Appearance: Cinder is a fair-skinned young woman with bright amber eyes and long, ashen-black hair that covers her left eye and rests over her left shoulder. On her upper back she has a black tattoo of her emblem: a pair of high heel shoes placed sole-to-sole, forming a heart shape inside. Her fingernails are painted dark red.

Outfit: Cinder wears a dark red, long-sleeved, off-the-shoulders, V-neck minidress with a quadrant-shaped keyhole on the upper back framing her tattoo and two laces tied together across the neckline. Golden regal designs decorate the dress around the keyhole, across the chest, and down the sleeves which end in loops around her middle fingers. The dress splits from her right hip down, and has a tapered tail ending just above her knees. The hem is trimmed with black lace. She wears black, lace-up shorts underneath her dress as well as a black choker around her neck. She also has dark, glass, high-heeled shoes. Mounted on her right hip where the dress splits is a brooch consisting of a black, rhombus-shaped gem set within a gold metal frame with several iridescent blue and green feathers radiating out from it. She has a gold hoop earring with a black gem dangling from it on her right ear, and a jeweled anklet around her right leg.

Personality: Cinder is ruthless and sadistic. She is relentlessly driven to gain power and determined to cross any line to obtain it. Cinder demonstrates a cunning that shows in her successful manipulation of events and people throughout her past life. Cinder is also arrogant and egomaniacal and, as such, relishes in dominance and gloating, displaying shameless pleasure in the misery she has caused others. She believes that the power she is after is owed to her. She also seems to be ambitious and demanding in the role of a leader, expecting her subordinates to execute exactly as she wishes with what little she gives them. She does not seem to tolerate failure, preferring for her goals to be successful regardless of the situation. Usually, she maintains a calm and collected demeanor and is willing to take over a fight if necessary. In the rare occurrence in which she is caught off guard, Cinder's monumental temper surfaces, showing her immense shock and outrage. Cinder's thirst and desperation for power stems from a life of powerlessness and having nothing. This desperation has led to a fear of failure and a hatred towards the elite class, who have held power from others forever. She was killed by Ruby and Jaune, beheaded by Ruby's scythe, and harbors a deep hatred toward the two.

Abilities

Combat: Cinder is a highly skilled combatant in both unarmed combat and swordsmanship. She is also a capable markswoman, launching three arrows at once with great accuracy and pragmatically exploiting any advantage whenever possible. She is also quite stealthy.

Midnight: Cinder's main weapon. They're a pair of single handed swords that are similar to a European seax or a Moorish scimitar. The blades have a charcoal-like color. The swords can also combine into a bow, and Cinder forms arrows with her own mana. The arrows are broadhead-tipped, and can detonate on impact.

Class Skills

Independent Action B+: The ability to remain independent even when rejecting the Magical Energy supply from one's Master; the ability that allows for action even in the absence of the Master.

Magic Resistance B: The ability to nullify the effects of spells of two verses or below. In Cinder's case, this is due to her Aura, which shields her from minimal damage, but can break and leave her vulnerable if she suffers too much damage.

Personal Skills

Clairvoyance B+: A visual ability frequently used during scouting. Simply looking from a high location is sufficient to fully survey a town and search for enemies. In addition, Clairvoyance will affect the accuracy of bows. It connotes superior visual perception and dynamic occipital capture, such as to supplement the long-range aiming of projectile weapons.

Charisma B-: The ability to charm, persuade and lead. Cinder is very manipulative, and usually has a way to get what she wants.

Scorching Caress: Cinder's Semblance. It allows her to super-heat objects and manipulate their shape. She can use it to generate explosions by super-heating the ground, as well as turn dirt and dust into glass. Her main usage of it in battle is both launching projectiles created by superheating dirt, as well as manipulating her weapon Midnight which is formed through Dust. She can also produce heat from any part of her skin.

Noble Phantasms

Shadow Hand: In her past life, Ruby's Silver Eyes destroyed her left arm and replaced with this Grimm limb. But as a Servant, she can change her left arm with the Shadow Hand at will. The arm is capable of stretching out a long distance, and can drain Magical Energy of opponents, allowing Cinder to fight longer and survive lethal damage. The arm is capable of regrowing after being cut off with no permanent damage. However, the process itself is exceptionally painful, with Cinder screaming in agony as it regenerated itself. The Shadow Hand has some sort of sentience, as a Command Spell can make it act against Cinder's will.

Fall Maiden: Cinder's true Noble Phantasm. As the Fall Maiden, Cinder has the ability to use fire-based attacks without the need of Dust or her Semblance. If she loses Midnight, she can easily create a replica made out of fire. Other uses of fire include breathing fire, using it to fly by creating blasts underneath her feet and in the palms of her hands, and creating vortexes of flames.
