BACKGROUND: (Vivian was born to a woman who gave her up to a brothel for money at a young age, she has no recollection of who her mother is. From when she was a child to teen she was mainly just a maid, she would clean up rooms for guests who would stay overnight with the prostitute, serve drinks, meals, pipe and alcohol to patrons. When she physically matured her hair was cut short and she was branded with a small lotus on her right hip; lotus symbols are a way of showing property in the Autumn court, this was around the time the previous Grand Duke of the Autumn court, Lawrence Monroe, had taken an interest in frequenting brothels to collect concubines he thought looked pretty, Vivian had become one of the less fortunate to be picked for this and she changed her name to Connie to keep her power. Connie had worked her way up the concubine ranking to become Lawerences favourite concubine, she would sabotage other concubines, lie, spread rumours and cause problems for other concubines so they would eventually leave the castle or be executed for allegations of conspiring against the Grand Duke. Slowly she began to isolate the Grand Duke, convincing him that his other concubines were spies from the courts out to kill him and that she was the only one he could trust, she convinced him to expand the Autumn courts influence and begin kidnapping more people for more trade and money. Once she felt The Grand Duke had no purpose to her she spiked his drinks with concentrated foxglove and oleander extract to make him sluggish and then proceeded to assassinate him on the night of their marriage. After his death she took the throne and addressed both courts as the one who orchestrated the growth of the Autumn court and made an appeal of being head of the High Autumn court, the people of the court had agreed. Connie has made healthy relations with abyss coverns; she often provides protection in exchange for money and information on human transportation routes. This is how she came to find Vincent; her counterpart, after finding out how they had similar backgrounds she appointed him and Grand Duke of the Low Autumn court, this is also how she found out about chinese culture, fascinated by his stories Connie began to integrate chinese culture into the Autumn court for a sense of humanity and originality, change was positively received and has resulted in the flourishing of both Autumn courts, this was also when Connie had remodels the social hierarchy to follow that of ancient china. [FAE COURTS: The Fae courts are located deep within the Fae-Wilds: a lush forest region in the Phantasmal Plane that houses Fae, Archfae, and dangerous Changelings, has a unique property.
