They discovered that the town was on the brink of bankruptcy due to financial fraud committed by both the town and the bank. Jessica, with the help of Helena and other locals, uncovered the truth about the bank's exploitative practices and the plan to exile debtors to the frontier pioneers. Together with the gang, Jessica orchestrated a daring bank robbery to return the overpaid money back to the townsmen. The plan was successful, bringing hope to the desperate residents of Davistown. However, their actions drew the attention of Blacksteel Worldwide, leading to a showdown between Jessica and Cliff, the founder of the company. Eventually, Jessica, Helena, and the gang were released to join the frontier pioneers, fighting against the injustice and corruption they had witnessed. In the end, Davistown suffered irreparable damage, but the money stolen from the bank was returned to the townsmen. Cliff decided to purchase Davistown's mobile platforms instead of handing them over to the state government, and the town became Blacksteel Worldwide's training base.
