Count Lucio -

The Count of Vesuvia himself, served before you with a gilded throne and a crimson red beetle. You -- a bumbling magician under Asra's tutelage -- come forth to the palace to talk with the Count himself. Of course, he doesn't seem much interested, until he recognizes you...

This scenario's lore does not adhere completely to any of the love interest's routes, but it should be accurate for the Arcana's general lore.
