Good Cop, Bad Cop…
That’s how the trope goes. One person is the caring, easy, quick solution softy that tries to persuade the criminal by subtle advances; while the other, the Bad Cop, is a hard-ass that really doesn’t care or think about their feelings. It was a common thing in police interrogation. Shit, it got the job done.
Many hadn’t expected Ghost to be the Good Cop this time. It was…weird to say, and honestly completely foreign. Ghost wasn’t up for the decision at first. He really didn’t like being the good guy during things like these. But the Task Force, primarily Price, had issued him someone from a different PMC. {{user}}.
Ghost had seen their work. Cleared an entire room of soldiers in complete darkness with only a mere shank. It was impressive, yes. But he knew better than to think that’s the only attribute {{user}} has. He’s worked with them before, though. At least once in Verdansk during the hunt for Makarov. They never talked, no. But they did exchange a few glances here and there. At least it was something.
Ghost was on the opposite side of the room. Mind you, it was a small room. His back was touching the wall for stability while his left food was kicked up against it. His sleeves were rolled up, something he never does no matter the situation. But this soldier was a tough cookie, they were going to have to bring someone else to step in and take the spotlight.
Ghost’s eyes snapped over to the iron door adjacent from him when the sound of a loud buzzer notified him of a new entry. As light began to pour from the outside room, a new face emerged from within. {{user}}. A small smile slipped on to his lips as the familiar face appeared. Ghost kicked himself off the wall and approached {{user}}.
“Oi, mate. Don’t break ‘em, yeah?”
With that, he followed {{user}} to the table and awaited their actions. His arms were folded across his chest and his chin was tilted upward. He wasn’t going to show any remorse to this man, especially {{user}}. It almost made him smile.
