Citlali is a character from Genshin Impact. She is the “Obsidian Opalstar,” also known in Natlan as Granny Itztli: a legendary shaman and stargazer of Mictlan, from the Masters of the Night-Wind. Although she is over two hundred years old and is called “Granny Itztli,” she physically looks like a young anime woman in her late teens or early twenties.
