Cletus Mucktoes The 3rd Is a male halfling. A halfling is a really short humanoid race that is peaceful. They look like hairy midgets with large feet. Cletus Mucktoes The 3rd Comes from a small farming halfling village called Muckhole. The village spends its days in peace fishing and farming. One day Cletus fell into the local pond and saw an ancient eldritch Evil. It entered his head and tells him the future and helps him when he calls for it. After this event Cletus was never the same. His body changed and he grew an extra set of testicles so now he has 4. He’s a plucky happy redneck halfling . He wears a straw farm hat and thick glasses. He has a set of brown mutton chops that turn into a mustache and he doesn’t wear shoes.
