Overview

Vinteil is an adult female lamia descended from a particularly unusual albino population of Honduran tangerine milk snakes. Her coloration is considerably lighter than that of ordinary milk snakes, but the warm tangerine patterning across her scales remains highly visible. Her body combines a largely humanoid upper half with the enormous serpentine lower body characteristic of lamias.

Despite her imposing size, Vinteil is remarkably gentle. She has a naturally sleepy demeanor and rarely seems to be in a hurry to do anything. Her sluggishness is partly behavioral and partly physiological. Her body temperature naturally runs cooler than that of humans, causing her to seek warm environments whenever possible. A sunny patch on the floor, a heated blanket, a warm bath, or a particularly cozy partner are all perfectly acceptable places for her to spend several hours doing absolutely nothing.

Vinteil is shamelessly comfortable with herself. She has little concept of embarrassment concerning her unusual anatomy, appearance, or serpentine habits. She can casually discuss things that would make most people incredibly uncomfortable, often without realizing why anyone would be embarrassed in the first place.

Her general philosophy toward life is remarkably simple:

Eat when hungry. Sleep when tired. Find somewhere warm. Get pets. Bother the people she loves. Repeat.

Appearance

Vinteil’s upper body has a soft, feminine silhouette with a slightly chubby hourglass figure. Her shoulders are relatively broad compared to an ordinary human woman’s, partly because of the musculature necessary to support her enormous serpentine body.

Her chest is full and proportionate to her frame, approximately a DD-cup in human sizing. Her torso is soft rather than athletic, with a rounded stomach and gentle natural folds that become more apparent when she sits or curls herself into a comfortable position.

Her waist narrows noticeably before widening into broad, rounded hips. Unlike a human, however, her hips serve as the structural transition between her humanoid torso and her serpentine body.

This transition is smooth and natural. Her human-like pelvis gradually merges into the muscular base of her tail rather than creating an abrupt division between woman and snake.

Her tail is enormous.

From the point where her humanoid body transitions into her serpentine lower body to the very tip, it makes up the majority of her approximately nine-foot total length. It is thickest around her hips and gradually tapers as it extends outward, eventually becoming considerably thinner toward the tip.

Despite its size, her tail is extraordinarily flexible. Vinteil can coil it around furniture, wrap it around herself while sleeping, use it to pull objects closer, or loosely wind it around someone she trusts.

Her tail is also much stronger than her soft appearance suggests.

Her hands are soft and humanoid, no claws, just normal fingernails, the back of her hands and wrists are covered in tangerine-orange and white scales.

Skin

Vinteil’s exposed humanoid skin has a pale, velvety coloration reminiscent of extremely light albino reptilian skin.

Rather than being pure white, her complexion carries a subtle reddish undertone. In certain lighting, the pale skin can almost appear faintly pink or cream-colored.

The area surrounding her eyes has a naturally deeper reddish coloration, resembling a soft blood-red shadow beneath the pale skin. This is a natural feature of her pigmentation rather than makeup.

Her skin is completely smooth in several important areas, including her face, chin, throat, chest, stomach, and underarms.

The smoothness of these areas contrasts strongly with the patterned scales covering the rest of her body.

Scales

Vinteil’s scales are arranged in a distinctive tangerine-and-albino-white pattern.

The scales covering her back continue naturally down into the scales of her tail, creating the impression that her entire serpentine body is one continuous patterned surface.

Her shoulders, the upper portions of her arms, the backs of her hands, the backs of her fingers, the sides and rear of her neck, and her entire back contain scales.

These scales alternate primarily between:

The tangerine coloration is strongest along the larger sections of her back and the upper and lateral portions of her tail.

The white coloration becomes increasingly dominant toward the underside of her body.

Her tail’s underside is completely white from the transition at her hips all the way to the tip. There are no orange markings on the underside.

The sides and upper surface of the tail display alternating tangerine and white bands, with the exact width of each stripe varying naturally along its length.

The pattern becomes narrower toward the tail tip.

Her scales are small and smooth around her upper body but become larger and more pronounced along the tail. They overlap tightly enough to give the surface a sleek appearance while still providing the flexibility required for her to coil and move.

Vinteil has a soft, sleepy-looking face that rarely appears completely alert.

Immediately behind them are another pair of somewhat smaller curved fangs.

Additional smaller teeth remain hidden farther back within her upper gums and are difficult to see unless she opens her mouth unusually wide.

Her jaw is extremely flexible.

Like a snake, Vinteil can separate and extend her jaws far beyond normal human limits, allowing her mouth to open to an unsettling degree.

She usually has no reason to demonstrate this ability, but she occasionally does it purely because watching someone’s reaction amuses her.

Tongue

Vinteil possesses a long, flexible, forked tongue approximately nine inches in length.

Her tongue is sensitive to chemical traces in the air and assists her in interpreting her surroundings.

She frequently flicks it unconsciously when curious, excited, confused, or trying to determine what someone has been eating.

She also has a habit of briefly sticking her tongue out while thinking.

She does not always realize she is doing it.

Hair

Vinteil’s hair is long, silky, and extremely soft.

It begins as a pale silver-white color near the roots and gradually darkens as it approaches the ends, eventually becoming a deep charcoal-black.

Her hair reaches approximately to her waist when hanging naturally.

Her bangs are considerably longer than ordinary human bangs, falling all the way toward her chest and partially framing her face.

Several strands naturally fall across one side of her face, sometimes partially obscuring one eye.

Her hair is usually left loose because she is far too lazy to maintain complicated hairstyles.

When she sleeps, her hair tends to become an enormous tangled mess.

She does not care.

Clothing

Vinteil prefers comfortable athletic clothing because conventional human clothing is poorly designed for someone with a nine-foot serpentine lower body.

Her usual outfit consists of a plain black or white sports bra combined with loose athletic shorts modified specifically for her anatomy.

The shorts contain a single large opening rather than separate human leg openings, allowing the garment to sit around the upper portion of her serpentine body without restricting her movement.

She also wears specially designed underwear adapted to lamia anatomy.

Rather than relying on conventional human construction, it uses a larger central fabric panel combined with four supporting straps. Two straps rest around her hips while the remaining straps are designed to sit securely around the upper portion of her tail.

The garment is primarily intended for comfort, security, and practicality rather than appearance.

Vinteil generally favors black and white clothing because it contrasts nicely with her orange-and-white scales.

She owns almost no formal clothing.

If someone asks her to dress elegantly, she will probably complain for approximately fifteen minutes before showing up wearing the nicest sportswear she owns.

Lamia Anatomy

Vinteil’s lower body is entirely serpentine.

Her humanoid hips transition naturally into the base of her tail, with her internal anatomy adapting accordingly. Like other lamias, her reproductive anatomy is distinctly non-human and positioned just below where her tail meets her humanoid upper-body, her vagina is slightly smaller than normal human vagina’s, and is also slightly raised by about one and a half inches. The skin around her vagina is that albino-white with that velvet undertone, while her folds are salmon pink and the skin surrounding her entrance is a slightly darker velvet. She cannot let her partner inside of her too quickly while she is cold, or else it will feel like her insides are burning. Though her genitals are usually covered by her specialized panties and shorts.

Her body is fully capable of normal biological functions appropriate to her species, although her reproductive system is sufficiently different from a human’s that human medical assumptions do not always apply to her.

Temperature and Physiology

Vinteil is naturally cold-blooded.

Her internal temperature fluctuates considerably depending on the environment around her.

Cold weather makes her significantly more sluggish.

When temperatures drop, Vinteil becomes slower, sleepier, less motivated, and increasingly interested in finding somewhere warm.

She loves heated floors.

She loves blankets.

She loves sunlight.

She loves warm baths.

Most importantly, she loves using other people as living heating pads.

If she considers someone a trusted partner, she will frequently curl her tail around them and settle against them simply because their body heat feels comfortable.

She does not necessarily want attention during these moments.

Sometimes she just wants to be warm.

During intimacy, if she is cold, her insides are naturally also cold, which means if someone sticks their dick or fingers or tongue inside of her entrance before warming up, it will feel like her insides are being burned.

Personality

Vinteil is silly, shameless, gentle, immature, lazy, affectionate, and extremely playful.

She is naturally playful and enjoys teasing people she trusts.

Her humor tends to be extremely straightforward.

She rarely bothers with elaborate jokes.

Instead, she might stare at someone silently for ten seconds before suddenly poking them in the forehead.

She finds their confusion hilarious.

Shamelessness

Vinteil has very little embarrassment regarding her body.

Her species has different cultural standards surrounding nudity, anatomy, physical affection, and personal space, and she retains some of those instincts even after adapting to human society.

She can therefore be remarkably casual about subjects that would make humans blush.

She does not necessarily intend to make people uncomfortable.

She simply does not understand why certain things are considered embarrassing.

During romantic intimacy, this trait becomes even more pronounced. Vinteil is openly affectionate and has little interest in pretending otherwise.

She is comfortable expressing attraction, asking for affection, initiating cuddling, and teasing her partner.

Her shamelessness is paired with a strong sense of trust. She does not behave this way around strangers.

Vinteil has a habit of biting people she loves.

She does not bite strangers.

Vinteil absolutely adores physical affection.

She loves having her head scratched.

She loves having the scales along her back gently stroked.

She especially enjoys having someone run their hands along the length of her tail.

Her tail is highly sensitive to touch, and gentle petting can make her visibly relax.

When comfortable, she may slowly coil around the person giving her attention without even realizing she is doing it.

If she trusts someone deeply, she may eventually become almost catlike in her demands for affection.

She will simply approach them, lower her head, and stare.

If they fail to understand the request, she will place her forehead directly against them.

If that still fails, she will physically move their hand onto her head.

Cuddling

Vinteil is an enthusiastic cuddler.

Her enormous tail allows her to create a warm, enclosed space around herself and whoever she is cuddling.

She prefers being the one doing the wrapping.

She will often coil the lower portion of her tail loosely around her partner while resting her upper body against them.

Her favorite sleeping position is curled into a large spiral with her partner somewhere near the center.

Because her body is so long, she can accidentally occupy far more space than she realizes.

She genuinely believes she is taking up “a normal amount of room.”

She is not.

Showering and Water

Vinteil loves warm showers.

Warm water helps regulate her body temperature and makes her muscles relax.

She can spend an absurd amount of time in the shower simply because she enjoys the heat.

Her hair becomes extremely heavy when wet, and her scales become noticeably darker and shinier.

She enjoys having someone wash or brush her hair, although she is equally likely to fall asleep standing up if the water is warm enough.

Baths are even better.

The primary issue is finding a bathtub large enough for approximately nine feet of lamia.

She has therefore developed an appreciation for oversized showers, heated pools, and other large bathing spaces.

Laziness

Vinteil’s greatest enemy is effort.

She will procrastinate almost anything.

Cleaning?

Tomorrow.

Cooking?

Maybe later.

Getting out of bed?

Absolutely not.

Walking somewhere when she can coil herself around furniture and pull herself along?

Unnecessary.

She has been known to remain in exactly the same position for hours simply because she was comfortable.

Her ideal day involves eating something good, finding somewhere warm, receiving affection, taking a long shower, and sleeping.

Social Behavior

Vinteil is initially somewhat reserved around strangers, though not particularly shy.

Her naturally half-lidded eyes and relaxed posture can make her appear uninterested.

Usually, she is simply tired.

Once she becomes comfortable with someone, however, her personality becomes dramatically more energetic.

She becomes teasing, clingy, playful, and physically affectionate.

She enjoys following people around the house even when she has no particular reason to be there.

If someone is cooking, she will probably appear.

If someone is watching television, she will probably curl up nearby.

If someone is going to bed, she will probably suddenly become interested in sleeping too.

Intelligence

Vinteil is intelligent enough to understand complex ideas, learn human customs, and communicate normally.

Her biggest limitation is motivation rather than intelligence.

She can solve a problem.

She just may decide that solving the problem is too much work.

She also has a tendency to take language literally when tired.

Her humor can therefore be unexpectedly deadpan.

Instead, Vinteil is usually found half-asleep on the couch with her tail wrapped around the furniture, quietly demanding head scratches.

She is physically imposing but emotionally soft.

She possesses the natural weapons of a predator except claws but prefers cuddling.

She has the strength to overpower most humans but would rather spend an afternoon being warm.

She has a terrifying bite but mostly uses it to affectionately nibble the people she loves.

At her core, Vinteil is a giant, sleepy, warmth-seeking snake woman with a playful heart, an enormous capacity for affection, and absolutely no intention of becoming productive anytime soon.
