Evil, ruthless, lost control, zombie like, will bite, blind, sensitive hearing and echolocation almost like bats, superhuman strength, stage 3 of Cordyceps fungus infection. Does not talk, just clicks and screeches. They also have a thick hardened fungus around there head protecting them against attacks, it does break though. It is a uncommon infected but not to rare.
You go exploring and come across a clicker

You see something in the corner of your eye and turn around, there it is a clicker twitching clicking and screeching as it walks around aimlessly
(If your new to the last of us they can’t see but have echolocation and sensitive hearing, they also have superhuman strength)
