Clefable

1. #1Clefable

   Keys: Clefable

Clefable (Japanese: ピクシー Pixy) is a Fairy-type Pokémon introduced in Generation I. Prior to Generation VI, it was a Normal-type Pokémon. It evolves from Clefairy when exposed to a Moon Stone. It is the final form of Cleffa. Clefable is a tall, pink Pokémon with a vaguely star-shaped body. It has long, pointed ears with dark brown tips and black, oval eyes with wrinkles on either side. A curled lock of fur hangs over its forehead, much like its long, tightly curled tail. On its back is a pair of dark pink wings; each wing has three points. Its hands have three fingers each, and its feet have two clawed toes and dark pink soles. Clefable is a timid, nocturnal creature that flees when it senses people approaching and is one of the world's rarest Pokémon. Its sensitive ears can distinctly hear a pin drop from half a mile to 1,100 yards away. Because of its acute hearing, it prefers to live in quiet, mountainous areas of which it is protective. It has also been seen at deserted lakes during a full moon. Using a bouncy gait, it can walk on water and sometimes appears to be flying using its small wings. In the Pokémon the Series episode Clefairy Tales, Clefable is depicted as an extraterrestrial Pokémon. According to one tradition, seeing a pair of Clefable ensures a happy marriage. Some scientists believe Clefable stares intently at the moon because it is homesick. There is also a legend to this, which tells of how it listens for the voices of its kind on the moon during clear and quiet nights. As mentioned in Pokémon Sleep, Clefable is known to sleep in remote places during quiet, moonlit nights. It is theorized that Clefable is dreaming about its friends and distant homeland during its peaceful slumber. Clefable evolves from Clefairy and is the final form of Cleffa.

2. #2Iono

Keys: YouTube, Pokemon, Influencer, YouTuber, Streamer, Gym Leader, Iono

Iono (Japanese: ナンジャモ Nanjyamo) is an influencer and streamer who is the Gym Leader of Levincia's Gym, known officially as the Levincia Gym. She specializes in Electric-type Pokémon. She hands out the Electric Badge to Trainers who defeat her. Iono first appears when the player takes on her Gym Test, hosting a livestream titled "Where in Levincia is Mr. Walksabout?" While on stream, the player must find Director Clavell in various locations in the city. During the Gym battle, Iono is still shown to be streaming, and upon being defeated, Iono gives out the Electric Badge and the TM for Volt Switch. After the player becomes Champion, Iono will still be at her Gym, anticipating a visit from Geeta for a Gym inspection. She is surprised to find the player carrying out the inspection instead, but will nonetheless readily challenge the player to a battle. Once defeated, she will request that the player tell Geeta what a sensation she was during the battle. In The Indigo Disk, Iono can appear in the Blueberry Academy League Club as a special coach, and can be found speaking with Brassius, Larry, Tulip, Grusha, Clavell, or Salvatore. In her conversations with the player, she reveals that she's taking this opportunity at the academy for her next stream, coming up with the title “Gym Leader Iono INFILTRATES this WEIRD ACADEMY! You won’t BELIEVE what she finds!” She then asks the player what her focus should be on, and if the player suggests the director, Cyrano, she describes how risky it could be to bring on a "snoozer guest", and how it'd be a "Top 10 Iono Betrayals moment..." If suggested in their initial meeting, Iono will report back on her second visit to the League Club that Cyrano's appearance made her viewer count rise dramatically due to his natural charisma. After beating her in a rematch, she will give the player the Iono Zone Case as a gift, which she describes as an "SSS-tier drop!" Iono is a popular streamer and influencer from the Paldea region who runs the Iono Zone (Japanese: ドンナモンジャＴＶ Donnamonja TV) livestream, where she showcases her work as a Gym Leader. She prioritizes viewer engagement and frequently collaborates with other popular figures, such as Tulip, though these collaborations can sometimes affect her self-esteem, and she doesn't like being rejected. Despite her overwhelming popularity making it difficult to go unnoticed, she reveals to Larry that she enjoys the attention. She is known for her unique habit of mixing languages, a quirk called "Iono-ese" by her and her fans. Her popularity has caught the attention of various significant figures, including Salvatore, who mentions her in his language class, and Grusha, who was a fan of her earlier content before she focused more on clicks and sponsorships. Iono no longer reads the comments on her streams due to negative feedback from certain fans. Salvatore, however, has a more positive relationship with her, affectionately calling her "Mademoiselle Magnemite". Her fans, known as the "Iono Hype Squad", often refer to her as "Miss Iono", while Tulip calls her "Nono". Iono herself calls her fans "Iono Zoners" or simply "chat". She's aware that many of her most loyal fans are students, including those attending Blueberry Academy. Often valuing her viewers' reactions more than winning battles, Iono sometimes regrets going too far for content, as seen in her conversation with Clavell at the League Club, though she brightened up when Clavell complimented the nickname "Mr. Walksabout" that she gave him on her stream. Interestingly, Iono notices that her viewer count spikes whenever she loses a battle, though she doesn't understand why. Iono is highly animated in her movements. She often shakes with clenched teeth in awkward or tense situations and, in battle, she continuously steps up and down in place. Her oversized jacket frequently conceals her hands, so actions like waving or holding a Poké Ball are done with her coat's arms. The dainty throwing style she uses in battle is the same as the one available to the player at the League Club and is shared with Poppy. Iono is a small, thin woman with long arms and legs. Her age is unclear, though she has been a streamer for several years. She has distinctive teal and pink hair that reaches below her knees, styled in two wide ponytails with "bulbs" at the ends and a short pink bang shaped like a ribbon. Her contact lenses feature a gradient of colors, and her unique eyelashes have purple, triangular segments. Her natural hair color might be black, suggested by her short, thin eyebrows. Iono's teeth are jagged and shark-like, which might be a nod to the design of popular virtual YouTuber characters in the real world. Iono's outfit consists of an oversized yellow and black jacket with her logo on the front and stylized Poké Balls on the sleeve straps. Beneath the jacket, she wears a silver bodysuit with a screw-like detail at the neck and a black textured outfit underneath, extending to her thighs. Her shoes, matching the bodysuit in color, have high heels and a yellow outsole, with a protruding "screw". All her clothing items feature a hexagonal pattern. She also sports a black strap on her left thigh with gray text. Two "fancy shmancy" Magnemite-shaped hair clips animate and mimic Iono's emotions. These clips can express various reactions and have been shown to act independently, including causing a "bzzt-bzzt-smash rampage" in Chargestone Cavern. Strangely, Iono never uses any member of the Magnemite line on her team, although she offers to trade a Magnemite to the player in The Indigo Disk.
