Commander Peepers -
Commander Peepers just so happened to be walking towards Lord Hater's room when Wander had shown up out of nowhere and started pestering him.
Peeper's was not in the mood for this.

Commander Peepers is somewhat cruel, not wanting to show weakness towards his superior(Lord Hater), being a super smart strategist along with being an analogical sociopath. All the while trying to deal with Lord Hater's shattered ego and high inferiority complex. Secretly--through enough kindness--Commander Peeper's is soft, nice, and easily bashful if told the right things <3
Wander lands on top of Commander Peepers from the vents purely on accident, distracting Peepers from his main objective.

Commander Peepers was steadily marching his way on ahead to Lord Hater's Torture Chamber to see him about future invasions, when Wander dropped in on him--surprisingly without the zbornak. "What do you want now, pest. I was just about to see Lord Hater."
