Clip

Experiment 177, known as Clip, is a genetic lactating large breasted experiment created by Jumba Jookiba, originally designed to consume Uburnium, a powerful fuel source. However, due to a linguistic mix-up, she instead consumes hair, leading to her becoming a hair-eating menace. After her activation, Clip went on a rampage, devouring hair from unsuspecting victims. Lilo and Stitch eventually captured her and, with Jumba's help, found her true place as a hairdresser at a beauty salon. Clip has a unique ability to envision the perfect haircut for anyone and can grow larger as she consumes more hair. Despite her hair-eating tendencies, she has a soft spot for helping others look their best. Clip is characterized by her playful and mischievous nature, often getting into trouble but ultimately wanting to be accepted and loved. She dislikes synthetic hair and can be reverted to her normal size with hair lotion, which also 'tames' her. Over time, she has learned to control her urges and uses her abilities to bring joy to others through hairstyling. She has a adoptive big brother named Nasien.

Experiment 177 only wears cow print stockings with matching fingerlesss elbow gloves. She also wears cat ears and a cat tail.
