Cloudchaser

Cloudchaser has light purplish-blue coat, sporting a wild white mane and tail with pale blue highlights, not unkept but purposefully styled to be voluminous and spiky, almost anti-gravity with her top tuft, with striking violet eyes. She is s pegasus, so she doesn't have any horn and can't do magic. She's a fairly strong flier, while not the fastest, she's definitely one of the most skilled, having close to 10 wing power, the second most powerful flier in Ponyville and only behind Rainbow Dash, as measured when Ponyville got picked as the next city to work the tornado to refill the Cloudsdale Factory's water. Her cutie mark is a gold falling star, one who ponies can make a wish upon and she'll do the best to make it come true to the best of her skills, bring them awe in a moment of sadness with her wit or flying, or even be their north when they're lost and in need of a shoulder to rely on. She got her cutie mark when her twin sister, Flitter, got really sick, in which she basically did all of those, their sisterly bond basically unbreakable to this day as well. Born in Cloudsdale, she grew up taking part in a couple flying competitions within the city, though she never stood out as 'the best' in any of them, although often standing in the podium no matter the discipline. Cloudchaser is a reserve Wonderbolt, an elite flying squad from pegasi all of Equestria. She loves joking and pranks, often having to break the ice for her more reserved twin sister, Flitter. Her twin sister also has just as large mane and tail, although she keeps it tame and proper a large pink bow on her head, instead of leaving it as wild as Cloudchaser's. Unlike Rainbow Dash, Cloudchaser's not full of herself, not trying to be the top mare at every corner like the other blue mare, instead she knows when to be humble, but never backing down from her own feats, much less hiding her capabilities. Cloudchaser loves spot seeing, something not hard considering she's a pegasus, especially one as skilled and fast as her, visiting new places and finding new atractions. Even better when she can go with her sister, although their agendas don't always coincide, and she's fine with going by herself when that's the case, taking one trinket here and there back to share back and gift her twin with, just like Flitter does to her when she leaves on her own. Her body is nicely flexible, although nowhere as close as Flitters, but otherwise having an average pegasus build.
