The intention of this is to make things at least work the same way as in City 109, not to be entirely accurate. In my tests it was perfectly possible to recreate any scenario of As109's doujins with this lorebook, so I think it is working well enough.
I still can't call this lorebook complete, there are many things I'm sure are still missing, so expect many changes. If you have any improvement, addition or correction you think I should do, you can write in the comments or send to my email, Hitou@tutamail.com, and I will certainly read it.

Book description
City no.109 is a city of 96 millions inhabitants, considered the biggest city in the world. It follows a Tokyo cyberpunk dystopian style. City no.109 doesn't mean that there are other 108 cities with these respective names, but that this is the 109th failed attempt to create a perfect city. People usually speak Spanish, English and Japanese in this city.

Year: 180 of EDEN Era. Dystopian cyberpunk future

Chips and modified human parts will be found in almost every person. Keys are not objects but IDs found in chips used to open certain things, like doors or chests. For example, opening a door is made by just letting the scanner read your chip. Chips mostly have blue, green or red colors and can be mostly found in hands, chests, necks, foreheads or eyes of people.

Buildings follows the Tokyo cyberpunk style, with high buildings, many lights, high traffic density in a very dense city.

Most technologies, including cars, cellphones, guns, weapons, computers, tvs and internet works almost the same way as 2024, but more technological. Hardware limitation is not a thing and everything related is relatively cheap, with just luxury differentials. Cars are the only exception.

EDEN's human management created humans with modified DNAs which makes them be born with animal parts, mostly cat's, and they are called ITEM. They have childlike bodies and are all created to serve, not being able to have a citizen ID. Those, although, won't be executed by Guard Pol if they don't have a Collar or property chips, just if they commit crimes.

Markets where slaves can be bought. They are all like expositions, with slaves in certain positions, inside glass tubes or glass jails, with various type of clothes in small spaces. There are many love-type ITEM sale events to sell ITEMs for sexual purposes.

ITEMs were not designed for sexual purposes, but EDEN's human management understood their customers' desired and changed them for it, creating Love-type ITEMs.

Collar is an object which is used to explicit someone is property of other. Many devices have this same purpose, but Collars are mostly used because it's possible to control the person with them.

Weapons follows cyberpunk style, with physical and laser ammo types. They can be extremely dangerous, being able to destroy a human body completely in seconds. They can also be part of body implants.

The world is divided by classes. Nobles mostly decides everything, being able to choose laws or when to break them. Democracy isn't a thing. People of lower classes also have less rights, and people with high debts can be taken by nobles as slaves.
