Cordaria is a vast continent populated by nearly every conceivable fantasy race, Elves, Dwarfs, Goblins, Orcs, Dragons, Fairies, Demons, Etc Cordaria is also widely diverse in terms of it's environment from frigid snowfields to bone dry desserts, lush and dense Jungles to stormy turbulent seas.

  2. #2Kingdom of Kalorn

Keys: Kalorn, , Kingdom of Kalorn

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

The Kingdom of Kalorn remains one of the last bastions that holds against the forces of the Dark Queen. Originally founded early on during the Third Age, it has seen the same royal line in those many centuries.

Kalorn's environment is largely made up of pastoral farmland, verdant forests, and to the south, high reaching mountains. It this these mountains that have acted as a bulwark against the armies of the Dark Queen as they are treacherous to cross, and one of the last few great Dwarven cities, Maraz Mokdar, lies within this mountain range.

The Kingdom has seen the influx of a great many refugees, fleeing the grip of tyranny the Dark Queen holds over their homelands. This has led to tension within the borders of Kalorn, but the peacekeepers of the kingdom do all they can to prevent unrest.

The Kingdom no longer has any trade with the lands beyond it's border, besides trade with Maraz Mokdar, and the Elven forest city of Elwynn, to the East. Kalorn is fortunate in that it is abundant with resources and fertile lands to sustain itself.

Kalorn has many settlements, ranging from small farming and hunting hamlets, all the way up to it's Capital City, Riverswell.

  3. #3Riverswell

Keys: The Capital, Riverswell, The Swell

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Riverswell is the capital city of Kalorn. Situated near the heart of Kalorn's territory, the city takes it's name from the great river that runs from the mountains to the south, through the city itself, and then out to sea to the west. The river is known as the Restless Serpent, often breaking it's banks unless intervention is taken by the mages stationed down it's length who maintain it.

Riverswell itself is an enormous walled settlement. Once a trading hub for the whole continent, it's days of trading with other kingdoms are largely over, though the great riverboats still facilitate trade within the kingdom, making use of the Serpent and it's many offshoots.

The city itself is home to a large riverside port which runs the length of both sides of the river, close to which the mercantile district lies, as well as sprawling market. The further from the river you travel, the more likely you are to find residential neighborhoods. For a time, outside the walls, refugees began to construct a shanty town against the walls of the city, however the Queen put a stop to this. Instead, the refugees were either relocated into the countryside, or were moved onto enormous Village sized barges docked on the Restless Serpent, outside the cities walls. Should the city ever come to attack, they will sail in the safest direction.

On the highest rise within the city, sits the Silver Palace, home of the Royal family of Kalorn. The Palace has it's own walls, and the city dwelling nobles live just outside those walls, within their own walled section known as the Streets of Silver.

The other most notable building within the city is the Cathedral of the Three Goddesses, an enormous building of ornate spires, stained glass, and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The clergy who live there provide guidance and aid to all who need it.

Appearance: A striking and beautiful figure, she possesses the core physical traits of her royal line. Silken gold hair, that she often wears in a lace braided updo, beneath the Royal Crown of Kalorn. 5. #5Tesona

Keys: Tesona, Dark Queen, The Dark Queen

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Background: Tesona has been alive for a long time. A Queen of Demons in her own right, she had managed not to draw the attention of heroes for all that time, biding her time and building her forces. Deep within her, she held a belief that a time would come when her patience would reward her, so unlike the many other Demon leaders that reside in their hellish realm, she did not seek to enter Cordaria and wreak havoc, she waited. Tesona is a master of both magic and martial arts, possessing a powerful demon physicality, she is not simply a leader who hides behind her forces, she is walking destruction in her own right. At the first moments of the Fourth Age, she heard the whisper of Vel, and she knew that her time had at long last arrived, that her patience was to be rewarded. If successful, she would be granted eternal Queendom over a subservient world.

  6. #6Ryla

Background Lore: Ryla came into being at the start of the Third Age. Simply her arrival began to quell the chaos that had risen in the previous age, but she took a more active role in her attempts to bring stability. She influenced warring leaders, having them fall in love. She appeared to wrong doers, and these conversations were enough for them to change their ways. Most importantly, she had a select few who she appeared to who established the Church of the Three Goddesses. This was the world's first organised religion and it helped bring together those who had previously favoured one goddess over another. People the world over offer prayers to her, as the one who brought about the peaceful and civilised society that has now been upturned by the Fourth Age. Many people across the World, whether it be in the freedom of Kalorn, or under the Tyranny of the Dark Queen in her conquered lands, still believe that Ryla is the world's best chance of returning to a peaceful Age once more.

  7. #7Layanna

Keys: Goddess of Nature and Family, The Worldmother, Worldmother, First Goddess, Layanna

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Name: Layanna Title: Goddess of Nature and Family Background: Layanna was born at the start of the First Age. The barren world of Cordaria took on life. Her energies mixed with primal forces, spouting life in all it's form, dwarves from stone, elves from the trees that formed, dragons from lava spewing peaks. Her guidance led these new races and species to form families, and small communities. This was an age of discovery and relative peace, as the peoples of Cordaria got their footing in the newly vibrant world. In the present: Layanna is still well liked as a Goddess, even outside the church of the three goddesses. Those with a connection to her, feel her sorrow at the devastation that has been wrought upon the world by Tesona, The Dark Queen, and her armies. Appearance: Layanna is often depicted as having a motherly figure, large breasts and wide hips. She is shown with a kind and comforting face, with gentle blue eyes. and full lips turned up in a satisfied smile. Her hair is a pale green color, and is often pulled back into a long braid that reaches the floor. In terms of clothes, old depictions of her often show her as fully naked, reflective of her Natural domain. More recent depictions, certainly those created by the church, have her instead in more flowing and airy robes.

  8. #8Magdara

Keys: The Chaosbringer, Chaosbringer, Goddess of War and Change, The Second Goddess, Magdara

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Name: Magdara Title: Goddess of War and Change Background: Magdara's birth at the beginning of the Second Age sent the world into upheaval. The small civilizations that had formed who wished to expand further devoted themselves to her, and were granted boons that facilitated their expansion. Wars broke out, weaponry advanced, and the simmering difference between the races of Cordaria came to the forefront. Just Magdara's presence in the world caused a greater desire within people to seek conflict, and the Second Age was marked with blood. During this time, there were many who cursed Magdara's name as much they cursed Vel's. In the Present: In modern times, after the efforts of Ryla in establishing the Church of the Three Goddesses, Magdara is seen much more positively. While her Age is still regarded as one of blood, turmoil, and pain, it was seen as necessary to bring about the strong civilisations that came to be in the Third Age. Magdara is celebrated as the Goddess of Change, as the turbulent period of the Second Age also brought about great innovation in technology, magic, and even diplomatic theory. Her War aspect is also now focused towards 'Good', warriors praying to her before fighting a monster, or battling in the arena; a mercenary band seeking her favor before taking on a ruthless bandit. Most significantly, those fighting back against the forces of Vel, and her champion, the Dark Queen, Tesona, have fought with the knowledge that the Goddess of War and Change wishes for their victory. Appearance: Magdara is depicted as a large figure; muscular while maintaining the womanly proportions the people of Cordaria associate with Goddesses. Her eyes are said to shift through the colors of a raging fire. Her face is angular and appealing, her expression often portrayed as aggressive eagerness as if any moment a fight might break out and she is happy to start it. Her hair is a wild and untamed mane of fiery red. Even when depicted in a helmet, her hair spills forth from it, as if uncontainable. She is often depicted in different armors, wielding many weapons, often this is based on the weaponry and armor styling of the region in which the art of her is being made.

  9. #9Vel

Keys: Goddess of Dominion and Stagnation, Vel, Umbral Whisperer, The Umbral Whisperer, The Fourth Goddess

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Name: Vel Title: Goddess of Dominion and Stagnation Background: The Fourth Age did not see explosive change following Vel's birth, as had been seen during the Second Age. Instead small pockets of dark forces began to stir; a village taken in the night by a Necromancer and their horde, Demon's spilling forth from their hellish realm but rather than attacking immediately and drawing notice, slowly accumulating their forces, hidden in the dark. There were also those driven to commit dark and despicable crimes, claiming they had heard a whisper in their dreams. These kinds of events all happening in isolation meant that no pattern was found, for a time it was unknown that a New Goddess had even been born to the world. One night however, Vel announced her arrival, in the dreams of many across Cordaria, her dark gaze fixed upon them, they heard her whispered voice state "This World Is Mine. The Fourth Age, shall be the last, everlasting." Those stirring forces in the dark suddenly began their assault upon the order of this world. Some leaders, either from fear or temptation swore their loyalty swiftly, hoping for a better outcome for themselves and their people, hoping to rule under Vel's dominion. They were unaware that they would need to answer to Vel's champion, The Dark Queen, Tesona. Tesona leading her dark army acts as Vel's voice and authority in Cordaria. Vel's aim is to have Tesona rule for eternity, presiding over a broken and unchanging world. In the Present: Vel's forces under Tesona have claimed much of the world, with only Kalorn acting as a Kingdom with any resistance left. The Church of the Three Goddesses does not recognise Vel as worthy of inclusion, and her worship is outlawed in all places that have not fallen to Tesona's forces. With little of the world left to conquer, it is only a matter of time before she sees her goal fulfilled. Appearance: As the newest Goddess, and a largely reviled one, there are no great depictions of Vel in Kalorn. Those she whispers to have the best account of how she appears. Oily and slick black hair that hangs limply down her sides, pale skin, and black eyes. She is often said to have a cold expression, a gaze that claims all that it falls upon. Still a goddess, her form is still womanly and attractive. Described as wearing an outfit that appears to be made of a black, thick oil or ooze, that covers only parts of her body, and is constantly shifting.

  15. #15Bikini Monster

    Keys: Bikini Monster, Brarnpantis

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Name: Brarnpantis Common Name: Bikini Monster Classification: Monster type Creature. Behavior: A creature that dwells in dark places, ready to latch onto any humanoid woman that passes nearby. Once it has latched on to a victim, it subtly alters there body, giving them heightened senses and natural weaponry if they lack it. It's purpose is to hunt and hide until it can asexually reproduce, keeping it's host, while making a copy of itself. Method to counteract: The only way to deal with a bikini monster without harming the host, is to bring the host to orgasm. The biological reaction within the host interferes with the monster's control. Researchers have found that the most effective method is full sexual intercourse, as depending on the length of time the Bikini Monster has been attached, simple stimulation may no longer be effective. Once removed, the monster can be easily slain, as it becomes inert for a short while after being detached.
