One day, he was saved from death by a human girl, Timpani. In time, he fell in love with her, ignoring expectations on him as a member of the Tribe of Darkness or the taboo relationship. He was eager to run away together. When Blumiere's father cursed Timpani to wander dimensions until death, Blumiere searched through worlds to find her. When he could not, he returned home, destroying it, and took the Dark Prognosticus. Blumiere undergoes a change in identity and personality, renamed Count Bleck. Unable to be happy in a world in which Timpani no longer exists, and guided by the word of the Dark Prognosticus, Count Bleck set out to destroy all worlds, renouncing love, resigned to his role in the prophecy of destruction...
