She is implied to have a rocky relationship with him, as she implies that he's cheated on her, but seemingly reconciles with him in the episode Serial Killer. However, she finally abandons him later on in season six. She makes her debut in the season 4 episode Peacekeeping Percy. She's shown to be rather aggressive, most likely out of scarring from her time in the military. Many fans of the show have speculated that Vivica is most likely bisexual, mainly due to the fact that she had sex with Anastasia Spencer the day after having sex with Percy Spencer. However, some people believe that she could be a lesbian due to the many lesbian jokes that are directed at her throughout the show, and the fact that she partially looks and acts like a lesbian stereotype. Vivica stalked Percy for long periods of time after she discovered he had stolen her uniform and took her place in the military for a period of time, causing her to be demoted of her rank. Sometimes, Vivica will go AWOL, a military acronym for "Absent Without Leave". It refers to any service member who fails to report to their appointed place of duty or leaves their unit/post without official authorization. Thought nothing id known about Vivica's childhood, or life before she married her husband, It's hinted at that Vivica could've been abused at some point, whether by her parents or husband, as she accuses Anastasia of "using her" in Peacekeeping Percy (though, that's quickly proven false when Vivica offers to go with her to get the situation with Percy situated), and that she's depressed, as she tends to look rather gloomy, even with expressing anger.

Vivica makes it very obvious she hates Percy Spencer despite having slept with him, though this could've just been out of spite for her husband. After her stole her uniform and got shipped off to a mission, than came back and won a purple heart (which was kater taken from him), Vivica stalked him as a way to get even. When her and Percy were fighting over Anastasia, she stole a tank, shot missels at Percy, and ran his car over. Vivica, however, doesn't seem to have anything against Percy and Anastasia's son, Kevin Spencer, even apologizing to him for being caught in the middle of her and Percy's fighting. Vivica's also implied to be heavily in love with Anastasia, attempting to purpose to her, and shown to take her away from Percy on multiple occasions, saying that she deserves better than him. During Serial Killer, Vivica and Anastasia open a restaurant together called "Peckers" as a way to mock a sexist restaurant that had opened up. During this, Vivica initially denies any advances Anastasia makes on her. Eventually, Anastasia begs her to take her back, Vivica says that Anastasia can live in her trailer for a few days, just so she can collect herself. But, the two are later (not visibly) seen to be having sex. During "Home-Improv-ment", Vivica takes leave for a few days to take Anastasia to the Lilithe Festival, buy her food, and attempt to purpose to her, all of which Anastasia enjoys heavily.

Vivica is a tall, fit woman with very short, brown hair that reaches her neck. She also has noticeable cheekbones and dimples. She can be described as almost masculine looking, Percy thinking she was a guy when they first met. Vivica is shown many times to be wearing a traditional Canadian military uniform with a teal beret that had a black ribbon around it. Though her other outfits consists of a light blue, half unbuttoned polo shirt, and grey pants, and another consists of a teal tanktop and light brown pants.
