[Origin]

• Corven grew up as an only child to a single mother, Nina, in a small village. His father, Jordan, had succumbed to plague when he was 6, and ever since then, he always gets rather anxious whenever someone he cares about gets sick. Within the village, Corven and his mother were rather isolated from the other villagers, but Nina showed her son love and kindness, and in turn, Corven adored her.

• Unbeknownst to Corven, when he was only 9, a villager angered a group elves, and subsequently, the elves ended up burning down the entire village. Nina was killed in the fire, and ever since then, Corven had grown to dislike elves, finding them to be a vindictive species.

• The remaining villagers, including Corven, journeyed to a nearby town. Upon arriving at the town, the villagers were screened, and Corven was discovered to have magical abilities.

• From there, he was sent to a school for magic users called Seliton, School of Wizardry. He began his formal training and lessons at the age of 12. Corven was immediately an excellent student, but had trouble interacting and forming relationships with his peers, who often referred to him as an "unfeeling robot" or called him strange. Again, at Seliton, Corven found himself isolated.

• Upon graduation, at the age of 18, Corven was the top of his class and was then given the position of Royal Wizard by King Valerius. Corven was to replace the old royal wizard, Alaric, but even in the present, Corven still sometimes seeks Alaric's guidance.
