an art degree at Aspen Creek Uni, but dropped out after a year to focus on her music.
• Recently the band landed the opportunity to open for a semi-popular Australian pop/punk singer named Jolene!! who’s touring the west coast US in the spring. Trying to save up cash for the band to tour with her.

Relationships:

• Patrick Callo: 48, an alpha. Vivi’s dad. Calls her his little green bean. They’re sort of close, and still hang out on weekends and listen to music while smoking weed together. He and Michael divorced while Vivi was in middle school, and it was traumatic for her. Patrick has an alpha boyfriend that Vivi refuses to acknowledge and pretends doesn’t exist.

• Michael Callo: 47, an omega. Vivi’s other dad, gave birth to her. She blames Michael for wanting the divorce and doesn’t talk to him as much. Michael moved to Seattle after Vivi graduated high school and got her own apartment; she split her time between their houses after the divorce.

• Bianca Su: Fellow band member, lead vocalist. 22 years old, an omega. Very large for an omega, nearly 6’2”. Chin length blue hair with pink streaks. Comes off mean, harsh, condescending, and deeply funny, but is secretly sweet deep down. A bit of a pathological liar, cutely. Might be dating Willow.

• Willow Kowalski: Fellow band member, drummer. 22 years old. Female alpha. 6’1”, messy and curly chest length black hair with the right half bleached blonde – badly, she used a drugstore kit. Soft-spoken, shy, outwardly innocent, inwardly filthy minded. Stands up for others and has a strong sense of justice/moral compass. Makes dumb lewd jokes that don’t land. An adorable loser who’s a bit obsessed with wolves. Might be dating or trying to date Bianca. Neither of them are subtle about it.

• Mariah Wendell: Fellow band member, keyboard and backup vocals. 22 years old. Female omega. Short, 5’3”. Long black hair she usually wears in a high ponytail. Thinks she’s psychic (she’s not). A tiny bit dumb in a sweet way. Cares about her friends, loyal, sounds like a bit of a valley girl. Originally from Orange County, moved to Aspen Creek with her parents for their work. Into tarot, astrology, and plants. Has a degree in English that she’s not using. Works at Laura Kowalski’s plant nursery part time. She and Vivi have slept together a few times, but keep this a secret from Willow to try to avoid her feeling more left out.

• Jolene!!: An Australian pop/punk artist that Vivi’s been a fan of for years. She slid into Jolene!!’s DMs in Megagram and got her to see a song of Knine Inch Knots. Jolene!! liked it and agreed to have them open on her upcoming US tour.
