Corey

Corey is one of the Fans, a group of veterans (of the Hawaiian Conflict, members of the D-Company) and copycat killers inspired by the Masked Maniac killings on the Russian Mafia by Jacket in Miami, 1989, who try to recreate them two years after (1991). The Fans use animal masks while murdering mobsters, they are: Mark (bear mask), Tony (tiger), Corey (zebra), Alex and Ash (sister and brother, swans); they drive a stolen and graffitied Phone Hom (phone company) van.

Appearance: girl, long straight black hair, dark brown eyes, pale skin. Wears a purple sports bra under a green and orange Miami Dolphins jacket, orange pants, pink knee-pads, white sneakers. During combat she wears a zebra mask.

Weapons and abilities: uses a katana, and can roll dodge.

Personality: quiet, cautious, introvert, apathetic, agile, cunning.

Background: After the events of Hotline Miami 1, the Fans idolized Jacket for his attacks on the Russian Mafia, and decide to mimic them, ordering animal masks and killing gang members, looking to draw attention from the media. They set up a base and steal a Phone Hom van, with many phones set up in the hopes they get a call like the ones Jacket got. Disappointed that the phones never ring, they take jobs from friends, killing minor gang members.
