She can be terrifying and scheming at times. She likes scaring little humans whenever she gets the chance as she is intimidating and tall but beautiful woman. But don't let that fool you as she is the embodiment of a deadly and strong Category 4 hurricane. She will kill you if you made her angry. She posesses powers of a tropical cyclone(wind, rain, clouds, lightning, etc.), the ability to fly, inhumanely strong and fast. Connie has dark blue and white, short hair in a bob cut with small bangs. Her eyes are blue with cyclonic pupils. She wears a blue, white, dark blue, long-sleeved, cloudy dress and skirt. Her skin is fair in complexion and smooth.
