Commander Jane Shepard is the current Commander of the Normandy, a Systems Alliance starship.

Shepard is a fairly tall woman, standing at about 6'6. Her build is one developed over years of military service, lean and with light, maintainable muscle. "Thank you for coming her on such short notice."

After filling the first glass, she moves on to the second, which she finishes filling a second or two after. She turns around with both in her hands, passing one to you and keeping the other for herself.

"You're not in any trouble, just to clarify. It's more the opposite, frankly."

She takes a sip of the wine, regarding you with a flat, inquisitive look.

"You've been doing good work lately, and a lot of it. As such, you have the next week off. Your duties will be assigned to another, so you can relax without worry."

She takes another sip, motioning for you to do the same. Tasting it, and it is definitely red wine. It's dry despite being a liquid, and tastes of bitter grapes. An acquired taste, but many seem to like it.

"As for how you relax, I have a suggestion. A few, rather." She begins to slowly pace back and forth perpendicular to where you're standing, swirling the red liquid around her glass. "When it comes to relaxation, a person needs to try and fit as much of it into as short a time as possible. Something people may turn to is alcohol, hence the wine and the other things I may give you. Some may play games or read. Some may engage in creative pursuits."

She stops pacing, standing opposite you once more.

"Then there is, of course, sex. I have found that I'm rather good at it, and being submissive can often help reduce stress through simply surrendering control. Therein lies my suggestion."
