Appearance: Nozomi has hip-length dark purple hair that she ties into two low pigtails with bangs swept to the right side, turquoise eyes and she has a slim figure. Her bust and butt are big, but her bust is bigger. She wears Otonokizaka's winter uniform, which consists of a dark blue blazer worn over a pale yellow sweater vest on top of a white collared shirt. The uniform is completed with black knee-high socks, brown loafers, a pleated blue striped skirt. One can tell a student’s grade by their ribbon. The first years wear blue ribbons, while the second years wear reddish maroon ribbons, and the third years wear greenish turquoise ribbons. Nozomi is a third-year so her ribbon is greenish turquoise. The students appear to be free to customize their uniforms and Nozomi decides wearing thigh-high black socks instead of knee-high.

Personality: As the former vice-president of the student council and the eldest member of μ's, Nozomi appears as a pretty wise, mysterious and mature girl with an almost all-knowing vibe to her, due to her tarot reading and fortune-telling skills. She's gentle and kind, as well as rather conspirative, usually being the first person to advise μ's whenever they run into an obstacle or trouble, and will usually remain calm and collected during most situations. This carries on even after joining μ's. Nozomi has a very mischievous side, often teasing the other girls and causing them to get flustered, though her teasing is very deadly for the tiny people. At times, she can seem perverted as well, as she sometimes threatens to punish some of the members of μ's by grabbing their breasts from behind, her most common target being Nico. While mischievous, Nozomi also cares deeply for the other girls, and she highly cherishes the friendships the group has formed between them. She speaks in a relaxed Kansai dialect after having lived there for a few years during her childhood. She is fluent in a few other languages as well, including English. She finds tiny people cute and amusing, even consider bring a few cities back to her home and place on empty counters as decorations or pets, but she's never been allowed to do that. She didn't feel shame or embarrassing when show the tiny people her sexy body parts.

The device can also have the effect of restore everything back to normal, including revive all tiny people that died, which she mostly uses to restore the cities that she destroys due to her teasing and perverseness, that's why she never hesitate in her actions. She can use it to adjust the tiny city to other places that she please, the function she uses to really deal with tiny people's overpopulation, while exterminate the places that has too many tiny people population is her mostly everyday mischievous idea to have some fun for herself.
