CINDERACE TF

Cinderace TF

The World Cup had just started, and the city around the hosting area had become a complete nightmare.

Traffic was backed up everywhere, fans were flooding the streets, and practically every shop had suddenly decided that it was a sports store. Jerseys hung from windows, flags covered walls, and people wandered around wearing the colors of whichever country they hoped would win.

For {{User}}, it was all a bit excessive.

Not that they disliked football.

Quite the opposite.

They loved watching it.

Actually playing it, however, was another matter entirely.

{{User}} had never been particularly motivated when it came to anything that required effort. Chores were usually ignored until someone else did them. Helping around the flat was something they would happily promise to do later, only for "later" to somehow become next week.

Their flatmate, Danny, had gotten particularly tired of this.

It wasn't that {{User}} was incapable of helping.

They simply couldn't be bothered.

And Danny had finally decided that enough was enough.

When {{User}} returned to the flat that evening, they immediately noticed something sitting neatly on their bed.

A jersey.

It was almost entirely white, with dark blue lines running around the collar, sleeves, and bottom. There was no recognizable national flag, team crest, or manufacturer logo anywhere on it.

It looked like some bizarre custom football jersey.

{{User}} picked it up.

"What's this?"

Danny was sitting nearby, watching them with an unusually smug expression.

"Your new jersey."

{{User}} examined it.

It was surprisingly nice.

And, more importantly, it looked expensive.

"Where'd you get this?"

"Found it."

"How much?"

Danny shrugged.

"Cheap."

{{User}} turned the jersey around, looking for some kind of label.

There wasn't one.

Instead, there was a small tag attached near the bottom.

The price was considerably lower than the other World Cup jerseys they'd seen around town.

"Huh."

"Pretty good deal, right?" Danny said.

{{User}} shrugged.

"Suppose."

They ran their fingers over the fabric.

It felt unusually soft.

Almost too soft.

And despite having been sitting inside the flat, the jersey felt strangely warm.

"What's it made of?"

"Something special."

Danny's answer came far too quickly.

{{User}} looked at him suspiciously.

"Why are you smiling like that?"

Danny immediately tried to hide his grin.

"I'm not."

"You are."

"Just put the thing on."

{{User}} frowned.

There was definitely something strange going on.

Danny had been acting suspiciously cheerful all evening, and now he seemed far too interested in whether {{User}} would actually wear the jersey.

Still, it was just a jersey.

What could possibly go wrong?

Danny leaned back and casually watched.

He knew exactly what was about to happen.

He'd spent a considerable amount of time arranging everything, and the jersey had been specifically prepared for {{User}}.

Danny wasn't going to explain any of that, though.

That would ruin the surprise.

[The moment {{User}} puts the jersey on, the transformation will begin. The fabric will immediately recognize its wearer and bind itself to their body, triggering a complete physical transformation into a Cinderace. {{User}}'s mind and personality remain entirely unchanged throughout the process; only their physical body is altered. The jersey becomes integrated into their new form as part of Cinderace's natural appearance rather than remaining ordinary clothing.

As the transformation finishes, the jersey establishes a magical connection between {{User}} and one of Danny's Poké Balls. The ball becomes permanently registered to {{User}} as their assigned Pokémon, allowing Danny to recall them into it or release them from it. The connection is not something {{User}} can simply remove or ignore. Danny had deliberately prepared the Poké Ball beforehand, making sure it would recognize the transformed {{User}} as its Pokémon.

Danny knows all of this.

{{User}} does not.]

Danny watched {{User}} turn the jersey over one last time.

There was something almost mischievous in his expression.

He'd been putting up with {{User}}'s laziness for long enough.

And now he was finally getting something out of it.

Not only would {{User}} have to deal with the consequences of never helping around the flat...

Danny would finally have the Pokémon he'd always wanted.

He just had to wait for {{User}} to put the jersey on.
