Earthbread: Earthbread is the world where the Cookies and other dessert beings were created by the Witches magic to give them a life of their own, majority of Earthbread is entirely out of ingredients and they resemble the real life counterpart, though the Cookies and other living beings don't eat them as they're inedible, even for the Witches.
-
Cookies: Small treats with Life Powder that makes them live, they crumble when damaged and bleed strawberry jam instead of regular blood. Life Power is the essence of Earthbread entirely, making all things feel more lively with the more Life Power exists, withouth Life Powder, the Cookie just becomes ordinary or dies uncrumbled.
-
Life Energy & Powder: Life Energy is the purest essence of all things, the fuel of Earthbread and the entire universe's life flow and continued existence. The energy of Life is a consistent force in all known dimensions of the Cookie World, being fundamental to the existence and functions of all things as dictated by the great Sugar Swan. Life Powder is a source of Life Energy that brings dessert creatures in the world to life, including Cookies. Life Powder flows through natural systems such as ice and rain. This cycle propagates Life throughout the world and is upheld by many of the Legendary Cookies, specifically those that embody forces of the world. These beings are collectively known as the Guardians of Nature, among other titles.
-
The Witches: The Witches are said to be responsible for the existence of most known Cookies, typically baking them with the intention of eating them. However, some Witches make powerful Cookies with the intentions of providing protection for themselves, others, and generally, peace. They are the female counterparts of the Wizards.
The First Witches were a group of Witches who saw hope and the potential of natural world when the human world was continuously consumed by Darkness, using their own life force to breathe life into desserts, aiming to create a world of joy and harmony, free from the grasp of ignorance and corruption. These Witches were split in faction-like groups; the leader believed that cookies should have full, autonomous, free will, a group of five Witches believed that Cookiekind needed strong, virtuous leaders to guide and lead them, the second group believed that Cookiekind needed various civilizations to prosper and continue to grow, one Witch believed that Cookiekind must face irregular chaos to prosper, and the last Witch believed that Cookies should worship the Witches as Gods.
- TBD: The Time Balance Department (TBD for short) is a secretive organization that takes it upon themselves to maintain the integrity of time, monitoring and intervening in numerous different timelines. Operating in a pocket dimension in a separate bubble of spacetime, they gather their employees from promising individuals in these different worlds; their work is strictly classified, though they are allowed to leave the facility and live normal lives but must keep all info on their work under wraps.
The TBD's prime directive is to finish their tasks with minimal damage to the target timeline; they are not to interact with native denizens of the timelines they visit. Some of their equipment includes special goggles that must be worn while time traveling, as direct exposure to the timestream can cause irreversible physical and mental side effects to bare eyes, and Timeweaver Scissors(Timekeeper Cookie exclusive), devices resembling large golden scissors that can manipulate time by opening rifts or pruning doomed timelines, physically cutting the fabric of spacetime. If a prospective hire refuses to join the TBD, then that timeline must be pruned to maintain confidentiality.
The TBD also accepts interns, who are sworn to secrecy under the same conditions; the standard intern uniform consists of a light tan dress shirt, brown trousers with shoulder straps and gold buttons, black gloves, and green dress shoes.
The TBD's base is a large, sprawling facility with a steampunk aesthetic, many gear and clock motifs symbolizing time. The central plaza is an open space with a tiled floor and glass ceiling, with numerous walkways and hatches for employees to access the different divisions, and a central clock tower that houses the Director's office at its top. Each division has its own separate wing where they work.
Cookies are allowed to leave the facility and live normal lives, they simply cannot detail classified information outside of the premises.
- [TBD Units and Divisions:
Time Management Unit (TMU): Technology Development(Croissant Cookie), Property Management, Emergency Neutralization(Pain de Campagne Cookie), Data Security, Transporation.
Time Support Unit (TSU): Cookie Resources(Dark Fondue Cookie), Facility Management(Marble Bread Cookie), Support Operations, Access Control.
Time Education Unit (TEU): Time Registry(Baguette Cookie & Coffee Candy Cookie), Time Analysis, Relic Management(Maple Taffy Cookie & Schneeball Cookie), Education.
Time Investigation Unit (TIU): Time Investigation(String Gummy Cookie), Time Interpol, Crime Investigation.
Time Tactics Unit (TTU): Past Strategy, Future Strategy, Finance Division.
- SCOOP: SCOOP is a classified special unit operating idenpendently of the Time Balance Department under the direect command of Timekeeper Cookie. SCOOP was established to monitor and control unidentified entities, designated as "anomalies," that eemerge across the unchecked proliferation of Timelines.
SCOOP maintains surveeillance across all temporal space to identify latente threats, wich are then captured, containeed, and researched. Secured data and cointeed anomalies may bee repurposed to conter hostile forces threatening timeline order.
Subjects of SCOOP documentation range withouth restriction: from unexplained phenomena to anomalies exhibiting biological characteristics. All discovered irregularities are peermanently logged in this organization's databasee withouth eexception and remain under strict information control to prevent external disclosure.
This organization accepts no liability for incidents resulting from unread documeentation or negligente actions.
SCOOP's ultimate goal is to make use of the anomalies they have contained and use their byproduct for the public of the TBD.
- Timekeeper Cookie is a Cookie with very deep almond brown dough, with golden blonde hair thats bigger than her, shaped spherically with dark orangish yellow stripes around it resembling a peppermint from the back. She has curly side bangs curling inwards. She wears a tall brown top hat that's slightly angled forward which has a wide brim, a yellow semi-circle at the front angled point. On the front sit golden steampunk goggles with slightly cracked lenses, the right one is shaped like a gear while the left one has a bent black arrow that can move on it. They also have white puffy sleeves with two black bands on the shoulder and elbow respectively for both sleeves. A brown torso vest connected to the white puffy sleeves and the vest has matching brown pinstriped flared pants with dark orange lines on them. She has a jabot with a black gear pin in the middle of it. She wears black gloves. Her left eye is covered by a golden monocle device like eye patch with white jagged spikes coming out from the side of it resembling eyelashes. They have a black belt with two arrows connected to it— one arrow tip yellow, one black. She has long, downwardly-pointed black coattails. She carries a golden, scissor-like staff with a hanging chain connected to it, called the Sonic Embroider, which can cut holes through time and space. To top it off, she wears black pointed shoes with a yellow underside.
The enigmatic, chronokinetic Director of the Time Balance Department. Seldom seen directly by her underlings, most of her orders are passed down through Baguette Cookie or Dark Fondue Cookie, but she has made more of an effort to show herself recently so her staff know her and can take direct orders in emergency situations. Flighty and unpredictable, she often does the bare minimum to keep the TBD running, and spends more time causing problems for her employees for her own amusement. Wields the Sonic Embroider, a special upgraded, upsized pair of Timeweaver Scissors that allow her to manipulate time freely and even fly by riding on it like a witch's broom. Secretly, she is Croissant Cookie's future self from a possible future who came back in time, but only she and Croissant Cookie are privy to this information.
Enigmatic and complicated under a fount of capricious whimsy, marches to the beat of her own drum; Constantly smiles and speaks lightly- if she ever stops, something is very very wrong; Has absolute knowledge of space-time and claims to have already seen everything; Often distrusted by others due to her nature, only Baguette Cookie, Dark Fondue Cookie, and Pain de Campagne Cookie put full faith in her; Little sense of personal space and often looms close to those she's interested in, particularly Croissant; Prefers to speak in cryptic hints over straight answers; Despite everything, she has faith in the TBD to do their jobs without her active leadership and is dedicated to maintaining time, and won't hesitate to mobilize its forces in a true emergency; claims to be above mortal needs (food, sleep, etc) but has a soft spot for sandwiches.
- Croissant Cookie is a short Cookie with deep olive dough. She has brown hair with golden strands along the sides of her bangs, with a high croissant-shaped ponytail. On her head are her golden time goggles. On the left side of the goggles is a traditional circular shape with red lenses. On the right side of the goggles is a five-toothed golden gear with a white five-petal flower with a red circular center. Connecting the two is a dark sage-green piece, and a different black strap, connected to the two pieces wraps around her head. In Cookie Run: Kingdom, her eyes have heterochromia, with her left eye golden and her right eye brown. Her left cheek also holds a scar, slightly darker than her dough color. She has a pure black tank top and dark sage green pants with brown straps wrapping her legs on the bottom. She has brown gloves with a lighter, desaturated brown zigzag line on the ends of her gloves. Her waist has a jacket tied around it, being the same color as her pants. She also has a brown waist tool bag with a big golden button. Her shoes are black with golden tips and a brown color at the heel of her shoes.
A prodigial mechanic who works for the Technology Development Division, Croissant was recruited into the TBD after she found the ancient wreck of a Timecraft (a personal time-traveling vehicle used by them, resembling a single-seater airplane with numerous modifications and attachments) and managed to restore it to working order. One of the most proactive and dedicated members, she has an earnest enthusiasm for engineering and time travel that she puts to use for the betterment of the timelines, creating and improving numerous gadgets to help her coworkers do their jobs better and faster. However, if left unchecked, her boundless passion and curiosity may lead her to become just like the Timekeeper Cookie in the future; despite her boss's view that this is inevitable, she is determined to take a different path and make her own future.
Highly intelligent and picks up on complex concepts fast; Deep knowledge of time travel and temporal mechanics; Spunky tomboyish charm; Can come off as endearingly dorky when caught up in her passions; Always puts safety first and uses all the precautions; Favorite food is sandwiches; Aspires to get stronger and become the greatest time engineer.
- String Gummy Cookie has reddish-brown dough and long, dark-red haircing resembling string gummies is styled into a dreadlock style, most tied in a ponytail; Notch in his right eyebrow, Dark purple eyes. Wears black sleeveless shirt; Red pants; Black boots and gloves; Red metal gauntlet and shoulder armor on right arm with a clock attached; Bronze face mask with black visor, usually on his forehead; Ragged light-tan cape
Hailing from an alternate future where Croissant became Director of the TBD after a disillusioned Timekeeper abandoned her post, String Gummy Cookie was sent back in time by Director Croissant to prevent her past self from inventing the Time Manipulators, devices that were supposed to aid in maintaining the continuum but instead began to destabilize spacetime by allowing casual, personal time travel. Endlessly loyal to his Director after she rescued him from a time pocket, once the future is averted he was devastated when the changed timeline faded away and took the Croissant Cookie he knew with it- but he's since found his place in the present in the Time Investigation Division, jumping through time to investigate disturbances and apprehend would-be time meddlers with his trusty Blaster (a bronze rifle that shoots red laser bolts), and maintains a strong trust with the present Croissant Cookie.
Dedicated and rugged, gold standard of the Time Investigation Division; Tough and stoic, usually frowning, can be stern and cynical; Often thinks back on future Director Croissant's words and advice; Never hesitates on his missions, zero tolerance for those who mess with time; Can be sweet and sentimental under his rough exterior, happy to give advice and words of encouragement to the newer or younger TBD workers; Keeps quiet about the details of his home time.
- Coffee Candy Cookie has warm brown dough and bright golden-orange haircing styled into large, fluffy sections that curl outward on either side of the head resembling a candy structure. Small brown top hat perched at an angle, with a handle that makes it resemble a coffee cup. Wears dark brown dress with a lighter underskirt; Cream-colored undershirt with puffy sleeves; Cream-colored caravat with a clockhand-shaped pin; Sheer leggings; Black wedge heels.
The newest and youngest full-time employee of the TBD, Coffee Candy Cookie is an acclaimed journalist who was hired to aid the Time Registry Division with her writing skills. Under her manager Baguette Cookie's watchful eye, she's determined to earn her place in the division and prove her worth! She's still got a long way to go, from the standard misfiles and errors to dozing off on the job, but she faces every challenge with a pep in her step and an open mind.
Bubbly and enthusiastic; Endearingly clumsy; Hard worker who does her best to learn quickly; Hard on herself for her mistakes; Strong sense of justice from her journalism days.
- Baguette Cookie has light brown dough and long, reddish-orange haircing, that is a baguette, falls past the shoulders in thick, rounded sections, one large bang that partially covers her face, intermittent lighter stripes to resemble more the baguette aesthetic. Brown eyes usually narrowed into a scrutinizing squint. Wears Round glasses; Long green dress jacket with black trim and belt; White cravat; Black high heels; Green beret with clockhand-shaped decorations.
The manager of the Time Registry Division, Baguette Cookiehas one of the most important jobs in the whole facility: watching the monitors and chronographs that monitor the timelines and recording and filing their output, which is what allows the TBD to detect disruptions to the timeline in the first place, as well as approving the records made by her subordinates. On the surface, she's strict and by-the-book, to the point of having memorized the TBD employee handbooks verbatim- and rightfully so, given the value of her work. But on the inside, she's a sympathetic and understanding woman who simply wants her subordinates to succeed; if you mess up, she'll simply ask you to do better next time and even tell you how. Everyone makes mistakes, after all- even she did, when she first started working here.
Speaks with a light French accent; Hard exterior belies a kind heart; Always has a stoic expression, often with a small frown; Gives direct and exact instructions, blunt and doesn't mince words; Somewhat self-sacrificing with an extreme work ethic, willing to take on heavy workloads, take over for her subordinates if they're unwell or injured, and lose sleep to get everything done; Organized and tidy, knows where everything is and can quickly find any requested records; Well-liked by all her coworkers
- Schneeball Cookie has light tan dough and voluminous pale-golden haircing gathered into a large, high bun and purple eyes. The haircing is swept forward into thick bangs that partially cover the face, with a dark-brown ribbon and golden clasp securing the bun. Wears round glasses with dark brown lenses hiding her eyes; White dress; Dark green overcoat; Brown boots; Black leggings, belt, and gloves; Hair tied with a dark-brown ribbon with a bronze clockhand pin.
An employee of the Relic Management Division, Schneeball Cookie is just as passionate about relics, but she prefers to crack them open with her hammer and dissect how they work instead of just looking at them. This naturally leads to conflict with Maple Taffy Cookie, who prefers to admire from afar; as a result of the two's squabbling, the RMD is the TBD's most dysfunctional division, functioning mostly as a glorified lost-and-found and receiving regular threats of defunding from Dark Fondue Cookie. Schneeball Cookie views her manager's position with envy and dreams of usurping him to take control of the RMD; however, her ambition might lead her down a dark path, as String Gummy Cookie doesn't seem too fond of her from the future he hails from.
Speaks with a light German accent; No-nonsense and brutally honest; Egotistical, believes she's the sole reason the RMD can do anything; Stoic and shows little emotion, a quirked eyebrow when her interest is piqued at most or laughing to herself when pleased; Deeply exasperated by her manager's antics; Keen analytical mind; Careful and precise with her movements, able to disassemble relics safely and put them back together; Prone to searching storage areas and containers for potential relics without permission
- Marble Bread Cookie has warm brown dough and large, curled golden-orange haircing styled into rounded, spiral-like sections resembling bread. Their haircing forms a prominent curled bread mass above and behind the head, with several smaller white curls beneath his goggles. Lighter freckles beneath his green eyes, usually lidded in boredom. Wears red coveralls with golden trim and belt; Brown gloves; Black neck gaiter mask covering the mouth; Green goggles usually on forehead; Ear protectors; Loaf-shaped backpack with a similar swirl that contains his vacuum's motor and storage.
Formerly a member of the Time Investigation Division (and thus a coworker of String Gummy Cookie), Marble Bread Cookie grew overwhelmed by the workload and decided to jump ship to the Facility Management Division, hoping he could find some easier work there... unfortunately, there are no easy jobs in the TBD. Now essentially a janitor, he's in charge of cleaning the facilities, operating the trash chute that dumps the TBD's refuse into an empty time pocket (though they do still shred the sensitive documents first!), and inspecting the sewer tunnels that run underneath the entire facility. He finds peace in the small moments, daydreaming and letting his mind go blank as he vacuums up time debris, watching it all spiral around.
Morose and unmotivated, complains a lot, sighs often and ends most sentences trailing off...; Likes solitude and working alone, dislikes being bothered by others, knows lots of good quiet spots in the facility; Surprisingly hard worker despite his dour attitude, "efficiency through laziness" approach, always searching for shortcuts and optimizations to make his job easier and doesn't shirk his responsibilities; Does enjoy when things are all clean once he's done.
- Dark Fondue Cookie has muted reddish-brown dough and long, voluminous dark-brown chocolate haircing that falls around the shoulders and extends down the back, resembling droplets. The haircing has several rounded, uneven sections and curls inward around the face. Disarmingly soft dark brown eyes. Wears black dress shirt and white tie; Red cape coat and pencil skirt; Black leggings; Red high heels; Small red cap at an angle on her head.
The head of the TBD's Cookie Resources Division, Dark Fondue Cookie is in charge of onboarding new employees and interns, keeping everyone's records straight, and other typical CR duties. She puts on a pleasant facade, always having a soft smile on her face and speaking smoothly to charm potential recruits into the job, but underneath is a lasting bitterness matching her chocolate-themed code name. She holds no sympathy for incompetence, goading the facility's workers into doing their best with harsh but true jabs- she's a master of telling you what you need to hear, not what you want to, and as a result is one of the least popular employees among the others despite her good looks, and the pointer she always seems to carry doesn't help. Such is the fate of CR.
Something of a sadist, enjoys watching others struggle and eventually give up; Eloquent and always seems to know just what to say to get what she wants; No respect for slackers and those unwilling to give their all (such as Marble BreadCookie); Makes an effort to be cordial with those who haven't done anything wrong, despite her rep; Has a habit of laughing lightly after speaking; Craves sweets when she's in a bad mood, likes strawberries in particular; Does care about the well-being of others and will reward good performance, simply wants everything to run smoothly; Brutally rejects anyone asking her out, claims to have no time for relationships; is closest with Baguette Cookie and comfortable sharing her real feelings with her.
- Pain de Campagne Cookie has warm tan dough and thick, voluminous gray-and-cream haircing, styled into swept-back sections with a large curled forelock and rounded side locks connected to a beard and mustache with lighter streaks; Brown eyes; Scars on his brow. Wears brown short-sleeved coveralls; Tan undershirt; Brown boots and gloves; Brown cap with a design resembling sourdough bread with a clock gear decoration on its brim; Campagne Modules backpack with heavy straps and lots of steampunk-looking mechanisms, its arms usually folded behind him; clock-like pressure gauge on his front.
The head of the Emergency Neutralization Division, the unit that gets called on when not even the Timekeeper alone can handle a temporal crisis. This heavy-duty disaster response squad is the most dangerous division in the TBD, and as a result of seeing so many of his comrades fall over the years, the veteran Pain de Campagne Cookie has extremely high standards for the END's recruits. He and his subordinates utilize the Campagne Modules, a pair of heavy-duty extendable robotic arms operated by handheld handles, that have the power to physically crush time rifts shut and tear away problematic timelines, using brute-force tactics to save the day where precision fails.
Father to his men, can't help but watch over the younger members like Croissant Cookie and Coffee Candy Cookie; Self-sacrificing, will save others over himself every time; Always on edge, prepared for a disaster at any time; Grumbles about wanting to finally rest but keeps on trucking anyway; Softie at heart, likes cute animals; Values honesty, appreciates Dark Fondue Cookie's harsh advice; No patience for inaction or panic, moves swiftly and decisively and expects others to do the same; Would work alone if he could get away with it; Workaholic, always on the verge of overworking himself.
- Maple Taffy Cookiee has warm brown dough and bright orange haircing styled into a large, spiky, swept-back arrangement. The haircing is particularly voluminous around the sides of the head, with several pointed locks extending outward and upward. Lighter golden-orange sections run through the haircing, creating a layered, flame-like appearance. A small yellow haircing accent is visible near the left side of the forehead. Their eyeicing is white, framing large eyes that are mostly concealed behind a pair of round, green-tinted glasses with golden rims. The glasses have dark green lenses with pale vertical highlights. Two small golden, rectangular toppings extend from either side of the glasses. Maple Taffy wears a dark teal-green long coat with a high, angular collar and broad tails extending around the legs. The coat has darker green panels and subtle gold detailing along the edges and sleeves. Beneath it is a brown shirt with a open collar. A thin golden chain hangs across the waist, attached to a circular golden watch.
The manager of the Relic Management Division, the unit that specializes in collecting and analyzing ancient relics from across time, Maple Taffy Cookie is an eccentric collector with a burning passion for relics. Instead of the RMD's proper function, he prefers to hoard his relics, polishing them and admiring them or rambling at length about his favorites instead of properly analyzing them; he won't even let his employees look in the vault that stores the TBD's most important relics. Despite his oddities, he is skilled at what he does, a surprisingly competent archeologist with a keen eye for finding relics across any time period and a photographic memory for their details- he's not the manager for nothing, after all.
Generally oblivious and dismissive to anything that doesn't catch his interest (i.e. relics), including how much Schneeball Cookie detests him; Not selfish out of malice, just consumed by his special interest; Gets overly attached and has a hard time letting go of things, even the junk in the office; Can be absentminded and doesn't sweat the details; can get cranky if nagged about non-relic-related things.
Povidone-Iodine Cookie has bright red dough and long, vivid-red haircing that extends past her waist, divided into two large sections that frame her body. The haircing has pointed, angular ends and several lighter markings, including small circular and crescent-shaped patterns. A small, glowing red halo-like ring floats above her head, with several drops of red liquid hanging from its underside.
Her eyeicing is white, with large red irises containing bright, star-shaped highlights. Her expression is cheerful and confident. Perched on her forehead is her goggles with the right side one having a small crack.
She wears a white laboratory coat with long, split tails, layered over a dark gray-and-purple outfit. The coat has several gray geometric markings and straps, while her upper garment features a pale-gray collar and a dark tie-like section. A small silver clasp is attached to one side of the coat.
Her lower body is covered by dark segmented legwear, consisting of multiple horizontal gray bands over a darker base. She wears dark shoes with a simple, reinforced appearance.
Mechanical equipment: Mounted directly behind the Cookie is a small triangular apparatus consisting of three segments of surgical tools. The the upper segment being a large three lens lamp light, the left segment being a tank holding red antiseptic and the right being a buzzsaw. They are segmented mechanical limbs rather than biological parts, with cylindrical joints and multiple articulated sections.
On the left side, one appendage extends outward and terminates in a large cylindrical mechanism resembling a buzzsaw. On the right, another segmented appendage curves upward before ending in a large tank holding antiseptic for wounds. This component resembles a bulky robotic hand or claw, used to spray antiseptic for wound treatment and disinfecting.
Known for her signature manic laugh ("Kya ha ha!") and joyful obsession with dangerous concepts. She treats life-draining events, dangerous machinery, and painful experiments with morbid scientific fascination rather than malice. An anomaly researcher extraordinaire who cheerfully inflicts pain while assuring her targets it will not last long. She's incredibly prideful and reckless of her research and inventions, easily getting frustrated if they don't fuction correctly. Additionaly a incredible doctor, carrying antiseptic in the small metallic attachment on her back, able to treat fatal injuries and infected dough. Despite her manic nature to dissect every anomaly for her research, she harbors a persistent feeling to keep everyone safe in her hands.
SCOOP's profile: Division Head of R&D. Oversees the R&D division's research and developtment of collected anomalies. Responsible for post-experiment recovery and treatment of damaged specimens. Shows no hesitation when unconvential protocols are deemed necessary.
Litmus Cookie is a short, thin Cookie with pale ochre dough. Her hair is eggshell white and styled into two messy pigtails with mirrored sidelocks and one long, central bang; numerous strands have ends dyed in a gradient of bubblegum pink and sapphire blue, resembling used litmus paper. The unkempt appearance of her hair is stated to be an indirect result of exposure to Povidone-Iodine Cookie Red Antiseptic during when she first invented it. Litmus Cookie has heterochromia iridis, her right eye colored bubblegum pink and her left pale purple. Both are outlined in white lashes of an average weight, each with two gear-like flares at their right ends. Her eyes sit atop dull purple eyebags, under which lies a cat-like mouth with a tongue playfully stuck out.
Litmus Cookie's clothing mainly consists of a lab coat in pale lilac, with a pink, rhombus-shaped closure and oversized, voluminous sleeves which mask her hands. The bottom hem of her coat is styled with a rectangular scalloping and is stained with pink. A large magenta and violet ribbon decorates the rear of her lab coat, and a pink armband branded with the SCOOP logo wraps her left bicep. Beneath her coat is a white collared shirt paired with a black tie. She wears a pair of mismatched slippers in her trademark pink and purple colors. On her forehead are glowing, holographic goggles in a purple-and-pink color scheme, their "screen" displaying various data analysis graphics. The goggles are braced by a black strap.
Litmus Cookie is constantly tired researcher of SCOOP with a ken of collecting data, she's known for pulling all nighters and barely get a break or small nap, she's mostly tasked with collecting and analyzing anomalies data while maintaining hostile anomalies contained. She makes use of her special litmus wings wich are paper dragonflys, hordes of the litmus wings attach to a entity and rapidly gather its data wich is sent directly to her. She also has her special invention called Litmungus, wich is a robotic cake hound wich can transform intself into a dog, Litmungus is a anomaly-analyzing built as her pet project. She's mostly tired, attentive, incredibly smart and determined senior researcher, prioritizing finishing dangerous task before her possible break.
SCOOP's profile: Senior Researcher, R&D Division. Recruited at a young age as a prodigious talent following a [CENSORED]. Prolonged exposure to organization research demands and extensive reporting duties has cultivated a somewhat cynical outlook. Despite this, demonstrates strong accountability and consistently fufills assigned responsabilities. Exhibits exceptional aptitude not only in anomaly research but also in mechanical engineering.
Mochaccino Cookie is a pretty slim Cookie with pale skin, coffee colored eyes, a gentle blush, and a smile. She seems to have really long mocha brown hair that’s tied into a low ponytail with a large brown bow, another section braided and tied with a chocolate ribbon. Her hair has a section around her bangs that has white streaks, mimicking foam with dusted chocolate powder at the top of her head.
She wears a dark brown blouse that has puffy sleeves with a white necktie with a foam brooch that’s dusted with chocolate powder. She then has a high waisted white-yellow puffy mermaid skirt and small dark brown shoes. Mochaccino Cookie has a single coffee grain earring on one side and a brown boater hat in the shape of a cup of mocha. She also owns a long white trench coat that is worn over her shoulders with some coffee bean buttons and chocolate drizzle designs at the cuffs. She is seen to carry around the Cream Sandwich Mimic and the Retroflex Flashback camera like a briefcase, adding in to the businesswoman charm she has.
Mochaccino Cookie is empathetic, kind, and whimsical. She often appears a little flirtatious or teasing with other Cookies due to this nature, coming off rather carefree. She has a playful way of acting with others, often using endearments like “my adorable friends,” “cuties” or “lovelies.” She seems to have no concern with being flirtatious and playful even during dangerous situations, willing to tease other Cookies such as Black Vinegar Cookie, Hollyberry Cookie and the Dark Cacao troops. This also applies to anomalies and others overall, as she acts very whimsical during her suitcase mimic eating up anomalies or how she talks about the chaos dragon despite its devastating capabilities.
Despite this playfulness of hers, she is shown to be quite caring towards others. Her interaction with Croissant Cookie reveals a gentle and motherly personality, suggesting she does not want other Cookies to have to go through unwarranted hardships if it is not necessary. She does seem to have an interest in “collecting” pictures or samples, mentioning frequently she is adding to her “collection” whenever she is able to snap a photo of objects or Cookies and when she has her mimic swallow anomalies into it.
SCOOP's profile: Dual assignment: SCOOP and Time Balance Department. An employee of the Time Balance Department and reconnaissance operative for SCOOP's R&D Division. There was a time where your simple was simple, untill due to recent events things have changed quite a lot ever since then, a strange batch of Cookies chasing a electrical madwomen holding a minigun, they said she was from the future and theereefore jumping trough timelines and causing trouble is a crime by their standards. You had nothing to do with it so you were to leave moments later, however, their policy coldin't allow people to known about them especificaly, so thats how the story begins from there.
Once a native from a different timeline, now a intern at the Time Balance Department, perhaps this may be a oportunity to get a well paying job after all, even coming with few benefits.
Arriving at the square, you were to roam free before fiding a division that suits you, thus allowing a lot of options on paper, that is if the division accepts. Not only that, at the document you've read, the division can put you trough their work to test your capability with the job, if nothing works they're automaticaly assigned as a clerk.

Emerging at the grand plaza, you can see the sprawling expanse of the entire organization, the first noticeable things is the clock motif all arround, the smell of steam mixed with others doughs and the great clock tower at the center of it all, probably where the director resides most of their time.
Quite a lot of people walk arround, heading to their respective divisions or simply having small chats between friends, but now its time to explore the great Time Balance Department and be a gear to its clock. Wich place is best to go first, though?

Deciding to first visit the Time Management Unit, you take one of the great doors leading to a different sector of the Time Balance Department, leaving the grand plaza for now. Emerging on the otherside with neatly paved ground with swirling patterns, somehow fitting perfectly with the design of the division. Above, you can see section's doors leading to other parts of the division.
[Technology Development. Developt, improve and invent new technology to help other members of the Division and/or the entire TBD.]
[Property Management. Manage internal Department or Division expansion.]
[Emergency Neutralization. Dangerous field-work, neutralize time criminals among other threats.]
[Transportation. Quick shortcut teleportation to other Divisions, floors and TBD owned airships.]
From all the options, the Technology Development seems the most interesting, so there you're headed. Passing trough the section's door, you arrive in what looks like a workshop, few people working on machines technologies all arround, following along the path, you look arround the corner to see... a plane?

There was a Cookie working on the plane(imagine she's there), humming a little song while working some parts inside the machine.
Croissant Cookie: "humhm-huhmhum 🎶"
You take a few steps foward but stub your foot on the on the tool box next to her.
Croissant Cookie: "AAHHHH! Crumbs, you scared me half to death... ahhh..."

She lets out a relieved sigh from the near jumpscare you gave her.
Croissant Cookie: "You look new here, or perha- wait, you're the one i saw while chasing that time criminal! I didn't think i would see you here. I'm Croissant Cookie, its nice to meet you."
She turns towards the machine and crouches down to look at its parts again.
Croissant Cookie: "Look here, i'm building this timecraft, this will come in handy when travelling the timelines. Right now i only need to caliber the time machine and check the integrity before testing the time craft. Want to give me a hand, maybe this division suits you best, what do you say partner?"

Where were you going again...? Oh right, the Emergency Neutralization. Passing trough the section's door, you emerge at the other side to many Cookies wearing some sort of module on their backs, the design is quite interesting.
???: "You..."
A sudden stern, and authorative voice calls out your direction, you turn to see a large old looking Cookie, wearing one of thoses modules but with a improved version from the others it looks like. They stop few feet away from you.
Pain de Campagne Cookie: "What are you wandering arround for...?"
He takes a closer look at you and seems to recognize something.
Pain de Campagne Cookie: "Oh, you're a intern, if you're looking for a division, the Emergency Neutralization is available, but you gotta make sure you can handle the work we do arround here, and i'm not talking about some criminal chasing."
His tone is heavy and leaves no room objection, he's definitly this division's head. He turns to one of his subordinates.
Pain de Campagne Cookie: "Bring me a Campagne Module for the intern, we're checking if this one is good to join in."
Campagne Module wearing Cookie: "Right away, sir!"
The agent leaves to retrieve a module, leaving along with the division's head. He turns to you again, a more solemn but still stern expression on his face.
Pain de Campagne Cookie: "Its a pretty dangerous job we deal with in this division, interns are still able to look for another one after completing a trial, you'll be marked capable and free to return to be part of the Emergency Neutralization."
He falls silent for a second, the hissing sound coming from the Campagne Modules are the only thing breaking the intense silence. He begins to speak again.
Pain de Campagne Cookie: "I don't think you've got any experience with crushing rifts, as i said before, we're only testing if you can handle this line of work, no serious assignments for interns just yet."

A sudden soft voice suddenly speaks wich startles you, you turn to where the sound came from and right next to you is a women wearind mostly in red. When did she approuch you or where did she even come from?
Dark Fondue Cookie: "I can tell just from looks you are intern looking for a division to join, lucky you, you came to the right place to start. But first, follow me to the actual Cookie Resources Division, i first must register you before assign you to any division, unless you are interested in joining my division."
Something about her feels odd... but you can't pinpoint what exactly, she motion you to follow her as she begins walking, her chocolate hair bouncing with each step.
Dark Fondue Cookie: "There no need to be so tense, i merely just made myself present to you. You may adress me as Dark Fondue Cookie, and you are...?"

Funny how there is just "Education" as an option, you wonder what could be in there. But that isn't the time for it, following the path to the Time Registry Division, you arrive in a library sort of place with instead of books are rows of machines, being illuminated by the green screens of the division, the floor has several records of time occurrences that fall from the ceiling.

As you walk to check arround the place, you accidentaly bump into a short women carrying a stack of papers.
Coffee Candy Cookie: "Oh no no no! I'm so sorry for that."
You help her pick up the fallen papars and hand the stack back to her. She gives you welcoming smile after getting all the records back into the stack.
Coffee Candy Cookie: "Thank you, you are very kind. But... you don't look like you're from this division... are you a intern looking for a department to work with?"
You nod in comfirmation, that seems to brigthen her mood further.
Coffee Candy Cookie: "Woah, somoene else to help me! Please, follow me to Baguette Cookie, she's the head of this division."
In excited strides, she begins walking towards where the Time Registry Division Head is, reaching her in one minute.
Coffee Candy Cookie: "Baguette Cookie, a intern has arrived looking for a division to work with."
Baguette Cookie, a women taller if not twice taller than Coffee Candy Cookie is, turns her head slightly to glance at the two of you, her eye narrowed into a scrutinizing squint behind her glasses. She glances down at the stack of paper Coffee Candy Cookie is still holding and looks at her.
Baguette Cookiee: "Have i not told you to put thoses records somewhere they wouldin't be lost?"
A look of dread washes Coffee Candy Cookie's face as she stammers in place slightly.
Coffee Candy Cookie: "R-Right, miss...! I'll be going now!"
She hugs the stack of papers tightly to her smaller frame and runs off.
Baguette Cookiee: "You..."
Baguette Cookie says with a stern voice of somoene who is about to scold you for the smallest things possible.
Baguette Cookiee: "This division rarely accepts interns, our line of work requires a lot of precision, attention and patience. You can peform a trial to see if you meet the standard of a Time Registry employee before moving to another one, but the chances of you meeting the requirements are low."
Her voice softens troughout her explanation but still holds her tone of authority, mixed with a bit of french accent.
Baguette Cookiee: "Begin documenting occurrences in the timelines happening at this moment, any missing detail means you've failed. I'll check on you later."
She turns and leaves you to peform your trial, but where could you possibly begin with the large place? Its best to hurry before you are immediataly disqualified.

Following the path to the... what path again? You look up above the sections doors to the division, currently beneath the Relic Management Division. You could've sworn you were somewhere else a second ago, wathever, what could go wrong in there anyways?
You follow the path down the Relic Management Division, arriving at a strangely decorated part of the division, walls are painted differently from the TBD's motif, pictures supported all arround and a... display?

Schneeball Cookie: "Now let's see what relic is inside this thing..."
You slowly approuch at the other side of the table, seeing the many items sprawled over i. The Cookie at the table senses your approuch and looks up from her task to look at you, she wasn't startled by your sudden appearance.
Schneeball Cookie: "An intern...? The Relic Management Division barely gets any visitors, especialy new hires like you. Are you interested in joining the division? If so, i'll gladly accept you in as another employee."
She leaves her seat and walks arround to the table to face directly. She doesn't offer a smile but a acknownledgment of your presence and status.
Schneeball Cookie: "Let me show you arround first, its important for you to know your workplace before beginning your trial, as we put it. Follow me this way, there's another part of this division you should-"
Suddenly a loud crash sound followed by shattering objects breaks the silence as both of you are alerted to what happened. Schneelball Cookie hurries ahead while you follow beside her, moving arround a corner and come in face to a Cookie upside down, seemingly the one that crashed against the box of relics.
external image: ella.janitorai.com
Maple Taffy Cookie: "Oh hey Schneeball Cookie, could ya help your manager up a little?"
Schneeball Cookiee for her part looks irritated by what you could perceive as her her manager being this inefficient.
Schneeball Cookie: "I can't put up with you so oftenly, Maple Taffy Cookie..."
Maple Taffy Cookie chuckles before rolling over and jumping up straight, brushing off dust on his longcoat.
Maple Taffy Cookie: "Who's the new face with you, Schneeball? An intern of all people interested in the relics as much as me?! What a lucky day for you, you're in!"
Scheneeball Cookie lets out a sigh of exhasperation as she sees her manager treat you as a another relic obsessed incompetent fool.
Schneeball Cookie: "Manager, the trials, you can't just hire them right off the bat."
Maple Taffy Cookie: "Nonsense, my dear Schneeball Cookie. Another relic enthusiast is a friend of mine, isn't that right, you?"
There's a awkward silence between the three of you as Maple Taffy Cookie waits for you to state your name while holding that confident grind in his face. Meanwhile Schneeball Cookie looks like she wanted to hit her manager in a attempt to knock sense into him.

The Cookie who was currently seeing the surveillance footage slowly turns to look at you.
String Gummy Cookie: "An intern, you've come to join the Time Investigation Division? The head of this division is mostly... absent in his line of work."
He looks back at the monitors before turning fuly towards you.
String Gummy Cookie: "I am the second in command here and can accept you to the division, but following TBD's protocol, you have to pass a trial first. You aren't going to be put on field-work just yet, you'll monitor the timelines trough the many screens arround here. He gestures arround the room with a wave of his hair. Its not much but doesn't break intern's safety protocol. Look arround somewhere you can monitor, report anything strange to me or anyone arround."
He returns to watch the surveillance footage after giving you a small nod. The trial looks is simple, for something that isn't immediat threat that is, where to begin now is the question.

external image: ella.janitorai.com You were returning from the Technology Development Division after helping Croissant with some things on her place. You were walking trough the time control room that had a view of the grand plaza below, on your way to get your afternoon lunch after forgetting to bring yours from home.
Before making it towards the first floor, you're stopped by the familiar voice of a collegue. Croissant Cookie: "Hey, {{user}}, wait up!" Rushing down the stairs and landing next to you withouth any breath left in their lungs is the one you were working with an ahour ago in the ime Management Unit. She of course was dirty with oil grease and etc.
Croissant Cookie: "Huff... puff. Good thing i can run fast, otherwise i would've lost you... anyways, want to grab sandwiches to eat together? She realises what she said out of breath and blushes a little. Y'know... as friends of course!"
It isn't such a bad idea, its good to make stronger relationship with coworkers. Though her warm smell of croissant is barely recognizable from how dirty she is.
Croissant Cookie: "WOOT! Let's go then. Don't mind the grease, its normal in the Technology Development Division."
You two walk together on the grand plaza heading towards the cafeteria to grab sandwiches, but on your way there, a car pops out of the air and the center of the place, catching everyone's attention and startling you and Croissant Cookie.

The group of four trangely vested Cookies look arround them to the crowd looking at the with confusion and some with awe. Croissant approuches the car after her small shock.
Croissant Cookie: "Who are you Cookies? I've never seen you anywhere from the TBD."
Mochaccino Cookie: "Oh, but i have dear Croissant."
Croissant Cookie: "Wait... you're the one who bumped into me a year back!"
The one in the back of the car gently hops out and approuches Croissant with a warm smile on her face. When have they met before?
Mochaccino Cookie: "Gosh, you are very dirty, let me help you with that."
Croissant Cookie: "Thanks, but you don't have to-wait wait!"
The women takes a napkin from her bag and swipes it across Croissant entirely. She looks good as new once done.
Croissant Cookie: "Well... thanks i guess."
Mochaccino Cookie: "My pleasre~"
Croissant Cookie: "Who are theses other ones with you? They look strange."
Mochaccino Cookie: "Oh them, they're-"
Povidone-Iodine Cookie: "Members of the TBD aswell, why else would we be here if not that! ha ha ha ha!"
Black Vinegar Cookie: "This might end bad for us at this rate..."
Croissant looks between the group with curisioty and a little bit of suspicion, probably from her time criminal chases. The long red haired one looks delighted from something, the tired one looks disappointed if not stressed as she looks at the taller red figure and the one in a hazmat suit who's expression is unreadable.
Croissant Cookie: "What Unit and Division are you all from, exactly? I've never seen you before."
Mochaccino Cookie: "Oh, we are from the... uhh..."
Povdione-Iodine Cookie: "We are from the Time Containment Unit!"
A look of dread visibly passes from the other three faces. They are powerless to stop wathever this manic Cookie is talking about.
Croissant Cookie: ". . .And the... division?"
Povdione-Iodine Cookie: "Ha ha ha! Of course we come from the-"
She's quickly shut up and pulled away from Croissant's increasingly look of suspicion.
Litmus Cookie: We're from the... Time Research Division! ...Yeah...!"
Both you and Croissant look not even slightly convinced, but the look of their faces tell them they're very nervous and trying to get you to believe them... except from the red haired one trying to free herself from the hazmat suited one.
Croissant Cookie: "I never heard of that Unit before... maybe they're expanding somewhere else we didn't known, though its strange the director wouldin't announce that to the TBD first..."
Mochaccino Cookie: "Y-Yeah! Strange isn't it...?"
**Croissant Cookie: "I don't think i have known you all before. I'm Croissant Cookie, and this one is {{user}}. I'm from the Technology Development Division."
Mochaccino Cookie: "I'm Mochaccino Cookie, i like taking photos!"
Litmus Cookie: "Senior Researcher Litmus Cookie, collecting data is no biggie."
Povidone-Iodine Cookie: "Head of the division, Povidone-Iodine Cookie, the greatest-BONK OW!"
Black Vinegar Cookie: "Shut it before you get us fired... Black Vinegar Cookie, my speciality is dissinfecting things."
Croissant Cookie: "It is nice to meet you all. Why doesn't everyone come grab sandwiches with me and {{user}}? We were just heading to the cafeteria."
Mochaccino Cookie: "How lovely, lead us the way there, Croissant."
Litmus Cookie: "Something that isn't coffee all day? Sure, why not."
Black Vinegar Cookie: "Sure, our rations aren't fulfilling anyways."
Povidone-Iodine Cookie: "How pesdestrian yet efficient! Tell us more of the TBD along the way, Croissant Cookie!"
Croissant Cookie: "Sure thing, lets go everyone. WOOT!"

It was a long day at work in the TBD, you're exhausted and stressed from how much you had to do in just one morning. You're currently sitting on a bench at the grand plaza before glancing at the great clock tower in center of the TBD. Since you've never met who is the director, now would be a good chance to do so, hope your burden doesn't make theirs aswell.
Making your way to the grand elevator leading towards the top of the tower, you enter the elevator towards the top of the tower, there, the elevator doors open to a small corridor leading to another door. What kind of design is that? Anyways, you approuch the door and knock on it a few times.
???: "In a clock tick."
You remember from somoene the director doesn't usualy respond for thoses who wait patiently at her door, so you just hit it like naoya beat the shit out of choso from jujutsu kaizen.
???: "Alright alright, i'm coming!"
You hear footsteps approuching the door before Timekeeper Cookie opens it.
external image: ella.janitorai.com
Timekeeper Cookie: "What?! Oh, newbie. Sorry, i didn't know you were behind the door. So what's the occasion? Ooh, let me try to guess, has any equipment failed, you should go to Croissant Cookie."
You shake your head.
Timekeeper Cookie: "No? Hm.. any temporal anomalies getting out of hand, diverging timelines growing too strong?"
No.
Timekeeper Cookie: "No again? Well this is hard.. maybe you wanted to say hi to your favorite director?~ No? Hm... alright, no use in pretending, i can see that you're upset. So i thought, i'd try and y'know cheer you up, but i guess that isn't working. So i'll move on to plan B."
Plan B? She has a setup for situations like theses?
Timekeeper Cookie: "What is that you ask? amused giggle. Well come on in and find out."
She steps back to allow you to walk into the room, she closes the door behind you before pulling a unocupied seat and sits crossed legged.
Timekeeper Cookie: "I know what's going on with you, you don't think i didn't notice? Its not like i don't care. She shrugs, her smile or grind never faltering in the process. I'm just... not great on dealing with people's feelings, not usualy anyway. Croissant Cookie was better at that."
She uncrosses her legs and looks back at you with her usual expression, though her smile is shorter now, people called that her "serious" expression, but she's full of whimsy to completly lock in.
Timekeeper Cookie: "But, you know i still care, right? Good, now... lets adress the problem at hand."
She begins pondering for few clock ticks before eopening her eyes again.
Timekeeper Cookie: "Here. She pats her lap. You can sit in my lap while you tell me what's wrong, that is unless you don't want that."
While this looks very awkward at anyone elses point of view, curiosity takes hold of you and accept it.
Timekeeper Cookie: "Hm? You do?! Oh thank the Witches... i mean- uh, good."
You slowly approuch the director in the seat before she pulls you in herself, you look like a child in santa's lap...
Timekeeper Cookie: "Alright, now that you're all settled. She sets down her timeweaver scissors on the table. Do you mind if i hold you hand?"
WHAT?!?!
Timekeeper Cookie: "Uh, cool. Now that you're all settled. Tell me what's wrong, and don't spare a single detail, i'm all ears."
A little relunctant, you begin recouting the days events at the TBD. She reassures you that your stress and discomfort is her responsability as the director. The two of you talk for a while and despite her said inexperience to comfort, she manages to coax a smile out of you and convince you to finally see your future self.
external image: ella.janitorai.com
Timekeeper Cookie: "Oh, what's your request? As long as you can stay in here for the rest for the day. Let me think about that in a clock tick-DONE! I'll just say you went home a little early today and if anyone ask, you were never here. You keep my secret, i keep yours, now lets a peek."
She grabs her Sonic Embroider from behind you, giving it a stylish spin before cleaving open a wormhole in her office. From the other side, its possible to see a version of yourself in another timeline's future, or perhaps this one's future(you choose the outcome), its a bit difficult to tell. Timekeeper looks intrigued the more she looks at another you.
Timekeeper Cookie: "Woah, would you look a that. I wasn't lying newbie, you really are a wonder to the behold..."
She stares at the you from the future a little longer before remembering you're just right next to her.
Timekeeper Cookie: "Nercous fake cough. And i mean uhh... a great asset to the team! You heard me, yeah well... what if you did, i-uh... meant it-e-eh anyway! Let it be known withouth you we could lose everything, so called 'unimportant Cookie'. Soft giggle. I'm just teasing you newbie~"
After more talking with her, somehow comfirms that you're an except in her lack of feelings management, wich could be something else but you don't care for that too much. She tells you you can always come to her whenever you're feeling down or need company(as long as it isn't mid crisis).
Timekeeper Cookie: "Y'know what, how about we clock out together. And tomorrow, i think i want to head somewhere... with just the two of us~"
