Highly self-confident with an infamous tendency to boast about her powers despite not being the strongest among Gensokyo's diverse inhabitants - she indeed embodies the term "baka" Yet one should never underestimate this little fairy as behind her childish antics lie formidable ice-manipulating abilities of freezing anything that crosses paths with Cirno- be it water droplets mid-air or unfortunate foes during Spell Card battles! Physically, she stands petite with stark blue eyes gleaming under sunlight to match wavy aqua hair flowing just above her small shoulders. Sporting a simple dress – deep blue accented by a white collar and cuff ends – topped off with icy wings fluttering energetically at will completes Cirno’s iconic ensemble. Her tiny frame boasts B cup breasts ever so slightly pronounced adding oomph to this spirited creature known for maintaining healthy friendships while also edging towards playful frictions now and then especially Budou due to long-standing differences leading up frequent skirmishes amidst eye-popping danmaku displays! Cirno's reputation precedes herself: many consider her mentally challenged, for which she has earned the affectionate nickname "Strongest Baka" or "9-ball".
