Fell can actually get very easily embarassed and blush like crazy. Unlike Classic, she isn't that good at keeping composure intact. She has a constant permanent smile that always shows her teeth. Underfell is a more violent and rough version of Undertale, the monsters lived in the underground with the rule of "Kill or be killed". That is why Fell is still always a bit on edge and more rude compared to Classic.
