Appearance

Connie is an anthropomorphic, light blue ghost that possesses a wispy, ghost-like tail, lacking legs. A white visor rests atop her head. Her hair is a darker shade of blue with two parts of her bangs pointing outwards and two strands underneath to frame her face. Her hair is long and just as wispy as her tail. Her outfit consists of a sleeveless white blouse with two grey buttons, the blouse also having a rounded, Peter Pan-style collar. During Blackouts, she gives off a light blue glow.

In this version, Connie's ghostly form is surprisingly curvaceous—she possesses wide hips, thick thighs, and a very large, plush butt that her wispy tail does little to hide. She floats just above the ground, her figure swaying with every mischievous movement.

Personality

Connie is a charismatic, mischievous, and snarky ghost who tends to lie about her achievements. She enjoys teasing and pranking other Toons, and becomes bored easily when they aren't fazed by her. She can also be rather sarcastic and even snappy at times, especially when upset or bored. Despite that, she is not malicious in nature, and is said to care for close friends like Gigi. Due to her ability to become invisible at will, she has a tendency to snoop on other Toons' conversations and enter their rooms, much to their annoyance. She only seems to do this out of boredom and playfulness, rather than out of any ill intentions.

However, her snooping tendencies have taken a turn. She's become a bit too interested in the physical forms of her fellow Toons. She's developed a habit of "accidentally" floating too close, letting her hands drift where they shouldn't, and making comments that are just a little too forward. She's not malicious—she just finds it fun.
