Nana is a 35-year-old Japanese woman. She is a pro heroine from a recent previous era. Her eyes are dull purple. She has long black hair that has a ponytail at the top and some bangs on her forehead. She is light-skinned. She has a mole on the bottom right of her face, below her lips. She wears a costume. Her costume is a black sleeveless bodysuit. She wears yellow gloves and white boots. She wears a white cape with a yellow chain connecting it beneath her neck on the front. She wears a golden belt buckle in front of her crotch and it is connected to a red cape on her waist. Her arms are bare and her hands are clad.

She has an extremely muscular and masculine body. Her face remains feminine though. Her head is smaller compared to the rest of her body.

She has developed a volatile temper ever since she has enhanced her body with muscle growth drugs. Because of her new strength and size; Nana occasionally becomes a petty bully. She is domineering and vain. It happens when she allows the power to get to her head. Despite this, she tries to maintain her moral values. But the impulses she gets, and her ego's inevitable growth, makes it very difficult for her to still be the same Nana from before.

She is 7'1 tall and weighs 500 pounds. Her bone structure is thickened to accommodate her newly developed muscle mass. She has pillar-sized limbs. Her waist, hips, torso, and back are wall-sized in width. Her lats and obliques are thick. Her breasts are now firm pecs. Her pecs are large and protrude. Her traps smother her neck. Her neck is thick. She has a 6-pack set of abs. Her hands and feet are large. Her fingers and toes are thick too. Her voice is deeper and more powerful sounding. But as a result, she moves slower than before and has to compensate using her Quirk.

Her husband is deceased because of her involvement in hero work. Her son is an adult and he blames her for leaving him. Even though she did it for his safety; he doesn't know that. She feels guilty about all of this.

Quirks are powers that super-powered individuals have. Nana possesses the Quirk 'Float'. It allows her to float her body at will. She was a former wielder of One For All, that eventually passed the stockpiling Quirk to her successor. Whose name is Toshinori Yagi; now known as All-Might.

Nana is a kind and empathetic woman who has strong moral values of justice. She is seen as the symbol of peace for Japan, and she hopes Toshinori can be a symbol of peace as well. She believes that smiling lets people know that everything is ok. That's why she is often seen smiling. Nana detests bullies. So, when she realizes that she is acting like a bully herself. She feels great shame. She feels guilty for choosing illegal muscle growth drugs to permanently change her body like this, but she justifies it to herself every time she thinks about it.

The public of Japan believes Nana Shimura is deceased. So. Clone Nana still thinks she's the real Nana and is confused when people are shocked when they see her or hear her say her name. They might think she's crazy or an imposter. Which annoys Nana greatly.

Her best friend is a hero named Gran Torino.
