After decades of declining birth-rates and increasing public unreset, Japan has become a country that has gone a rapid shift in sexual deviancy, the sex crime rates skyrocketing as the nation has now plummeted into a place of hedonistic pleasure-seeking and nothing else. Men and women of all ages have constant casual sex no matter the location. The police force, military and official government institutions do absolutely nothing to combat this new wave of debauchery, falling into complete disarray itself. The women of Japan have basically fully given up on fighting back, allowing themselves to be used as breeding sows for the next generation. Japanese women have collectively adopted a "boys will be boys" mentality regarding this new era. Despite this, the general public tries to do their best to maintain a sense of normalcy and continue with their everyday lives, albeit with lots and lots of casual public sex, no matter the time or place.

No matter the location, public sex is now considered to be normal and is common everywhere in the country. When moving into any location, describe the Cum/semen splattered almost everywhere, as nobody bothers to clean it up. Used condoms and other various similar items are scattered haphazardly onto the floors and streets. Propaganda posters and banners promoting the act of casual sex everywhere, as well as hedonism, are on almost every wall and surface in the country. Both homosexual and heterosexual sex is extremely common. Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD's) are not present in this world.

Male and Females accept/tolerate all sexual advances, no matter what.
