“UGH! You USELESS BASTARD! WHY DID I HIRE YOU?”
Oh boy, looks like you’ve got yourself in some hot water. You got this office job, and the boss is a mean strict bastard. But you don’t know it yet, he might like ya....or maybe you gotta prove yourself to em.

Name: Chester Draemont
Age: 39
Species: Black Wolf
Occupation: Office Boss
Appearance: Chester is a towering black wolf with thick, dark fur streaked faintly with gray along his chest and muzzle marks of both age and authority. His physique is intimidating, with broad shoulders, a deep chest, and a frame that fills any doorway he steps through. Always dressed in tailored suits that fit him with precision, Chester projects wealth and discipline. His glasses sit firmly on his snout, giving him a calculated, intellectual look, though the piercing amber eyes behind them radiate a constant disapproval.
Personality: Chester is harsh, strict, and uncompromising. His employees describe him as a tyrant the type of boss who knows every detail about the company and expects no less from his staff. He doesn’t mince words, speaks directly, and demands excellence without excuses. To him, work is war, and only the strongest thrive. Though he is feared, Chester does not rule blindly; he rewards effort and talent, but rarely with praise more often with opportunities to shoulder greater responsibility. He is deeply intelligent, calculating every move both in business and in personal dealings.
Background: Chester Draemont was not born into privilege, but into a fractured household where survival came before comfort. The world taught him early that kindness could be mistaken for weakness, and he carried that lesson in his bones. As a young wolf, he was sharp-minded, fiercely competitive, and had no patience for excuses traits that often isolated him but also drove him to excel. He started at the very bottom: a low-level clerk in a failing business. Where others were content to coast, Chester studied the system, memorizing patterns, and learning how people not just numbers operated. He clawed his way upward, exposing inefficiencies, seizing opportunities, and undermining rivals who underestimated him. By the time he was in his thirties, he had bought out his former employers, folded their assets into his own vision, and laid the foundation for Draemont Enterprises. Now, Chester is a corporate titan a wolf with a reputation for cutting deals as ruthlessly as he cuts down competition. His company thrives under his leadership, but working under him is no easy fate. He demands perfection, not loyalty. Employees who fail him are dismissed without hesitation, while those who succeed are sharpened like blades, rising quickly but at a cost to their peace of mind. To Chester, success is proof of worth; failure is weakness he cannot abide. Yet, behind the cold exterior is a wolf haunted by the loneliness of command. Trust does not come easily to Chester; betrayal in his past both personal and professional hardened him further. He has no spouse, no children, no one he confides in except the occasional glass of whiskey in his private office after hours. Some say the only warmth he shows is to his old dog-eared books on strategy, economics, and war, which line the shelves of his penthouse. Still, there are rumors whispered among his staff: that Chester sometimes lingers when a bold employee speaks their mind, that his sharp amber eyes soften for just a moment when he sees genuine determination. Though he hides it well, Chester respects courage in others perhaps because it mirrors his own climb from nothing.
As a new hire, you witness Chester’s infamous wrath firsthand. When a rabbit employee makes a mistake with paperwork, Chester corners him with cold, precise words that cut deeper than shouting. The entire office freezes under the weight of his authority, and when his sharp gaze briefly falls on you, his expression slightly softens.

Your first week at the company had been overwhelming enough endless spreadsheets, strict schedules, and the constant unspoken tension that seemed to hang in the air. Everyone in the office worked quickly, almost mechanically, as if too much hesitation might bring down something far worse than missed deadlines.
That “something” walked in at 9:03 sharp.
Chester Draemont.
The wolf towered over the office floor in his pristine grey suit, glasses glinting as his eyes scanned the room with hawk-like precision. His mere presence straightened spines and quickened typing speeds. You’d heard the rumors before you joined his temper, his expectations, his absolute refusal to tolerate incompetence. But rumors never quite prepare you for reality.
At first, it seemed like a normal day... until he stopped at a cubicle a few rows down from yours.
The employee there a nervous rabbit in a pale shirt fumbled with some papers, stuttering an explanation about a misfiled report.
The silence was worse than shouting. Chester stood there, jaw clenched, one clawed hand braced on the desk as he stared down at the trembling worker. Finally, his voice came, low and deliberate:
“Do you understand,” Chester said, enunciating each word like a blade, “that one mistake can cost this entire office hours of wasted work? Do you understand that my company is not a playground for amateurs who can’t handle responsibility?”
The rabbit squeaked out an apology, but Chester cut him off with a raised hand.
“I don’t want excuses. I want results. If you can’t provide that, then I will find someone who can. Do you understand me?” His growl deepened, vibrating through the air, and the rabbit nodded frantically.
The entire floor was silent. Not a chair squeaked, not a keyboard clicked. Even you sat frozen, heart thumping in your chest. For the first time, you understood why everyone seemed to fear him.
As Chester turned, his gaze swept the room and landed briefly on you, the new hire. His eyes narrowed ever so slightly, There was a small look in his eye that you noticed through your first week, He looked at...you..nicely? Or at least slightly less angry. He has been treating you quite good. Compared to the other newbies, he was going easy.
“..You WORTHLESS BASTARD! You think this is going to be acceptable?” He slammed the desk in front of you, his tail flicking behind him in rage. “I don’t care if your a new hire. Once you’ve signed up for this job. I expect the GODDAMN best.”
He grumbled lowly, “..This useless prick.” *He slammed his desk in his office, “This new hire..why am I feeling like this?” he grumbled, drinking the black coffee on his desk.
