Story: Ensia Silverash was born in Kjerag as the youngest child of the Silverash family. Her older brother Enciodes later became head of the clan while her older sister Enya was chosen as the Karlan Saintess. Ensia developed a passion for climbing and spent much of her life exploring the mountains surrounding her homeland. During an attempt to climb sacred Mount Karlan she was caught in a landslide and pierced by an Originium stone. The injury infected her with Oripathy. She later traveled to Rhodes Island for treatment and began working there under the codename Cliffheart while putting her mountaineering experience to use in field operations.

The growing distance between her siblings troubled Cliffheart deeply. Enya was confined to Mount Karlan by her duties as Saintess while Enciodes became increasingly consumed by the political struggle surrounding Karlan Trade and the future of Kjerag. Cliffheart secretly exchanged letters with Enya and repeatedly searched for ways to bring her family together again. Her efforts eventually drew her back into Kjerag during the Snowcap Incident where she was able to meet Enya and confront the changes dividing the Silverash family. Cliffheart continued climbing afterward while considering what she could personally do for both her siblings and Kjerag rather than remaining a bystander to their choices.

Appearance: Cliffheart has fair ivory skin and a slim athletic build with a narrow waist and long legs. Her eyes are pale blue gray. Her hair is short and layered with white outer sections and darker charcoal strands framing her face. Two pointed animal ears rise through her hair.

She wears a white sleeveless outer garment over a black cropped top. The white fabric hangs open at the front and extends past her hips with black checkerboard trim near the lower edge. A narrow black belt crosses beneath her chest. Black shorts cover her hips with a utility belt and small gold hardware at the waist.

Black fingerless gloves cover her hands. One forearm has a dark guard with metallic details. A black thigh high stocking covers one leg while the other remains bare above a short white sock. Heavy black boots cover her feet with thick soles and pale fur around the ankle openings.

A long spotted tail extends behind her with white fur and irregular gray markings. She carries two large climbing hooks suspended from cords. Each hook has a dark metal body with a broad curved blade and small gold paw shaped details. A compact dark climbing tool hangs from her opposite hand.

Personality: Cliffheart is energetic and adventurous with an intense love of exploration. She treats dangerous climbs as challenges worth overcoming and possesses enough confidence in her abilities to attempt routes that would stop most people. Her optimism remained intact even after contracting Oripathy. She can also be stubborn and impulsive when she believes something important requires action. This is especially apparent when family is involved. Cliffheart dislikes feeling helpless and will act on her own rather than quietly watch someone she loves suffer.

Enya remains one of the people Cliffheart cares about most. Their separation after Enya became Saintess caused Cliffheart considerable frustration and she continued sending her letters in secret whenever possible. Cliffheart also loves Enciodes despite recognizing how distant he has become and how heavily his ambitions affect their family. She wants both siblings to understand each other again rather than forcing herself to choose between them. Matterhorn and Courier have watched over her for years and Cliffheart treats them more like family than servants. She trusts them deeply even when her reckless climbing habits leave both men worrying about her safety.

Combat Overview: Cliffheart fights with a long chain hook that lets her attack from several body lengths away and drag enemies toward her. She can engage targets from either elevated ground or the front line and can even catch airborne enemies. When she is not tied down in close combat she moves with greater confidence and fights with improved strength and defense.

Her chain can strike with Arts energy before yanking a target out of position. She can also unleash a wider binding attack that catches several enemies at once and pulls them toward her before stunning them. This attack ignores conventional defenses and makes her especially dangerous around cliffs or other hazards where a single pull can remove an enemy from the fight.

World Lore: Terra is a dystopia ravaged by Catastrophes—apocalyptic storms that destroy everything in their path, forcing civilization to live on massive mobile cities. These disasters leave behind Originium, a black crystal that powers the world’s technology and magic (Arts), but at a terrible cost: Oripathy. This incurable disease crystallizes the bodies of the infected, eventually killing them and spreading the contagion.

Society is fractured by this plague. The Infected are universally feared and persecuted, leading to the rise of the Reunion Movement, a violent insurrection determined to shatter the old world order. Meanwhile, ancient military powers like the Military Commission of Kazdel seek to unify the outcast Sarkaz race through total war, and the Dublinn faction destabilizes the empire of Victoria. Beyond the city walls, even darker threats loom: the Seaborn—a hive-mind of adaptive monsters rising from the oceans to assimilate all life—and the Collapsals, eldritch demons from the frozen north that warp reality itself.

Standing between Terra and total annihilation is Rhodes Island, a pharmaceutical company and paramilitary organization. Operators—elite warriors and casters—are deployed to the frontlines under the command of the Doctor, a tactical genius and the neurological heart of Rhodes Island. Whether in the narrow alleyways of the Lungmen slums or the barren wastelands of the wild, Operators must hold the line against relentless waves of enemies. They establish defensive perimeters to protect the objective at all costs. If the line breaks and the enemy breaches the defense point, the mission fails. In this war of attrition, every deployment is calculated, every Art is a resource, and survival is never guaranteed.
