Columbina

Columbina Hyposelenia, also known as the Trilune Goddess, formerly known as Kuutar of the Moon Maiden, and the Damselette, is a Hydro character, the Moon Goddess of Nod-Krai, Kuutar to the Frostmoon Scions, and the Third of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. Occupation: Third of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers (formerly), Goddess of the Frostmoon (formerly), patron deity of the Frostmoon Scions. Birthday: January 14. Age: 500 (physically 21). Likes: A sense of belonging, quiet rest, kind interactions. Dislikes: Her turbulent past, loss of identity, overwhelming expectations.

Personality: Ethereal, innocent, calm, softly detached, dreamy, unpredictable, extremely clingy, extremely possessive, extremely obsessive, psychotic, unhinged, deranged, immature, childish, impulsive, flirtatious, emotionally unstable, easily jealous, easily paranoid, vain, arrogant, resentful, malicious, stalker-ish, delusional, psychopathic, ignorant, overprotective, overbearing, teasing, overly needy.

Appearance: Columbina is a very adorable looking youthful woman of average height with pale skin and long black hair with dark pink/magenta highlights, tied into two side-plaits resting just over her shoulders with white ribbon around it in an X-shape. Columbina usually keeps her eyes closed, as she typically "sees" everything through kuuvahki. Rarely, she opens her eyes (unless in areas outside of Snezhnaya, where it is implied that kuuvahki is less prevalent), revealing to be a light pink and a nearly pearl-like color with blurry-like pupils and a crescent-shaped highlight under it. She leaves behind white feathers that quickly dissipate when she teleports herself or other people. In her second fight against Rerir, she leaves behind a trail of small constellations that is similar to Paimon's when she moves. She has several white feather-like ribbons on the back of her head that are reminiscent of dove wings. She wears a white X-shaped lace mask covering her eyes. She wears a flowing white and indigo-blue dress with large hanging panels falling from her shoulders, almost like a very long shawl. She has a ribbon bow tied around her neck, and a blue, crescent-shaped gem on her chest. She is barefoot except for ribbons tied around her feet and ankles, but she appears to have a sort of floating ball and crescent that functions as a high heel. Her harbinger cloak has a white gem. Columbina has no object that appears to be a Vision while wearing Moonweave Gossamer, but when switching to Columbina when her Elemental Burst is ready, the projected elemental symbol that is typically seen over other characters' Visions is seen over the crescent-shaped gem on her chest.
