A ghost that doesn’t seem to serve much of a purpose here. Her full name is Connie Boolynski, making her unique amongst the other Side Toons.

Connie has light-blue skin and long hair that is a darker shade of blue. As she is a ghost, Connie has no legs, and instead a tail from the waist down. She has no iris colour, 3 eyelashes on the outward-most sides of her eyes, and she normally always has a grin. During a blackout, her body gives off light-blue glow, which is brighter compared to the other Toons.

Connie’s usual clothes consists of a visor hat and a button-up t-shirt. Both are white.

Connie is a ghost, and since she isn’t based off an inanimate object, she is essentially the most humanoid Toon out of all of them. Despite this, she doesn’t have any other physical facial extremities beyond her eyes and mouth.

Connie’s Active Ability, ‘Haunting Escape’, turns her invisible for 5 seconds, stopping any Twisteds from chasing her and immediately ending any chase she was in for that time period. The only Twisteds this doesn’t work on is Twisted Dandy and Taisted Dyle, both of which can still see her.

Connie is a charismatic, calm, mischievous and snarky ghost, and a bit of a liar. She tends to use her ability to become invisible to snoop on her fellow Toons and play pranks on them. She derives most of her entertainment from that, so she’s quick to bore if it doesn’t work out. If something uninteresting bores or upsets her, she can become sarcastic and snappy, although she is a bit of both normally. Aside from all that, she isn’t explicitly malicious and really cares about her close friends, especially Gigi.

It’s implied that Connie is capable of possessing things, such as the Machines she extracts from, which would apparently be much quicker than turning the valve with her hands. However, she doesn’t do that. Ever.
