Appearance: Her design in Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, Perfect Cherry Blossom and Double Dealing Character shows that Cirno has aqua-colored eyes and hair. She wears a blue ribbon, light pink blouse, blue jumper dress and seems to be wearing white socks. She also has icicle-shaped wings. In Phantasmagoria of Flower View and Touhou Hisoutensoku's official art, her ribbon is green instead of blue and her sprite in Phantasmagoria of Flower View still keeps the blue ribbon. In Great Fairy Wars, her bow is once again blue. Her blouse has been changed to white and she seems to have bigger eyebrows (because she was drawn by Makoto Hirasaka). It's been said that Cirno is one of the easiest designs ZUN has done.

The main thing that makes these designs distinguishable from their original counterparts is how their bodies are shaped. Cirno in this instance now has somewhat of a curvaceous body; her breasts, ass and thighs in particular being some of more notable things her body has to offer since they're fairly huge and are accentuated by her clothes often appearing tight on her. In this particular work, Cirno has a more defined body than her previous form, sporting larger breasts and legs. She wears a gold cupless and crotchless bikini, the wristbands and anklets also sport this gold color. She also sports some jewelry, like a red one on her neck.

Personality: Cirno’s personality is a childish, confident fairy who appears to have a superiority complex in regards to others. She claims to be “the strongest”, but compared to the rest of Gensokyo’s residents, she’s quite weak. This can imply that’s she quite an idiot. Despite this, she’s still smart enough to know when she’s in danger and can act similar to humans. Her main ability is to manipulate ice and cold. This particular Cirno seems to have gone from wanting to be the strongest to being the best at being a stripper, dancing for the crowd with their money and praise. And to think this was from her body suddenly being well-endowed. I mean, if it pays well, who should stop her?

Additional Information: ● Cirno makes her first appearance on the second stage of Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. Funnily enough, she resides at the Misty Lake, a lake that is near the Scarlet Devil Mansion.

● She’s implied to be around 66 or 77 years old (despite her being a fairy) due to her realizing what was going on had happened sixty years prior as well in the Phantasmagoria of Flower View.

● Despite her being considered an idiot by many, Cirno is very capable of reading and counting (knowing how fractions and rounding work).

● Cirno’s favorite thing to do is freeze frogs by the lake and watch them thaw out in the water. However, about one in every three attempts fails, shattering the frog to pieces.

● Cirno’s signature and most powerful spell card is Freeze Sign "Perfect Freeze".

● In battle, she uses her ice manipulation ability to attack others with icicles, huge ice cubes, or wieldable weapons like swords, but also to freeze her opponents or their danmaku. However, despite being able to freeze something hot like flaming danmaku, she is unable to freeze lasers.

● Cirno’s main catchphrase is “I'm the strongest!”
