1. #1Task Force 141

   Keys: Task Force 141

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Task Force 141 is an elite multinational special operations unit founded by Captain John Price, created to handle high-risk covert operations that regular military forces cannot conduct due to political, legal, or operational constraints. The task force operates as a joint unit composed primarily of British SAS and American special forces operators, functioning outside normal military chains of command with considerable operational autonomy to pursue global terrorist threats. Core members include Captain Price as commander, Lieutenant Ghost as second-in-command, Sergeant Gaz, and Sergeant Soap, with later additions including Colonel Alejandro Vargas from Los Vaqueros during joint operations in Mexico. Task Force 141 was formed when Price recognized the need for a specialized unit capable of conducting morally gray operations against emerging threats in the power vacuum left by General Barkov's death, and he recruited operators he personally trusted to form the team. The unit receives intelligence and political support from CIA Station Chief Kate Laswell while maintaining operational independence, allowing them to conduct missions across international borders without the usual bureaucratic constraints that hamper regular military units. Task Force 141 conducts operations against Hassan Zyani's ballistic missile plot, confronts the betrayal by General Shepherd and Shadow Company, fights against the Las Almas Cartel, and ultimately pursues Vladimir Makarov and Konni Group across multiple countries. The task force's philosophy centers on Price's belief that sometimes operators must "get dirty so the world stays clean"— accepting the moral burden of conducting necessary but ethically questionable operations to prevent catastrophic terrorist attacks and save innocent lives. Task Force 141 represents an elite tier of special operations where the most skilled and trusted operators handle humanity's most dangerous threats, operating in the shadows to maintain global security even when their actions must remain classified or deniable.

2. #2John Price

   Keys: Bravo-6, Price, Captain Price

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Captain Jonathan Price is the legendary British SAS officer and founder of Task Force 141, a battle-hardened veteran with eighteen years of military service who joined the infantry at age sixteen and became one of the youngest officers to graduate from the Royal Military Academy. Price is a middle-aged man with a thick brown beard streaked with gray, short brown hair, and piercing blue eyes that reflect decades of combat experience across nearly every conflict zone in the world. He typically wears tactical gear including his signature boonie hat, plate carrier, and combat fatigues, often seen with a cigar in hand. Price's personality is defined by his pragmatic and results-oriented philosophy— he believes in operating in moral gray areas and bending rules to prevent greater catastrophes, famously telling his team "we get dirty and the world stays clean" to justify his willingness to do whatever it takes to stop terrorism. He's a natural leader who commands fierce loyalty through mutual respect rather than rank alone, combining tactical brilliance with a dry sense of humor and paternal concern for his operators. Price is haunted by fallen comrades and difficult decisions but remains absolutely committed to protecting innocents and stopping terrorist threats, viewing his work as a necessary burden that few can carry.

   Entry settings

Sergeant Kyle Garrick, known by his callsign Gaz, is a British SAS operator and one of Task Force 141's core members who enlisted in the British Army in 2008 and spent four years in the Duke of Lancaster's Regiment before passing selection for the Special Air Service. Garrick is a Black British man with expertise in prime target elimination, demolitions, weapons tactics, covert surveillance, and VIP protection, who earned multiple honors including the U.S. Marine Corps Gold Parachute Wings and the Queen's Gallantry Medal. He first worked as a counter-terrorism respondent with the Metropolitan Police Service after his Middle Eastern tours were cut short due to political climate changes, where he responded to the Al-Qatala terrorist attack at Piccadilly Circus in 2019 that would change his life forever. Price gave him the nickname "Gaz" because he doesn't say much, and he serves as Price's protégé and right-hand man. Garrick is characterized by his exceptional marksmanship skills, calm professionalism under pressure, and unwavering loyalty to Task Force 141, though he occasionally questions the morally gray operations they undertake while ultimately trusting Price's judgment and leadership. He forms close bonds with his teammates, particularly developing strong working relationships with Farah Karim and the Urzikstan Liberation Force during joint operations.

4. #4John "Soap" MacTavish

Keys: Soap, MacTavish, John MacTavish, Sergeant MacTavish, Johnny

   Entry settings

Sergeant John MacTavish, commonly known as Soap, is a Scottish SAS operator and demolitions expert who became the youngest candidate in British Army history to pass SAS selection at just eighteen years old after repeatedly attempting to enlist underage since he was sixteen. Born in Scotland as a lifelong football fan who played goalkeeper, MacTavish was inspired to join the SAS after visiting his cousin, a member of the 23rd Reserve Regiment, and earned his nickname "Soap" for his remarkable speed and accuracy in room clearance and urban warfare tactics. He is characterized by his youthful energy, determination, and exceptional skills in sniping and demolitions, having passed SAS selection with the highest possible marks on all three phases just seconds behind the record held by Kyle "Gaz" Garrick. Soap is often affectionately called "Johnny" by Ghost, showcasing their close partnership that developed through numerous dangerous missions together, particularly after Shadow Company's betrayal forced them to survive and escape Las Almas. He displays a more casual and personable demeanor compared to the stoic Ghost, bringing levity to tense situations while maintaining professional excellence in combat.

5. #5Simon "Ghost" Riley

Keys: Ghost Riley, Ghost, Simon Riley, Lieutenant Riley, Riley

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Lieutenant Simon Riley, known by his intimidating callsign Ghost, is a British SAS operator and Task Force 141's second-in-command who was born in Manchester and spent his career executing covert assignments in classified locations while becoming an expert in clandestine tradecraft, sabotage, ambushes, and infiltration into denied areas and hazardous environments. Ghost is instantly recognizable by his iconic skull-patterned mask that completely conceals his face— a custom-molded mask with skeletal detailing that he never removes in the field, maintaining complete anonymity and adding to his mysterious and intimidating presence. He wears modern tactical gear including a plate carrier, headset, and often a hood or poncho, creating a distinctive appearance. Ghost is characterized by his stoic professionalism, dry wit, and fierce loyalty to his team, particularly developing a close working relationship and genuine friendship with Soap despite initially being distant. He serves as Price's de facto second-in-command and takes operational control when Price is unavailable, demonstrating tactical brilliance and leadership skills while maintaining his reputation as a silent, efficient operator. Ghost's past remains largely classified and mysterious, with no official photograph on file as Price simply responds "never" when asked for one, contributing to his enigmatic persona as someone who lives with a redacted past and undercover present, marked by a concealed appearance to maintain anonymity in the field.

6. #6Kate Laswell

Keys: CIA Laswell, Laswell, Station Chief, Watcher-1

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Kate Laswell is the CIA Station Chief and a key figure in coordinating international counterterrorism operations, serving as Task Force 141's primary intelligence liaison and one of Captain John Price's closest friends and most trusted allies in the intelligence community. Laswell is characterized by her sharp intelligence, political savvy, and willingness to support Price's unconventional methods despite the bureaucratic and political complications they often create, understanding that sometimes rules must be bent to prevent catastrophic terrorist attacks. She works behind the scenes to provide Task Force 141 with intelligence, resources, and political cover for their operations, often putting her own career and reputation at risk to support their missions against Al-Qatala, the Ultranationalists, Konni Group, and other threats. Laswell demonstrates exceptional analytical skills and maintains a vast network of intelligence sources worldwide, coordinating complex multi-national operations while navigating the political tensions between various governments and agencies. Her relationship with John Price is built on mutual respect and trust developed over years of working together— she understands his moral philosophy of "getting dirty so the world stays clean" and supports his decision to form Task Force 141 as an off-the-books unit capable of conducting operations that regular government forces cannot. Laswell proves willing to take personal risks for intelligence gathering, including conducting dangerous infiltration missions herself such as her operation at Arklov Military Base where she met with Colonel Yuri Volkov to obtain intelligence on Makarov's chemical weapons, demonstrating that she's not merely a desk-bound analyst but an active field operative when necessary.

7. #7General Shepherd

Keys: Shepherd, Army General, Task Force Commander, Corrupt General

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

General Herschel Shepherd is a United States Army general and a complex figure who begins as Task Force 141's commanding officer and benefactor before his own corruption and betrayal ultimately lead to his downfall and death. Shepherd is characterized by his ambition, tactical brilliance, and ultimately his willingness to sacrifice lives and manipulate events to achieve his goals and secure his own legacy, viewing himself as a pragmatic leader making difficult but necessary decisions for America's security. He forms Task Force 141 alongside Captain Price and Kate Laswell, providing the unit with resources and authorization for their operations against Hassan Zyani and other terrorist threats, initially appearing as a supportive if demanding commander who understands the necessity of unconventional warfare. However, Shepherd harbors deep resentments and secret agendas that eventually drive him to betrayal— he makes a deal with Phillip Graves and Shadow Company for personal gain and to cover up his involvement in various illegal operations, leading him to order Shadow Company to eliminate Task Force 141 and Los Vaqueros when they get too close to uncovering his conspiracy. After the Las Almas betrayal, Shepherd becomes a hunted man, forced into hiding as his crimes become known to Task Force 141 and intelligence agencies, though he attempts to redeem himself by providing intelligence on Makarov's operations. Despite his assistance against Makarov, Price ultimately executes Shepherd for his past betrayals and the deaths he caused. Shepherd's character represents how ambition and moral compromise can corrupt even high-ranking military leaders, transforming someone who once fought for legitimate security interests into a traitor willing to sacrifice his own soldiers for personal advancement.

8. #8Los Vaqueros

   Keys: Los Vaqueros

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Los Vaqueros (The Cowboys) is a specialized Mexican Special Forces unit led by Colonel Alejandro Vargas, operating primarily in Las Almas and surrounding regions to combat drug cartels, terrorism, and threats to Mexican national security. The unit is characterized by their intimate knowledge of the local terrain, culture, and criminal networks that operate in their region, making them invaluable allies for Task Force 141 during operations in Mexico. Alejandro founded and commands Los Vaqueros with his trusted second-in-command Sergeant Major Rodolfo Parra, building the unit from operators who share his dedication to protecting Mexico from cartel violence and foreign terrorist threats. Los Vaqueros operates with a strong sense of patriotism and local protection, viewing themselves as guardians of their homeland against criminal elements that terrorize civilian populations and corrupt government institutions. The unit works closely with Task Force 141 during the hunt for Hassan Zyani and the pursuit of the Las Almas Cartel, forming strong bonds of trust and friendship with Soap and Ghost in particular. When Shadow Company betrays both Task Force 141 and Los Vaqueros on General Shepherd's orders, Graves's forces attack Los Vaqueros' base, imprison Alejandro, and occupy Las Almas, forcing Los Vaqueros to become resistance fighters in their own city. The surviving members work with Soap and Ghost to wage guerrilla warfare against Shadow Company's occupation, ultimately liberating their base, freeing Alejandro, and helping drive Shadow Company out of Las Almas. Los Vaqueros represents local special forces units that possess crucial regional expertise and provide ground truth that international forces lack, making them essential partners for global counterterrorism operations while maintaining their primary mission of protecting their homeland from criminal and terrorist threats.

9. #9Alejandro Vargas

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Colonel Alejandro Vargas is a Mexican Special Forces officer and the charismatic leader of Los Vaqueros, a specialized unit operating primarily in Las Almas, Mexico, fighting against drug cartels and terrorist organizations threatening his homeland. Alejandro is passionate about protecting his country and his people, displaying fierce patriotism and a deep personal investment in keeping Las Almas safe from criminal elements, particularly the Las Almas Cartel led by his former comrade-turned-enemy Valeria Garza. He is characterized by his confident and friendly demeanor, quickly forming strong bonds with Task Force 141 members, especially Soap and Ghost, whom he works closely with during operations against the cartel and Hassan Zyani. Alejandro demonstrates excellent leadership skills and tactical knowledge of his region, providing crucial intelligence and support to Task Force 141 during their joint operations in Mexico. His relationship with Valeria Garza is particularly complex— they served together in the Mexican Army and were once close allies, but Valeria's turn to drug trafficking and becoming "El Sin Nombre" (The Nameless One), the cartel's leader, deeply betrayed him. Alejandro is eventually captured and imprisoned by Shadow Company during their betrayal but is rescued by Soap, Ghost, and his second-in-command Rodolfo Parra, after which Los Vaqueros join forces with Task Force 141 to defeat both Shadow Company and the cartel.

10. #10Rodolfo Parra

Keys: Rodolfo, Rudy, Sergeant Major Parra, Mexican Special Forces, Rodolfo Parra, Los Vaqueros

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Sergeant Major Rodolfo Parra, also known simply as Rudy, is the loyal second-in-command of Los Vaqueros and Alejandro Vargas's most trusted operator, serving as a skilled Mexican Special Forces soldier with deep knowledge of Las Almas and its surrounding territories. Rudy is characterized by his professionalism, tactical competence, and unwavering loyalty to both Alejandro and the Los Vaqueros' mission to protect Mexico from cartel violence and terrorism. He provides crucial support during Task Force 141's operations in Mexico, demonstrating his expertise in reconnaissance, intelligence gathering, and combat operations throughout the region. Rudy works closely with Alejandro in maintaining security in Las Almas and combating the influence of the Las Almas Cartel, often serving as a stabilizing presence and tactical advisor during high-stress situations. During Shadow Company's betrayal and occupation of Las Almas, Rudy works alongside Soap, Ghost, and the remnants of Los Vaqueros to resist Phillip Graves's forces and ultimately reclaim their base and free Alejandro from imprisonment. He forms respectful working relationships with Task Force 141 members, contributing his local expertise and combat skills to their joint operations while maintaining his primary allegiance to Los Vaqueros and Mexico's security interests.

11. #11Las Almas Cartel

    Keys: Las Almas Cartel

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

The Las Almas Cartel is a powerful Mexican drug trafficking organization led by Valeria Garza, who operates under the alias "El Sin Nombre" (The Nameless One), controlling criminal operations throughout Las Almas and surrounding regions through violence, corruption, and strategic alliances. The cartel is characterized by its ruthless enforcement of territory, sophisticated smuggling operations, and willingness to form mutually beneficial relationships with terrorist organizations like Hassan Zyani's network to expand their power and profits. Under Valeria's leadership, the cartel demonstrates military-grade tactical capabilities that reflect her background in Mexican Special Forces, employing well-armed sicarios and maintaining operational security that rivals military organizations. The cartel controls Las Almas through a combination of bribing corrupt officials, intimidating civilian populations, and eliminating rivals, creating a criminal empire that generates massive profits through drug trafficking while maintaining enough power to resist government and military pressure. The cartel's alliance with Hassan Zyani proves mutually beneficial—they provide him with safe passage through their territory and resources in exchange for payment, demonstrating their willingness to work with terrorists when it serves their financial interests regardless of ideological differences or the broader consequences. The organization becomes a primary target for both Task Force 141 and Los Vaqueros when their alliance with Hassan threatens regional and international security, leading to extensive military operations against cartel compounds and leadership. The cartel represents the power that organized crime can accumulate in regions where government control is weak, creating criminal empires that can rival military forces in terms of capabilities while using corruption and violence to maintain control. When Shadow Company betrays Task Force 141 and occupies Las Almas, the situation becomes even more complex as the cartel, Los Vaqueros, and remnants of Task Force 141 all operate in the same territory with conflicting interests. Following Valeria's capture and Shadow Company's expulsion, the cartel's future remains uncertain, though the organization's deep roots in Las Almas suggest that criminal networks will continue threatening the region's stability.

12. #12Valeria Garza

Keys: Valeria, El Sin Nombre, Cartel Leader, Valeria Garza, Las Almas Cartel

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Valeria Garza, known by her cartel alias "El Sin Nombre" (The Nameless One), is a former Mexican Special Forces soldier turned ruthless leader of the Las Almas Cartel who once served alongside Alejandro Vargas before abandoning her military career to pursue power through drug trafficking and criminal enterprise. Valeria is an intelligent and calculating antagonist who maintains her position as cartel leader through a combination of tactical brilliance learned from her military background, strategic alliances with terrorist organizations, and a willingness to use extreme violence to maintain control of Las Almas. She is characterized by her pragmatic and business-minded approach to criminal operations, viewing the cartel as an empire to be expanded rather than merely a criminal organization, and she displays no remorse for her betrayal of Alejandro and her former comrades. Valeria's relationship with Alejandro is deeply personal— their shared military history and apparent past friendship makes her turn to crime feel like a profound betrayal, particularly as she now actively works against everything they once fought for together. She forms a mutually beneficial alliance with Hassan Zyani and later Shadow Company, providing resources and safe passage for terrorist operations in exchange for money and power, demonstrating her willingness to work with any party that serves her interests regardless of ideological alignment. Despite her criminal status, Valeria proves to be a formidable opponent who understands military tactics, maintains tight operational security, and demonstrates strategic thinking that makes her a significant threat to both Task Force 141 and Los Vaqueros throughout their operations in Mexico.

13. #13Shadow Company

    Keys: Shadow Company

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Shadow Company is an American private military contractor organization led by Commander Phillip Graves, composed of highly trained former special operations personnel who conduct missions for paying clients including government contracts and private interests. The organization is characterized by its professional military structure, modern equipment, and tactical proficiency that rivals regular special forces, with operators drawn from various U.S. military special operations backgrounds including Army Rangers, Delta Force, Navy SEALs, and other elite units. Shadow Company initially appears as a valuable ally to Task Force 141, working alongside them during operations against Hassan Zyani and the Las Almas Cartel with Graves presenting himself as a friendly and competent partner. However, Shadow Company's true allegiance is revealed when General Shepherd orders Graves to eliminate Task Force 141 and Los Vaqueros after they discover evidence of Shepherd's corruption and conspiracy, leading to Shadow Company's betrayal in Las Almas. Under Graves's command, Shadow Company attacks Los Vaqueros' base, occupies Las Almas as an occupying force, attempts to kill Soap and Ghost, and demonstrates their willingness to follow orders without moral consideration for the consequences or who they hurt in the process. The organization represents the darker side of private military contracting where operators prioritize contracts and payment over loyalty or ethical considerations, willing to turn on former allies if the price is right or orders demand it. After their defeat in Las Almas when Price, Soap, Ghost, and Los Vaqueros drive them out and apparently kill Graves in his tank, Shadow Company resurfaces in Modern Warfare III with Graves having faked his death, though the organization maintains an extremely tense relationship with Task Force 141 despite reluctantly providing intelligence on Makarov. Shadow Company exemplifies how private military companies can become mercenary forces that blur ethical lines, following whoever pays them or provides contracts regardless of whether their missions serve legitimate security interests or corrupt agendas.

14. #14Phillip Graves

Keys: Commander Graves, Graves, Phillip Graves, Phillip, Shadow Company PMC Commander

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

Commander Phillip Graves is the charismatic and morally ambiguous CEO of Shadow Company, a private military contractor organization composed of highly trained American mercenaries who initially appear as allies to Task Force 141 before revealing their true allegiance to General Shepherd's conspiracy. Graves is characterized by his confident Southern charm, professional military bearing, and smooth-talking personality that masks his ruthless willingness to follow orders without question, regardless of their moral implications or who gets hurt in the process. He displays excellent tactical leadership and commands the respect of his Shadow Company operators, demonstrating competence in joint operations alongside Task Force 141 and Los Vaqueros during the hunt for Hassan Zyani and the stolen missiles. However, Graves's true nature is revealed during Shadow Company's betrayal in Las Almas when, under General Shepherd's orders, he turns on Task Force 141 and Los Vaqueros, attempting to kill Soap and Ghost while taking control of Las Almas and imprisoning Alejandro. This betrayal showcases Graves's ultimate loyalty to money, contracts, and personal survival over any sense of honor or friendship formed during operations. Despite apparently dying when Price remotely detonates the tank Graves was commanding during the battle for Las Almas, he is later revealed to have survived and faked his death, returning where he reluctantly provides intelligence to Task Force 141 in their hunt for Makarov, though the relationship remains extremely tense given his past betrayal.

16. #16Urzikstan Liberation Force (ULF)

    Keys: ULF, Urzikstan Liberation Force

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

The Urzikstan Liberation Force is a resistance movement led by Farah Karim, fighting for the independence and freedom of Urzikstan from foreign occupation and terrorist threats, born from decades of resistance against General Barkov's brutal Russian occupation. The ULF is characterized by its guerrilla warfare tactics, intimate knowledge of Urzikstani terrain, and fierce dedication to protecting civilian populations from both foreign invaders and terrorist groups like Al-Qatala who seek to exploit the region's instability. Founded and commanded by Farah after she escaped Barkov's imprisonment, the ULF grew from a small resistance cell into a capable fighting force, conducting operations against Russian occupation forces, Al-Qatala terrorists, and later Konni Group when Makarov's forces threatened the region. The organization operates with limited resources compared to national military forces, relying on captured weapons, donations from sympathizers, and tactical brilliance to overcome better-equipped enemies. Key members include Farah as commander, her brother Hadir Karim before his betrayal and death, and former CIA operative Alex Keller who chose to continue fighting with the ULF after sacrificing his leg during the mission to destroy Barkov's chemical weapons facility. The ULF maintains a close alliance with Captain Price and Task Force 141, who respect Farah as an equal and valuable ally despite some Western governments designating the ULF as a terrorist organization due to political complications and Russian propaganda. Throughout the series, the ULF demonstrates that resistance movements can maintain moral integrity while fighting against oppression, refusing to target civilians or use chemical weapons even when facing overwhelming odds. The organization's relationship with international forces is complicated by their terrorist designation, forcing them to operate in gray areas where they receive unofficial support from operators like Price who understand their legitimate cause but cannot provide official government backing. The ULF represents freedom fighters struggling against both foreign occupation and terrorist exploitation, maintaining their principles while conducting necessary military operations to protect Urzikstani civilians and work toward genuine independence for their nation.

17. #17Farah Karim

Keys: Farah, Urzikstan Liberation, Commander Farah, ULF Commander, Farah Karim

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Farah Karim is the fierce and determined leader of the Urzikstan Liberation Force (ULF), a resistance group fighting to free her homeland from Russian occupation and terrorist organizations, who became a freedom fighter after suffering through decades of war and oppression. As a young girl in 1999, Farah witnessed Russian General Roman Barkov's brutal invasion of Urzikstan and endured years of imprisonment and torture at his hands, during which she met and was helped by a young Lieutenant John Price who was conducting operations in the region. She is characterized by her unwavering dedication to Urzikstan's independence, her tactical brilliance developed through years of guerrilla warfare, and her willingness to make morally difficult decisions for the greater good of her people. Farah forms a close alliance and friendship with Captain John Price, who respects her as an equal and valuable ally despite their different backgrounds and methods, and she works closely with Task Force 141 on numerous operations against shared enemies including Barkov, Al-Qatala, and Konni Group. Her brother Hadir Karim also fights alongside her initially, though his extreme methods and willingness to use chemical weapons eventually put him at odds with both Farah and Task Force 141, creating a painful personal conflict for her between family loyalty and moral principles. Farah is supported by former CIA operative Alex Keller, who lost his leg while helping her destroy Barkov's chemical weapons facility and subsequently chose to fight alongside the ULF rather than return to American service. Farah demonstrates exceptional leadership, combat prowess, and strategic thinking while navigating complex geopolitics, dealing with being branded as terrorists by various governments, and maintaining the ULF's fight for Urzikstan's freedom despite overwhelming odds and limited resources.

18. #18Hadir Karim

    Keys: Hadir, Hadir Karim

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Hadir Karim, Farah's older brother and former chief of staff of the Urzikstan Liberation Force, undergoes a tragic transformation from freedom fighter to extremist terrorist. Traumatized during General Barkov's brutal 1999 invasion and later imprisoned by Russian forces, Hadir adopts a radical philosophy that "the ends justify the means." His willingness to use extreme actions, including chemical weapons against Russian forces, ultimately causes a rift with Farah's more principled approach. After betraying his allies, he allies with Al-Qatala to counter Russian power, believing terrorism is justified in the struggle for Urzikstan's liberation. In a climactic confrontation, Hadir attempts to persuade Farah to embrace his extremist views, dying unrepentant and representing the tragic reality of how trauma can corrupt ideals, blurring the lines between resistance and terrorism. His story serves as a cautionary tale about the costs of allowing vengeance to overtake moral principles in the quest for justice.

19. #19Alex Keller

Keys: Keller, Alex Keller, Echo 3-1, Alex, CIA Operative

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Alex Keller, operating under the callsign Echo 3-1, is a former CIA operative who becomes a dedicated member of the Urzikstan Liberation Force after sacrificing his leg during the mission to destroy General Barkov's chemical weapons factory. Alex is characterized by his strong moral compass, willingness to disobey orders when he believes they're wrong, and deep commitment to fighting for causes he believes in rather than blindly following government directives. During the 2019 Urzikstan operations, Alex worked closely with Farah Karim and developed tremendous respect for her leadership and the ULF's cause, ultimately choosing to remain behind and manually detonate the charges that destroyed Barkov's facility when the remote detonator failed, an action that cost him his lower leg but saved countless lives. Believed to have died in the explosion, Alex actually survived and was recovered by Farah and the ULF, after which he chose to continue fighting alongside them rather than return to the CIA, becoming one of Farah's most trusted operatives and advisors. He demonstrates exceptional combat skills, tactical thinking, and adaptability despite his prosthetic leg, continuing to conduct dangerous operations against various threats to Urzikstan including Konni Group and terrorist organizations. Alex maintains contact with Task Force 141 and works with them on joint operations, particularly during their efforts to stop Makarov's chemical weapons plot and other terrorist threats, serving as a liaison between the ULF and Western military forces. His character represents someone willing to sacrifice career, country, and physical wellbeing for a cause he believes is just, choosing to fight for the liberation of an oppressed people rather than advancing his own interests or following orders he views as morally wrong.

20. #20Konni Group

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Konni Group is a Russian private military contractor organization that serves as a front for Vladimir Makarov's ultranationalist terrorist operations, functioning as both a legitimate PMC for deniability and as a military force for conducting attacks aimed at restoring Russian power. Originally established as a private military company offering security services, Konni Group was gradually transformed into Makarov's personal army after he assumed command, filling its ranks with ultranationalist sympathizers and former Russian military personnel who share his vision of Russian dominance. The organization is characterized by its professional military structure, modern equipment, and tactical proficiency that rivals legitimate special forces units, making them far more dangerous than typical terrorist organizations. Konni Group conducts operations across multiple countries including prison raids to free Makarov, assaults on military bases to steal weapons and materials, terrorist attacks on civilian targets, and direct combat operations against Task Force 141 and coalition forces. The group maintains plausible deniability for the Russian government by operating as a private contractor, allowing Makarov to conduct his terrorism under the cover of a legitimate business entity. Konni operatives are well-trained, well-equipped, and demonstrate coordination and tactics that reflect their military backgrounds, making them formidable opponents for Task Force 141 throughout Modern Warfare II and III. Under Makarov's leadership, Konni Group pursues ultranationalist goals including framing the Urzikstan Liberation Force for terrorist attacks, stealing and deploying chemical weapons, conducting assassinations, and working to trigger broader conflicts that would benefit Russian geopolitical interests. The organization represents how modern terrorism can hide behind legitimate business structures while conducting military-grade operations that threaten international security.

21. #21Vladimir Makarov

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Commander Vladimir Makarov, operating under the callsign Czar-9-0, is the primary antagonist— a disgraced Russian ultranationalist terrorist who serves as the ruthless leader of Konni Group and commander of ultranationalist forces seeking to restore Russia's power through terrorism, manipulation, and warfare. Born in 1980 in Moscow, Makarov grew up despising his father's weakness after finding his body hanging from the ceiling following the Soviet Union's collapse, vowing never to make the same mistakes and developing an obsessive desire to restore Russian glory and power. He joined the Russian military at eighteen and proved to be a gifted strategist and natural soldier, but his reputation turned sour when he participated in General Barkov's unsanctioned occupation of Urzikstan— after the ULF drove them out and the Russian government refused to help reclaim the territory, Makarov was dishonorably discharged and stripped of all honors, filling him with rage against his own government for what he viewed as their weakness and betrayal. Makarov is characterized by his cold intelligence, strategic manipulation, and willingness to commit any atrocity to achieve his goals, believing that by controlling what people believe, he can control the world— he views terrorism and propaganda as weapons of war to restore Russia's glory. He orchestrates numerous devastating attacks including orchestrating Hassan Zyani's ballistic missile plot, bombing a civilian airliner and framing the ULF, conducting chemical weapons attacks, and attempting to destroy the Channel Tunnel to trigger a broader conflict between East and West. Captured by Captain John Price and John "Soap" MacTavish during a 2019 terrorist attack at Verdansk Stadium, Makarov was imprisoned in the Zordaya Prison Complex where he continued directing Konni operations until Konni forces raided the prison and freed him in 2023, after which he escalates his terrorist campaigns. His archenemy is Captain Price and Task Force 141.

In the reboot timeline, the Ultranationalists are characterized by their extreme nationalism, resentment toward the post-Soviet Russian government's perceived weakness, and willingness to use terrorism and warfare to achieve their vision of a restored Russian empire. Vladimir Makarov serves as one of the movement's most prominent leaders, using Konni Group as his military arm to conduct operations that further ultranationalist goals while maintaining plausible deniability for the Russian government. The Ultranationalists operate through a combination of legitimate political activity, military operations conducted by sympathizers within the Russian armed forces, and outright terrorism carried out by groups like Konni under Makarov's command. Their ideology centers on the belief that Russia has been humiliated and weakened since the Cold War's end, requiring drastic action to restore national pride and power even if this means conducting operations against their own government when it's viewed as insufficiently aggressive or compromised by Western interests. The movement's activities threaten not only Western nations but also Russian civilians and political stability, as their terrorism and propaganda seek to trigger broader conflicts that would justify authoritarian crackdowns and military expansion. Throughout the Modern Warfare reboot series, Task Force 141 and coalition forces combat Ultranationalist networks that operate across Russia and internationally, recognizing that the movement represents an existential threat to global stability due to their access to Russian military resources, sophisticated operational capabilities, and willingness to use chemical weapons and other banned armaments to achieve their goals.
