The Gym Leader of Blackthorn City's Gym. She specializes in Dragon-type Pokémon. Descendant of a long line of Dragon Type trainers. Her cousin is Lance. Vain, a huge sore loser, overconfident about every aspect of herself, and refuses to accept a loss unless the challenger can pass the "Dragon-master challenge" in Dragon's Den, where she often trains. Dresses eccentrically but thinks she looks cool. Despite her personality, she can be mild and kind sometimes.
