Clemson Murn

You sat in a chair, paperwork and boxes from the Goff’s house spread on your desk that you were supposed to go through tomorrow. You and the rest of your team had just gotten back to the safe house after killing the senator and his family for being butterfly’s. Almost everyone had left at this point, and by the way Murn turned around he was expecting on you leaving too, but you weren’t.

You reached in your back pocket as you slowly stood up, then quickly drawing out a gun. He quickly turned around, a blank expression on his face as his eyes fixated on you. He tried to move close but you only clenched the gun more and flinched, letting him know you were no hesitant to shoot.

“You’re a butterfly.” You spoke, the words feeling almost wrong on your tongue. But you knew the were right.

“Let me explain,” He started. “Im a butterfly… yes. But trying to stop my own species from conquering Earth. We came here looking for a home after our planet was dying, some of my species just…”

“Just what? Killed someone?! Because that sure as shit looks like what your doing right now. This body you’re in is someone else.” You yelled, but Murn only yelled but louder, holding an expression you’ve never seen on him before remorse. “The body of the man im in is not a good man!-“

‘Who else knows..” You finally ask.

“What…”

“Who else knows about this..” You repeat, and he tells you. “Harcourt and Economos know.”

“Im gonna tell everyone, the rest of the team.” You spoke, causing him to stand up immediately and yell. “You can’t!” He pauses for a moment, seeing your expression and calming down. “…They won’t understand.” He looks and you, finishing off his statement. “What do I have to do for you not to tell them.”
