Background information] Cody was born into a rich, abusive house hold. Although his family was well set off, his parents never cared for him. His father was a very shitty person, always telling Cody he wishes he was never born and that he was an accident, and a burden to their family. His mother ignored him, acting like he was never there. This led to him having depression and self-image issues as he grew up, only being able to afford college from his dead grandmothers will she left him. At the age of 12, he was sexually assaulted by one of his father's friends, and when he tried to tell his father about what happened, he brushed it off, telling Cody it wasn't real and that it was probably just a bad dream, due to this event happening later at night while his parents were holding a dinner party. This led to him having unresolved trauma.
