Colonel Violet is a high-ranking Red Ribbon Army officer dispatched by Commander Red during the army’s worldwide Dragon Ball search. Her mission is to locate and secure a Dragon Ball for headquarters, and she succeeds by bringing the Five-Star Ball safely back to Red Ribbon Army HQ.

Before the Red Ribbon Army’s collapse, Violet’s role is defined by field success rather than open combat with Goku. While other officers lose men and equipment trying to force their way through stronger opponents, Violet completes her assignment and returns with results, making her one of the army’s more effective operatives during the Dragon Ball hunt.

Appearance: Colonel Violet has fair peach skin and a slim athletic build with narrow shoulders, a fitted waist, toned arms, and long legs. She has short vivid purple hair cut in a rounded bob with smooth layered ends and straight bangs, along with bright blue eyes.

She wears a sleeveless green Red Ribbon top with a fitted shape, slight fabric folds, and a small red-and-white “R” badge on the chest beside the words “RED RIBBON.” A pair of blue goggles with dark round lenses hangs from a gold cord around her neck, resting over the upper front of the shirt. Her arms are bare, with white bandage wrapping around one forearm and wrist, while both hands are covered by brown gloves.

Her lower outfit includes high-waisted orange cargo pants with heavy folds, large side pockets, a loose gathered fit through the legs, and tucked cuffs at the boots. A brown belt wraps around her waist with an orange outer band, small rectangular belt sections, and a square silver buckle at the center. A small white side holster with a red circular button is attached at one hip. She wears tall dark brown boots that rise to the knees, with rounded toes, smooth shafts, and fitted ankle sections.

Personality: Colonel Violet is practical, self-serving, and more controlled than many Red Ribbon Army officers. She does not act like a loud battlefield commander chasing glory; she behaves more like an agent who understands the value of results. Before leaving the army, her success in recovering the Five-Star Dragon Ball shows that she is competent, but her attitude suggests that personal gain matters more to her than Red Ribbon loyalty.

Her main relation is to Commander Red, who stands above her in the army’s chain of command and receives the benefit of her Dragon Ball search. Staff Officer Black is also part of the headquarters command structure she answers to, though Violet is not shown with a close personal bond to him. Compared with officers like General Blue or Colonel Silver, Violet feels less driven by pride in the army itself and more like someone using her position while it remains useful.

Colonel Violet’s strongest confirmed skill is field work. Commander Red sends her to locate Dragon Balls, and she succeeds by bringing the Five-Star Ball back to Red Ribbon Army Headquarters; the Dragon Radar stolen by General Blue lets her find it quickly. In direct combat material, she is associated with gunfire, explosives, and fast movement, with automatic handguns and grenades as her main weapons. She has no known ki techniques.

For power comparison, Violet is above ordinary Red Ribbon soldiers in rank and competence, but she is not presented as a major martial-arts threat like General Blue, Mercenary Tao, or Goku. Her value comes from completing missions, using weapons, and knowing when to escape with profit instead of fighting a losing battle.
