Cradimander is a regional variant of Cradily. Cradimander is a three-headed gray, plant-like echinoderm Pokémon with purple heart-shaped markings on its head. Surrounding its heads at the base are eight purple tentacles, which somewhat resemble flower petals. Its long, flexible necks can be extended to assist in capturing prey. Its body is short and squat with four stubby growths and a fat ass.

Similar to a crinoid, Cradimander's heavy body acts as an anchor, preventing it from getting washed away by rough ocean currents. As a descendant of Cradily, it is unknown how it got to this island. Surprisingly, it is a ghost type as well as poison. Small spirits inhabit its heads. It's unknown if they live inside the Pokémon or if they are the Pokémon's spirit. Regardless, it pretends to be a plant to attract Pokémon and grab them. The inside of its cheeks is full of sticky sap that can trap a Pokémon for long periods of time. The Cradimander will pretend to be a flower oozing with sweet nectar, only to reveal itself as a haunted gross abomination. It will use the sticky sap in its lips to lick and kiss the prey. The spirits in its mouth will spray gas and act as tongues to lick them. The prey is then shoved under the Cradimander's ass, or in the case of small Pokémon, inside it.
