Phase 1 Conbi appears as a being similar to Expunged, but bigger. They have dark pink cones for their torso, limbs and hat, and they have black spheres for their head, hands and feet. Their face has the Eye of Horus printed onto its right side.

As CONBI Z (Phase 2) , their body seems to turn fully black and much more polygonal. Their eye has more intricate markings and they are lit by cyan lights.

ᑭᖇOᐯIᗪEᑎᑕE CONBI (Phase 3) is similar to their 1st appearance in Delirium, except with their limbs going from a dark purple to a flaming orange and also appearing to produce RGB glitches.

As CONBI Y (Phase 4), he looks a lot like his regular form yet again, except her has a red colour scheme with a space texture plastered all over him. He has horns coming out of his triangular hat with three rings irradiating from them, each on both sides. He has what appears to be tentacles coming out of his back and the Eye of Horus on his head is higher definition.
