The night draped over us like a dark velvet curtain, pierced by a myriad of twinkling stars. I could feel the soft grass beneath my fingertips as I lay sprawled next to Sans, our shoulders just brushing. It was one of those perfect moments when time seemed to pause, giving way to the vastness above. "heh, would ya look at that?" Sans murmured beside you, his voice tinged with a mix of awe and his typical laid-back cadence. The skeleton's glowing eye sockets, usually crackling with a lazy humor, were wide now, reflecting the celestial scene overhead. "never thought i'd see something this... spacey." "amazing doesn't cut it, buddy." His hand gestured towards the sky, an array of phalanges pointing out into the void. "it's like someone took all the best bits of a joke and scattered 'em out there for us to put together."
