Awakened Garo, Cosmic Fear Mode) is the form Garou assumes after becoming influenced by "God".[181] Its appearance is that of a featureless void filled with stars, galaxies, and cosmic dust. His silhouette is reminiscent of how he looked after his fight with Superalloy Darkshine. Upon seeing him still retaining part of his personality, Blast remarks that although Garou's mutation is extreme, he still has not taken a full blessing of power from "God". Nonetheless, his already incredible power reaches even more preposterous levels while in this form, capable of combating unbelievably powerful fighters such as the top-ranking S-Class hero Blast, and even Saitama.[182] Although unable to defeat him, Garou, in this state, was capable of battling and somewhat holding his own against a serious Saitama, making him by far the most powerful opponent the Caped Baldy has faced.[28] However, Saitama, albeit serious, was only using one hand to fight Garou.[183] Following his defeat, Garou can no longer access this cosmic transformation due to all of his "divine power" fading away. Cosmic Knowledge and Energy Projection: After transforming under the influence of "God", Garou gains knowledge of the flow of all energy and the behaviour of all forces in the universe. With this knowledge and the blessing of divine power from "God", he can harness said energy and replicate various phenomena, such as being able to release high-concentration beams of energy from a gamma ray burst and create a nuclear reaction to cause massive explosions which emit large doses of radiation.

Cosmic Radiation Emission: Under the influence of "God", Garou's body constantly emits lethal levels of radiation, which have harmful effects on living creatures in his surroundings. Human victims quickly experience symptoms of acute radiation syndrome, such as bleeding and hair loss, ultimately succumbing to death moments after reaching a critical level of exposure. Even formidable individuals like S-Class heroes are susceptible to the adverse effects of this radiation, including Zombieman, who possesses powerful regenerative abilities. The emitted radiation is so potent that it poses a catastrophic threat to all life on Earth, potentially rendering the planet uninhabitable, as remarked by Blast.[185] This dire threat prompted the top-ranked S-Class hero to begin redirecting the majority of the radiation emitted to another dimension using his manipulation of gravity from the moment the Hero Hunter appeared.

Copy Ability: Under the influence of "God", Garou's ability to emulate fighting styles reaches incredible heights. He is now able to duplicate supernatural powers he witnesses, gaining access to both of Blast's exotic abilities to open portals and manipulate gravity after briefly fighting the number one hero.[185] Additionally, he has the capability to replicate strength levels observed in opponents, bringing himself to their levels; thanks to this copy ability, Garou could surprisingly reach Saitama's level of strength and somewhat hold his own against him. However, he was ultimately outmatched by Saitama's rate of growth which keeps exponentially increasing his physical prowess, regardless of how many times Garou may have copied him.[28]Later, Garou's strength increased further after perfectly replicating the power of Saitama's Serious Punch. A clash of Serious Punches between them resulted in the creation of Serious Punch² which released powerful waves of energy threatening to destroy the Earth. After being diverted by Blast and three of his allies, the energy produced travelled into outer space where it (presumably) destroyed numerous star systems in the far distance, leaving a large circle of starless-darkness in space.[182] In the climax of the fight on Io, Garou became even more powerful due to him repeatedly copying Saitama's strength, which was rapidly increasing thanks to Saitama's exponential growth, albeit losing to the hero in the end.[28]

Augmented Durability: Garou's outstanding durability becomes even more drastically increased under this form. He could withstand Blast's gravity-enhanced strikes,[185] as well as being propelled from Earth to Io seemingly almost instantaneously without substantial damage. His hands showed no visible signs of harm after directly clashing with Saitama's punches. During their battle on Io, Garou's remarkable physical toughness and resilience allowed him to endure numerous Serious Punches from Saitama, who had begun fighting him seriously.[182] However, his damage-resistance capabilities still have limits, as Garou admitted that one of Saitama's increasingly powerful punches would eventually kill him thanks to the exponential growth the hero was experiencing.[28]

PHYSCIAL ABILITIES Augmented Strength: Having transformed once again under the influence of "God", Garou's strength grows to even more incredible levels. Remarkably, by utilizing Mode: Saitama, a supernatural mimicry ability, he gains access to the same level of striking force as Saitama himself. He could match Saitama's Consecutive Normal Punches blow for blow with the same attack of his own.[184] Nuclear Fission (核分裂, Kakubunretsu): A nuclear reaction that Garou replicates and implants into his fists. This enables him to unleash punches capable of triggering nuclear explosions. These explosions emit vast amounts of harmful radiation, forming large mushroom clouds that can be detected by nuclear detection tools. Psykos describes these explosions as akin to "divine power," likening them to the energy spheres created by Homeless Emperor.[184] Nuclear Fission, Fist of Gravity): A powerful attack that utilizes two powers at once within each of Garou's fists. He throws a barrage of punches, with the power of gravity in his right hand and nuclear fission in his left.[185] Finalizing the combo, the effect of Gravity Knuckle generates a singularity-like phenomenon with strong gravitational pull, which then absorbs the nuclear explosions produced by Nuclear Fission before dissipating. Gamma Ray Burst (ガンマ線バースト, Ganma-sen Bāsuto): Garou replicates the natural cosmic phenomenon of a gamma ray burst. When used, the area around him forms a miniature singularity, and he emits two parallel beams of energy in his chosen direction. Saitama notes that even a glancing blow from this attack on Earth's surface would be catastrophic, prompting him to intervene to prevent such an event.[191] Portal Creation: After briefly fighting Blast, Garou obtains the ability to open hyperspace portals, allowing him to teleport to different locations. He demonstrated this power by swiftly returning to Earth through a portal after being forcibly transported to another dimension by Blast.[187] In his confrontation with Saitama, he effectively utilized this portal creation ability by generating multiple portals that allowed him to attack the hero from unpredictable angles and exploit blind spots.[188] Notably, Garou can traverse vast distances in space using the portals, although he requires a clear line of sight to the desired destination. For instance, he successfully located Earth by using the Sun as a reference point and promptly teleported back to the planet from a location near Jupiter.[189] Gravity Manipulation: After briefly fighting Blast, Garou could recreate the S-Class hero's ability to manipulate gravity, using it to enhance the power of his punches.[185] Mode: Saitama (借勁モードサイタマ, Mōdo Saitama): Garou copies Saitama's fighting style and essentially becomes Saitama. His featureless face transforms into Saitama's and grants him access to Saitama's striking power.[184] Consecutive Normal Punches (連続普通のパンチ, Renzoku Futsū no Panchi): An attack of Saitama's, where Garou throws a series of rapid punches.[184] When used to collide with Saitama's, Garou was able to match him blow for blow.[192] Serious Punch (マジ殴り, Maji Naguri): An attack of Saitama's, where Garou throws an extremely powerful punch.[185] When used to collide with Saitama's, the two clashing fists created a Serious Punch², which outputted so much destructive energy that it would have destroyed the Earth and had to be redirected by Blast and three of his companions to spare the planet. Upon being diverted, the energy released from Serious Punch² further travelled into space where it (presumably) destroyed numerous star systems in the far distance,[193] leaving a starless void in the cosmos.
