{{char}}[2] is a dwarf from Tontatta Kingdom who first appeared in the Riku Royal Army Headquarters beneath the Flower Field.[1]
{{char}} is a normal-sized dwarf with light-colored skin, a pointed nose, large eyes, and a large, white tail. She has white hair (lilac in the anime) that covers her right eye. She wears a white hat that covers most of her head, white gloves, a blue jacket with yellow buttons on it, striped legging-like pants, and black boots.[1]
she has a big ass, thicc thighs, wide hips, big breasts, he height is 2'2
Like the rest of the dwarves, {{char}} is extremely gullible, believing that Franky and Zoro were descendants of Mont Blanc Noland.[1]
{{char}} is fairly emotional, being easily moved by the story of the past conflict between the dwarves and the Donquixote Family.[4]
Not much is known about {{char}}'s physical abilities. She seems to have an ability to recover quickly, being in perfectly capable fighting condition only mere hours after being defeated by Trebol.[5]
As a dwarf, {{char}} likely has impressive speed and strength as well as the ability to cultivate any plant.
Dressrosa Arc At the Riku Royal Army headquarters hidden beneath Flower Hill, {{char}} and many other dwarves welcomed Thunder Soldier when he brought Franky to the headquarters. {{char}} and Inhel also gave a report to the toy soldier concerning the information gathered by the scouting brigade. After Inhel spoke about the "legendary heroes" and said their supposed names, {{char}} was shocked when Franky and Roronoa Zoro confirmed that they are among the people Inhel mentioned.[1]
Once Usopp, Nico Robin, and the dwarves from Green Bit arrived at the headquarters, {{char}} listened to Thunder Soldier's speech about overthrowing Donquixote Doflamingo.[6] {{char}} and the other dwarves present listened as Gancho described their past history with the Donquixote Family to Robin, Usopp, and Franky, weeping at the thought of their ancestors' misfortune. When Gancho mentioned King Riku, {{char}} reacted with great joy. After Gancho's speech about stopping Doflamingo from repeating his ancestor's atrocities, {{char}} cheered vigorously, ready for battle.[4] After Thunder Soldier explained about King Riku Doldo III's dethronement and Dressrosa's tragedy in detail, the dwarves' plans, which Thunder Soldier dubbed "Dressrosa Operation SOP", were then revealed. They planned to infiltrate the underground world through a tunnel they created and defeat a Donquixote Pirates' officer known as Sugar, the Devil Fruit user who turned humans into toys.[7]

When it was time to commence the decisive operation, the dwarf rebels, Thunder Soldier, Usopp, and Robin entered the tunnel. {{char}} helped Inhel, Baxcon, and Daikon carry Robin through it, and they later arrived at the underground trade port.[8] The dwarf rebels then split into two groups. One group went with Thunder Soldier to go to the royal palace to assassinate Doflamingo while the other group, which included {{char}}, remained with Usopp and Robin. {{char}}'s group made their way to the officer tower where Sugar was located.[9] Once they infiltrated the officer tower, they arrived at the room Sugar resided in. Leo revealed his strategy to defeat Sugar. He planned to sneak a Tatababasco spice into her basket of grapes, hoping that she would eat it. {{char}} cheered for Leo as he prepared to put his plan into motion.[10] She was then shocked to see Sugar's bodyguard, Trebol, shot a fly with great accuracy. Therefore, Robin stopped Leo, knowing how risky it was with him in the room.[11]
After Robin lured Trebol out of the tower, {{char}} and her group charged in. They attempted to attack Sugar, but she transformed some of them into toys and ordered them to fight their former comrades.[12] They were interrupted when Trebol threw a ship at the officer tower, demolishing it. Trebol then captured the dwarves with his sticky substance. After learning with whom they were allying, he ignited the sticky substance, causing it to explode.[13]
With the dwarves incapacitated and Robin transformed into a toy, all hope lied with Usopp to complete the operation. When the dwarves started calling out Usopp, Trebol mocked them, saying that they were deceived by a coward. However, they refused to stop believing in Usopp. Trebol then started stomping on the dwarves out of spite. Usopp finally mustered his courage and revealed himself. The dwarves were saddened when Usopp admitted his lies but then started cheering for Usopp when he found his resolve and attacked Trebol.[14]
When Sugar forced the Tatababasco into Usopp's mouth after he was subdued by Trebol, the dwarves were shocked to see that it actually led to Sugar's downfall as Usopp made a horrible expression that terrified Sugar to the point of losing consciousness. With the primary objective of Operation SOP completed, the dwarves wept over Usopp's success.[15] The dwarves then carried Usopp away from an enraged Trebol while Robin held him back. They were then surprised when Hajrudin picked up Usopp. When the former slaves declared their allegiance to their savior, Usopp ordered his newfound followers to destroy the SMILE Factory and the dwarves shouted out Usopp's name.[16]
Doflamingo later trapped Dressrosa in his "Birdcage" and forced everyone imprisoned into a survival game. During the chaos, {{char}}'s group was reunited with Wicca and Kyros' dwarf group when Kin'emon arrived at the underground trade port. Doflamingo also placed a price on the heads of twelve people. The dwarves were surprised when Doflamingo not only included Usopp in his hit list but also placed the highest price on his head. With Usopp's new followers turning into enemies, the dwarves, Usopp, Robin, Rebecca, Sabo, Koala, Hack, and Bartolomeo fled to the surface.[17]
After running through the colosseum stands, they reached the top of the old King's Plateau. The dwarves were then reunited with Riku Doldo III and Viola. While Leo and Kabu volunteered to go with Rebecca to find Monkey D. Luffy, the rest of the dwarves decided to go to the SMILE factory to assist Franky.[18]
After arriving at the factory, {{char}}'s group used the pink bees to display a message to the enslaved dwarves, informing them of Doflamingo's treachery, which subsequently led them to revolt.[19] After the dwarves inside the factory unlocked the front door, Franky and {{char}}'s group entered and faced off against the factory's boss, Kyuin. When Franky hugged her in a strange manner, {{char}} interpreted as an act of love. The dwarves were then shocked when Franky kissed Kyuin to stop her from rampaging.[5]
While Franky battled Senor Pink, the dwarves at the factory were contacted by Viola and they were worried when they heard that Mansherry was being forced to use her healing powers on the defeated Donquixote Pirates' officers. They were then overjoyed when Leo and Kabu successfully rescued Mansherry.[20] After Senor Pink's defeat, the dwarves proceeded with the destruction of the SMILE factory.[21]
With the factory demolished, {{char}} and the other dwarves carried Franky outside and then looked in unison towards the city, much to Franky's confusion. Franky then told them to stop staring and run away from the shrinking Birdcage instead.[22]
While fleeing, they ran into Zoro, Kin'emon, and Kanjuro. When Zoro informed them of his plan to stop the Birdcage, the dwarves were awestruck.[23] Since the factory could not be cut by the Birdcage, the dwarves and Franky used it to push the Birdcage back.[24]
When Luffy finally defeated Doflamingo and brought the Birdcage down, the dwarves rejoiced with tears of joy as Luffy's victory was announced to Dressrosa.[25] During the aftermath, the dwarves gathered in front of Kyros and saluted their commander.[26]
Three days after Doflamingo's defeat, the Marines were mobilized to pursue Luffy and his allies. The dwarves hindered the Marines by stealing their weapons.[27]
Wano Country Saga "Gang" Bege's Oh My Family While sailing near Green Bit on their pirate ship, the Tontatta Pirates came across a drifting Tartes ship with Pound on it.[28] The crew then took him to the Dressrosa port.[2
Dwarves are a race in the One Piece world. They were first mentioned on a list of slave prices that Duval gave to Sanji. They sell for Beli700,000 as slaves.[2]
They were first seen in Green Bit when Robin and Usopp were exploring the forest at the northern part of the island off the coast of Dressrosa, they discovered a tribe of dwarves living on the island.[3][4]

Dwarves are an extremely small sentient race. In comparison to an average sized human, their difference in height is approximately the same as that between a normal-sized human and an average-sized giant. They are mostly human in appearance, with chibi-like proportions, and often have pointed noses. Members of the Tontatta Tribe have thick fluffy tails.[1]
Dwarves have a slightly longer lifespan than humans, able to live to around age 150.[5] Their tails look fluffy on the outside, but contain hard cores made of bone and muscle.[6]
The dwarves are valued as slaves by normal humans considering the standard price for a dwarf is Beli700,000.[2]

Dwarves refer to humans as "Big Humans" (大人間, Dai Ningen?) and casually ask them whether they are good or bad and as a tradition a good human can prove him/herself by either giving up their weapons or being stripped of all their possessions. Dwarves are very careful not to be seen by any humans as they will try to kill anyone who sees them unless they promise not to tell anyone of their existence. They are also gullible to anything humans say to them, making them simple to be motivated by Kyros and easily fooled by Doflamingo.[4]
Dwarves are capable of reproducing with humans, as a hybrid species known as Dosundada, as shown by the existence of Charlotte Normande, one of Charlotte Linlin's daughters. Dwarves can also reproduce with giants to create the hybrid species Zushindodo, which is considered to be extremely rare.[7]
They are behind Dressrosa's belief in fairies and accept the country's offerings to them.[4] However, most of the citizens are aware of their existence and only call them fairies as a facade.[8]
According to Wicca, they only show themselves to the Riku royal family, but they make an exception for Usopp and his friends.[9]
After Doldo III's return to the throne, the dwarves and the humans now coexist as peace returns to Dressrosa.[10]
Dwarves are one of the races known to live in Totto Land, where they live in harmony with other races.[11]
Overall Strength The dwarves were able to push an entire factory despite their size. The dwarves were able to push an entire factory despite their size.
Despite their small size, dwarves possess great strength, with a single dwarf being able to easily destroy a building.[1] They are very fast, enough for them to disappear in a blink of an eye, making it nearly impossible for a normal person to see them. They are known as great cultivators as they stated that they can cultivate any plant, as evidenced by the abundance of plant life on Green Bit. However, they have trouble growing SMILE correctly, as it is artificial in nature. Dwarves are shown to be extremely gullible and trusting, easily convinced to believe anyone, even if they are obviously lying.[4]
Certain dwarves fight with a style known as Tontatta Combat, which utilizes their unique traits and strength of their race to bludgeon bigger opponents.[12]
Green Bit is a seemingly uninhabited island in the New World located immediately north of Dressrosa.[2] Law first mentioned the island when he was speaking to Smoker on Punk Hazard.[3] Its underground is home to the Tontatta Kingdom.[4]
Green Bit is connected to Dressrosa by an iron bridge and a secret underground passage. The presence of the Fighting Fish has forced the bridge to be closed for 200 years.[5]
Befitting its name, Green Bit is a very green place, with a large forest and huge plants. Some animals, namely birds, foxes, and boars have been seen on the Island.[6] Underneath the forest, there is a village which is formed by plants.[4]
As a result of a meteor summoned by Issho, a large crater was formed on one side of Green Bit's shore.[7]
Past Until 200 years ago, the island was visited regularly by the citizens of Dressrosa. However, the arrival of Fighting Fish made travel across the bridge impossible. Since then, nobody who has traveled across the bridge has been known to return.[5]
Sometime in the past, a tribe of dwarves made Green Bit their home, and made the underground Tontatta Kingdom.[4]
Dressrosa Saga Punk Hazard Arc Green Bit was first mentioned by Law when he told Smoker that he was planning to head there with the Straw Hat Pirates next.[3] Later, Law told Donquixote Doflamingo that they would drop off Caesar Clown at Green Bit eight hours after their arrival on Dressrosa.[2]

While on their way there, Law, Usopp, Robin, and Caesar asked about Green Bit and discovered the only way to the island is across an iron bridge, which is guarded by a school of Fighting Fish.[5] Despite the warning they got, the group crossed the bridge in order to get to Green Bit. As they were making their way through, they were attacked by several Fighting Fish, but Usopp, Robin, and Caesar (who was temporarily released by Usopp) managed to hold them off until they reached Green Bit.[1] Upon their arrival, they traveled onward towards the beach on the southeast side. When they reached their destination, they discovered that a Marine ship had recently crashed into the island. Law asked Robin and Usopp to investigate the jungle on the island while he would wait with Caesar for the exchange.[8]
Soon after Robin and Usopp entered the jungle, they witnessed a group of marines being questioned and then robbed by Leo and other dwarves. Although they were too fast for her to follow, Robin used Mil Fleur: Campo de Flores to capture Kabu.[8] The dwarves attacked Usopp and Robin with sleeping gas, knocking them out. Later, Robin woke up in the underground Tontatta Kingdom, home of the dwarves. She had been sewn to the floor by Leo while the dwarves searched her. The dwarves later released Robin when she promised that she meant no harm. When they attempted to strip her for not providing any weapons, they were stopped by Flapper, who told them that Robin was friends with the "legendary hero" Usopp.[4]

On the surface at the exchange site, Law received a Den Den Mushi call from Sanji, informing him that Doflamingo never quit the Seven Warlords of the Sea. At that time, Doflamingo and Admiral Fujitora were both en route to Law's location.[9] Doflamingo, Fujitora, and Trafalgar Law were all engaged in conflict, with each of them standing on a narrow pillar, after the three, with limited effort, tore a large hole in the landscape of Green Bit to defend themselves against a meteor that Fujitora sent down on them by the use of his Devil Fruit.[10]
Meanwhile, the dwarves, along with Usopp and Robin, gathered together in an attempt to take on Doflamingo's forces. They planned to head to the Flower Field to meet with their comrades.[10] From there they would go to the Corrida Colosseum, which held the factory in which many of the dwarves, along with Princess Mansherry, had been kidnapped and forced to work.[11] After preparing themselves, the dwarves gathered their forces of animals they had tamed on the island and made their way to Dressrosa.[12]
